Two main reasons why Obama was hired:

1- to relieve the guilt – you know what I’m talking about.

2- the incorrect idea that an Arab/Muslim/Englishman/African would automatically make all the terrorists love us. Yes, put down their pitchforks, go home and make love not war.

Regarding the Fairness Doctrine that people were talking about on the last thread, doesn’t that involve the FCC & broadcast stations? It was dropped by the FCC in the 1980’s. If Barky’s group does try some kind of internet fairness doctrine (like donna brazilla wants), I would think the aclu & groups like Judicial Watch would sue the gov for violating the 1st amendment.

Bush Makes More Money Available for Inauguration

WASHINGTON — President George W. Bush has declared an emergency in the District of Columbia that will let the nation’s capital tap deeper into federal coffers for Barack Obama’s inauguration.

Bush said Tuesday that an emergency exists and ordered federal aid to supplement the $15 million in federal funds already appropriated for the event.

White House spokesman Scott Stanzel says District of Columbia Mayor Adrian M. Fenty requested the emergency declaration last week because he decided that the crowds expected for the inauguration of Obama will exceed the city’s ability to protect the public.

If the extra money is needed, it will come from the Federal Emergency and Management Agency budget.

First there is no immigration form that begins with the letters CD. Secondly, immigration forms E-1 through E-3 only exist, and have to do with visas for foreign traders. All the children’s forms are there, but none of them have this number.

So I won’t believe this at all until I see the document, and am tired of people saying ‘we got him’ when we know how deeply serious this is for our country. This is too serious to keep coming up with nothing.

Sigh. (I’ve been doing that almost daily now as there are disappointments almost daily now). drkate, thanks for your research about the INS numbers.

And Sigh again. Yes, texasdarlin, I guess I must agree with you that Ed Hale is a con artist. Honestly, if I found an important document like that, I would absolutely NOT blast it on the internet, brag about it, and try to gain fame and a following from it. Instead I would try to figure out who I can trust in the government and then send copies out to those people. I would also find a lawyer and ask him the best way to proceed.

And Sigh #3 for the day: I hate to say it, but Dr. Orly Taitz is beginning to look like someone with an endless source of spaghetti that she keeps throwing against the wall hoping something will stick.
I admire her for her tenacity, her intelligence, her patriotism for sure, but I wish she were just a bit more discerning about what she actually publishes.

First Ed Hale brags about this INS paper he has or is looking for …… and now the recent headline that thousands of INS papers have been shredded.

bemused, this is the beauty of the military Complaint I drafted. Plaintiffs can submit evidence tending to prove, BO posted a document on his web site he titled, “Official Birth Certificate” (an image of the web site). They can submit evidence tending to prove, HI law allows registration of a foreign birth (the legal cite). They can submit evidence tending to prove BO called himself a “natural born citizen” in a letter to AZ S of S – we have the letter – and a “native citizen” on his web site. In short, Plaintiffs can submit evidence to support their FACTS. And these facts are put forward to support Plaintiff’s claims, they have a good faith belief BO is not a NBC. THE MILITARY COMPLAINT DOES NOT ALLEGE BO IS NOT A NBC; IT MERELY ALLEGES, PLAINTIFFS HAVE A GOOD FAITH BELIEF HE IS NOT, BASED ON THESE DEMONSTRABLE “FACTS.” As far as I know, this is the first case that has taken this tack. And this approach is one of the reasons it will be successful as soon as it is filed. Because, with no question as to whether Plaintiffs have standing, what will Defendant BO argue this time to forestall producing evidence he is a NBC, evidence presumably requested by the Court to grant Plaintiffs’ petition for such Declaration? Anything short of documentation will be tantamount to an admission, he is not a NBC. (Of course, since Plaintiffs are not asking the Court to anything else, we would have to see how Congress will act on such a decision. Obviously, they will not do nothing.)

I have similar reservations about Ed Hale. I want to believe that he is sincere, but at best he has over promised and under delivered. If he can produce an official document that shows Barack Hussein Obama II was “born in Kenya”, then he will be a hero. But so far, he has claimed he had such a document (in the form of the Dunham-Obama divorce papers) when the document said no such thing.

I agree that “This is too serious to keep coming up with nothing.”

But the burden of proof is on Obama. He is ineligible until he proves himself eligible.

So far, he has refused to release any document directly from the State of Hawaii. The only document he has released came from DailyKOS (for the digital COLB .jpg file) and from the Obama campaign office in Chicago (for the hardcopy COLB shown to Annenberg Political Fact Check and no one else).

He has relied on misstatements (a.k.a. lies) to provide the ruse that the original birth certificate was released, authenticated, and shows he was born in Hawaii.

My most recent blog post breaks down how our members of Congress were tricked into believing Obama had proven he is qualified. Congress shirked their Constitutional responsibility to check his qualifications themselves.

