What do you expect when you join a personality cult that makes a guy with an empty resume leader of the free world?
But it’s also true that among Democrats—and others—when the talk turns to the presidency it turns more and more to Hillary Clinton. “We may have made a mistake. She would have been better.” Sooner or later the secretary of state is going to come under fairly consistent pressure to begin to consider 2012. A hunch: She won’t really want to. Because she has enjoyed being loyal. She didn’t only prove to others she could be loyal, a team player. She proved it to herself. And it has only added to her luster.
From Peggy Noonan, the Wall Street Journal, A Snakebit President.
In case it’s been forgotten, the person who won the most votes in the 2008 primary from actual voters was Hillary Clinton. When in a democracy, sometimes it’s best to listen to what 18 million people are trying to say.

Thank you for this awesome reminder….
They couldn’t even steal the primary for him, as much as they wanted to. It took the RBC and the SEIU to steal it for him.
Try as they did, they were nonetheless unable to steal the primary for him; that’s why they ended up having to steal the nomination.
You are right. They didn’t deliver the delegates. I forgot about that part. I am still angry about the RBC meeting. And I don’t even have a horse in the race. I guess indirectly I do because what goes wrong in the US affects other countries. I am Canadian and I think the only president in 30 years that delivered on the economy was Bill Clinton. And he says that Hillary would be better than him.
The real tragedy is that the Democratic Party effectively destroyed itself for years to come with their leadership’s reprehensible treatment of Hillary and her supporters while embracing the Emperor With No Clothes.

This sounds like a new arrangement of the old “anybody but Bush” tune. Anybody left who’s happy where that got us? Anybody at all?
Hillary Clinton quite willingly accepted a starting position on Team Obama. As Obama’s Secretary of State she has been a consummate team player. Quite professional. But frankly, I really don’t care much for her team.
Hillary Clinton has been in complete lockstep with the captain of Team Obama since day one. Might she have reservations that she keeps quiet? Sure. But I’m not comfortable with the wishful thinking that goes along with that assumption. I’ve always thought she gave up her fight for the nomination and went along for the ride too easily. I’ve heard a myriad of explanations from Hillary supporters ever since, but never a word directly from Hillary Clinton herself. Just a lot of well meaning wishful thinking from ardent supporters.
Obama is killing this country and there hasn’t been a peep from the woman who sought the Presidency herself. Just how comfortable is she with Team Obama? Who really knows? Based strictly on what’s happened so far I’d say she’s quite comfortable. But whether she’s truly comfortable or just exceedingly awesome at masking her misery, the longer she stays a part of Team Obama the longer the stink will linger after she finally departs. If she takes too long to find a voice she may discover she no longer has a voice anyone wants to hear.
Hillary will be a one term SoS. This will give her the opportunity to devote all her time/efforts towards becoming POTUS. That being said, I have always feared that the failing Emperor Ego will replace Biden with Hillary. Being that Hillary is such a team player I can imagine her saying yes to VPOTUS.
But if O-bla-bla is a bright as they say he is, he’ll know it’s time to leave D.C. and head back to Chi-town – perhaps to “write” another book, organize some community or maybe hope for an appointment to the SCOTUS.
I keep imagining the book Hillary will write herself, and the books others willing to tell more of the awful truth will write as well.
In the meantime, I pray that my fellow Americans and I keep up the good fight for our Constitution, sovereignty and principles. Principles including a sound economy.
