Teacher gets fired for creating a song on his own private time that is critical of Democrats, but America-hating Imam has unqualified freedom of religion!
I was a loyal liberal Democrat all of my life, until May 31, 2008, when the Democratic Party cooked the nomination for Barack Obama at the expense of the top vote-getter, Hillary Rodham Clinton. It’s hard to believe that I spent decades in liberal hypocrisy mode. Never again:
Middle-school football coach, Bryan Miller, was fired after liberals complained about his YouTube song, “When You’re Holding a Hammer, Everything Looks Like a Nail,” which he wrote and produced pursuant to the First Amendment guarantee of free speech, on his own time as a private citizen….and not on the school clock.
Sorry, Mr. Miller, no constitutional rights for you because you criticized The One. Had your song been called, “When You’re Building a Mosque at Ground Zero, Every Nail is Sacred,” you could have kept your job. Tough lesson.

The song is great. The Ground Zero Mosque is an insult to the innocents who died. Everyone has to be so pc now; we must tolerate the most barbaric practices of Islam. No more my eyes are watching their actions and I’ll ignore their apologists.
So, what’s with Madame Secretary Clinton’s State Department ferrying the infamous Imam Rauf around the Middle East on the taxpayer’s dime? Either she simply takes any and all orders issued from the White House like some army private in his second week of basic… or she thinks this is somehow a good idea. Since she’s given up uttering anything at all worth quoting, who knows?
I’m beginning to think she’s either a very good soldier (ugh!), or she’s actually so tight with Obama’s handlers you couldn’t shine a single ray of light between them (double ugh!). Obama steps in it over the mosque debate, so he takes another vacation while Hillary gets stuck with the Imam. How much of this crap is she going to take?
Obama wants to shame us before the world community. They are taking the AZ lawsuit and hauling it before the U.N. where an international body will chastise/sanction/demean us for our “violation of human rights”. He is insane. Their aim is GLOBAL WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION and if the U.S. has to pay massive fines on all kinds of things (greenhouse emissions, human rights violations, etc.etc.) they want to use that as another way to break our economy and spread our hard-earned money around to third world countries. Again, I wonder where Hillary Clinton is in all this (my candidate of choice in 2008).

In the Carribean many songs writers use political, local events, struggles, politics, and many things going on in the world to make up songs.
This is one of the reasons why Bob Marley was so famous. The great Calypso artists, and Regga Stars in many of those countries become rich because they are able to make these songs.
Many years ago “A man in my bedroom”, was a best seller, it was made after a man acually gained acsess to Queen Elizabeth 11 bedroom.
The Queen was shaken of course, but the locals and others played the song constantly. The artist was already famous, but he became more popular.
Now to this moment in time, in my view, the Teacher should not have been fired, there is nothing wrong with the song. he is only expressing his view on things, and above all, many on both sides of the political isle is of the same opinion.
Maybe the President, and some of his supporters are not aware of how their actions impact the country in general, and they have become so far removed from the people that every little voice that oppose them appears to be a threat of some kind.
They should start to look at themselves, what they say, and do, and how it is playing out in the country and the world.
The situation become even worst when the facts are viewed historically. Under Clinton there were several Terrorist Acts on the US, Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mack- thus the Housing crisis.
Bush had 911, 2 wars, and money had to be spent.
Bush’s main agenda was fighting the Terrorist to keep America safe.
Hopefully, this Teacher will be returned to his job, or at least be reassigned, in the system.
It is unfair that there is a teacher also on YOUTUBE who is a Mexican Revolutionary calling for the over throw of the US, and he is not being reprimanded.
Hypocrisy indeed. It still is not clear why this teacher lost his job over this song. Sounds pretty benign. Liberal work folks pretty intolerant if this song chafes enough to fire the teacher.