Yes, I think the “tending to prove” quality is what the non-legal mind looks for, not minced nuanced words. Everyone can get that idea, especially when there’s such a pattern.
I’m just glad Jan Brewer (our SOS, but also next in line to be governor in AZ) had the perspicacity to get O to sign that eligibility statement. She and Janet Napolitano used to be closer, and with some other women seemed like they could get something done. Now not getting along so well. Then Napolitano got on the O wagon, methinks too much too soon. It seemed out of character for N. to me at the time. She is a shrewd negotiator and usually (for a pol) follows a legal path and sticks doggedly to her agenda. So I wonder if something was going on here between her and Brewer, or if Brewer is just a suspicious AZ Republican wanting to cover herself.

The trend that I have noticed with Ed Hale is that when he comes up with some ground breaking evidence or story, it is promptly followed by a request for donations to support the ongoing fight. I’m guessing he is a graduate of the “Ron Popeil School of Marketing”. He serves litte more purpose than to provide the Obamasexuals with a laughable bucket in which to lump all of us concerned and informed citizens. As far as they are concerned, its a one size fits all tin foil hat.

Uh, if it’s true that BHO is meeting the Supremes today, then how in the wide world can any of them confer on a case involving him on Friday? Wouldn’t it be a huge ethical mistake for a judge to meet with a person involved in a case currently before his or her court? Any lawyers want to weigh in on this?

Can we step aside and take a look at the crooks that are leading this country?

1. Obama – From dirty Chicago politics, thrown into the limelight by Emil Jones (mr. corrupt in chicago), appointing Rahm Emmanuel (a hardballer himself) and supported by King Corrupt (mayor Daley)

2. Bill Richardson. Well, you know what happened to him

3. Tim Geithner – Uhh, excuse me? You want to be in charge of the finances and money of this country and you can’t file taxes correctly? Sorry Harry Reidd, this is not a hiccup. What kind of example is that setting to appoint this guy?

4. Barney Frank – Reassured the people that there was no crisis involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and to “stop worrying”. Now look at where we are.

The list goes on and on….

Lets move away from the citizenship issue and focus on things that are irrefutable, staring us in the face, without a doubt that you don’t have to be a conspiracy theorist to believe…

Our politicians are corrupt, slime and DO NOT represent the people. Where is all the bailout money going?! We can’t know.

These people may not have destroyed any Obama info but it shows how easily it could have been done. These happened to been caught. No jail time though. Lots of people would be willing to commit crime for the promise of lots of money and little or no jail time.

Ex-Clerk Sentenced in INS File Shredding

A former INS contract clerk convicted of destroying thousands of immigration documents was sentenced in Santa Ana on Monday to three years’ probation and six months’ house detention.

A federal prosecutor wanted Leonel Salazar, 34, to go to prison. Instead, U.S. District Judge Alicemarie Stotler said that the sentence was within federal guidelines and that a harsher punishment might have destroyed his family.

Authorities said Salazar, a former file room senior supervisor at the Immigration and Naturalization Service office in Laguna Niguel – now known as the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services – shredded the files to reduce a 90,000-document backlog and save his job.

“We don’t know what was destroyed; no one will ever know what was destroyed,” said Assistant U.S. Atty. Gregory Staples.

I looked up the Ed Hale numbers. In varying combinations such as E509B alone and sqsqpq alone and altogether with the TECX added to each. I found these in more than one computer programming language document.

I decided not to waste my time with it. Whoever put this out is wanting to send us off chasing wild geese instead of what we are doing. I am not willing to buy into it.

Yesterday, I saw a UPI article dated election day which says Obama says he was born in Queens Medical Center in Hawaii. This is the first I had heard of Obama himself actually naming a location.

Wouldn’t that same office in Chicago, where FactCheck supposedly visited the COLB, be a good place for a demonstration? Anybody live there? Is that office still in existence? All it takes is a few brave people willing to stand outside with signs, asking to be allowed to “visit” the real, authentic, paper COLB, too. If FactCheck employees were allowed to visit the document, then why can’t any of We the People?

We have a president who was the son of a widowed mother and grew up in a small town. He never knew his father. His mother married his father two months after they met. His father was killed in an auto accident before he was born. His father had three wives before marrying the president’s mother. He was a salesman working in Chicago and died traveling from Chicago home. The President’s wife was born was born in Chicago.

I read all of this in chapter one of Bill Clinton’s Autobiography.

I don’t think Fukino and Onaka know what the original BC says.

I don’t think they WANT to know what it says.

Remember how their system works: you get back on a COLB only whatever you entered (correctly) into the request screen.

Is it possible that they entered ONLY “Barack H. Obama Jr.” or “Barry Soetoro” or “Barry Dunham” and got back a COLB with just a name on it (no birthplace)?

If anything came back at all, then they COULD state that an original “exists” in their files according to their laws, because the original BCs provide the source data for the database, from which all COLBs are generated.

In this way, they could “verify” than AN original exists, without accessing it to see what it says.

One possible reason for that trip to Hawaii was to oversee the process–maybe to provide the needed search data (the correct NAME) and to make sure that nobody saw any OTHER data (such as true birthplace), all sufficient to allow Fukino and Onaka to make that confusing, misleading, and (sorry, PUMAs) Clintonesque statement.

Convoluted, but you can follow my reasoning.

bemused, do not miss the point. This is a well pleaded Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, which means, it cannot be dismissed on Defendant’s motion for failure to stat a claim. Once it goes to hearing, Plaintiffs need only prove that obeying their oath of office at some point in the near future will subject them to liability based on their good faith belief BO is perhaps not a NBC. What leads to this belief? His words and deeds; and the fact that everyone else in a position to establish this man’s Constitutional eligibility has based a decision he is eligible, on his words or the words of his agents, disguised as being non-partisan arbiters of truth. So, in order to issue a Declaration, the Court will have to examine whatever documents it determines will resolve the question. And if Defendant refuses to hand these over then, the Court can hold him in contempt.

As for government officials in any state requiring an out-of-towner to swear he is eligible…Please try to keep in mind, the DNC is a private club that tries to get club candidates onto state ballots to fill government offices. BO owed no allegiance to the citizens of AZ; your S of S and Governor do. They let him get onto the ballot just by swearing he was eligible. (That’s like in GA; state law requires the Party’s candidate “shall” be eligible for the office sought but there is no corresponding law saying, GA officials “shall” check.)

Because Obama gave them permission knowing they were on his side. But Miri, what would be the purpose? I wouldn’t go to Chicago in winter if someone paid me to stand out in the cold wind holding a sign for what?

O is not a natural born citizen, with or without a forged COLB (or in Chicago, a COLD ).

Better to spend our time writing MANY BRIEF letters our Senators and Reps, our Secy of State, the Supreme Court justices. Also better to spend our time doing some research. Something has to happen to stop this treachery. And it will be We The People who will come up with the shocking (to Obots) and undeniable, unmistakable, concrete EVIDENCE.
He cannot expunge everything. There’s plenty out there we just haven’t found yet. Concrete. Cannot be explained away.

drkate, thank you; I know. This Complaint is the offshoot of the memo I wrote in November, coming up with the idea, a military Plaintiff would avoid all of the pitfalls of standing in federal court. How did I come up with this? I read all of the cases filed up to that point, along with BO’s Opposition. I figured, he’s paying lawyers big bucks; I can just copy their pleadings. So, for every objection to Berg’s standing, I fashioned a Plaintiff who would satisfy that objection. And when BO argued Declaratory Judgment is not a cause of action all by itself but a procedural remedy in a legal case, I came up with discipline under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I must admit, I thought this was a stroke of genius!

I posted the memo beginning around November 12. And I began sending it to everyone I could think of, including Berg, and Orly, and Leo, and Edwin Vieira. Then, when no one else came up with the Complaint, I drafted it, putting together the “FACTS” myself, unable to use any other fact pattern from the other cases.

Orly said she would file this but, she has been busy. So, I posted the Complaint on the internet, for anyone to use. And as soon as someone sends proof of filing, including the docket number, I will forward the Legal Memorandum that supports the Complaint.

Now, if we could just get people to read this, so they could see, this military Complaint is unlike all of the others…

Geithner and the $64,000 question: Why in 2006, after the IRS raised the issue, Geithner paid over $17,000 for 2003-2004 work at IMF (as self-employed) but he didn’t pay back 2001-2002 – about $26,000 until November 2008, after he was nominated by Obama for Treasury. Did he forget or he tried to just scam the government? How many of us common folk can “forget” to pay $33,000 in back taxes and the IRS will consider it “an honest mistake.” Yeah, try that one on your next audit.

. . . and remember he offered Barack Obama $1Million to show his transcripts (at the time it was a challenge over who got better grades, but it became clear that Obama HAD no transcripts because in buying a diploma he never attended any classes which is why no one, including the President of the PolySci Alumni, of which Obama says he is one, nobody remembers him at all). This could also be why Obama said that Truman was a great peace negotiator in one of his speeches…you’d think a PolySci grad would know a little bit about Truman, or that there’s not 57 States.

Entering 042-68-xxxx reveals Obama’s ss# was issued in Connecticut in 1976-1977. Obama was living in Hawaii at that time and would have been around 15 or 16 years old. Why didn’t he simply get his ss# in Hawaii? Could it be because, at the time, he was Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen, thus ineligible to get a U.S. ss# — his mother/grandmother must have had a contact in Connecticut who (?illegally?) obtained the ss# for Barack.

ABC News (radio) reported this morning that the Supreme Court has invited Rush Limbaugh to a private meeting tomorrow, Jan.15th, in Washington D.C.

For instance, your UPI story says one hospital, while a Nov. 2008 story in the Hawaii newspaper Honolulu Advertiser says it was a different hospital.

1. NOTE: In my opinion, Kapiolani seems to misunderstand the HIPAA priviacy rules.

2. As I understand HIPAA privacy hospital rules, if Obama tells his birth hospital that it can tell the world that he was born there, the birth hospital can legally do so.

3. Another note referring to HIPAA hospital privacy rules: There is the problem that Obama’s mother is now dead.

4. Obama’s mother is dead: Also, as I understand HIPAA privacy rules, now that Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama is dead, the Hawaii hospital where she supposedly gave birth can legally verify if she was or was not a patient there on Aug. 4, 1961.

5. That is, as I understand HIPAA, it is one thing to protect the hospital records of a patient who has died, but it is another thing to simply for a hospital to say whether or not a dead person was a patient sometime in the past.

6. NOTE: Maybe a lawyer who visits this blog can tell us if the hospital where Obama’s mother supposedly gave birth to Obama on Aug. 4, 1961, can legally tell us if Obama’s mother was or was not a patient there now that Obama’s mother is dead.

7. So, Obama, enquiring minds want to know: Which of two Hawaii hospitals is your birth hospital: Queens or that other one, Kapiolani?

I’ve been thinking, how 0bama and his ilk used the “disenfranchised” via ACORN, white guilt, etc. to further his cause to make America into a communist shit-hole and a 3rd world ghetto in the North American Union. Then when we needed them to behave as public servants they gave us the proverbial finger.

Females, females are by far, the largest group of “victims” on the planet. No racial issue can even remotely scratch the surface of the abuse, murder, rape, mutilation, discrimination, oppression that is routinely faced by women in every country on the planet.
I notice many of us who see the light here, are females. I notice none of us are intimidated by other powerful women ( I do not include Michelle Obama because she’s a crook, a fraud, lost her law license, and is a tagalong). I think a lot of the disdain for Hillary and Palin was from envy, a kind of envy stemming from the fact that they have their shit together and most of the women who hate them just do not. It was striking the woman-on-woman rage we saw from this campaign, and how the misogynists played that up to their own benefit (for example young women wearing cunt t-shirts, oblivious to their own body parts).
I saw an article yesterday of a 22 year old woman who witnessed how her older sister prostituted herself for 3 weeks and earned enough money to put herself through college, so she decided to auction off her virginity. I think the highest bid so far was $3.7 Million. She she really was, sitting on a gold mine. “We” all are. Mostly. “We” are the real prize, we are what Islamofascism is mainly about: Gender Apartheid and Gender Totalitarianism.
Now I’m not saying we should auction our sexuality, but what I am saying is that we haven’t really USED it for the purposes which we could use it for. Not only to end oppression of females, which is rampant, but use our gender the way American blacks have been used to parlay white guilt to the end of an America-destroying illegal usurper, only use it for the good.
Males have done us wrong, in this election, in world history. The feminists of old did not do what was within their reach, they branched into craziness when as a majority of the population females could have united on a common front. We bring up the children, we therefore have the greatest demands for stability and prosperity, we loathe war and violence but will defend our own with spitfire determination. It’s time to step up the game from whining about victimization to pointing the finger at “male guilt” and backing it up with a vote backed by sheer numbers, or even closing up the gold mine. Blacks may have been 12% of the US population, 6.1% of those were females. We have far more in common with other females of any race.
I’m just thinking…revolution may come from the level of Hamburger Helper and not tonight dear more than we think. Women have to be empowered that they possess a commodity in their minds and bodies which they should never give away and should always fight to ensure it is respected. I think this is why the media cheapens our sexuality. I’m just thinking…

We have a friend here in Maine, I believe he supported Obama (nobody’s perfect). He’s a thinking man, generally keeps himself well-informed, level-headed, also ham radio operator. He’s a gun enthusiast, as is my husband, and they target-shoot together. He seems to believe that riots or revolution is coming…. I haven’t talked to our friend about this, but that’s my husband’s perspective – and HE doesn’t think it will come to revolt.

I hope this country can get back on track without riots and revolt, but it’s getting hard to stay optimistic. There is so much apathy, and still so many who are infatuated with Obama, I wonder if there are even enough people to really turn the country around? I hope and pray the Supreme Court will do their job, since Congress has already folded.

You misunderstand the HIPAA regulations, at least as far as they apply to living people. I do not know whether the rules are different for someone who is deceased. However, as far as living people are concerned, a hospital or other healthcare provider cannot release any records without a written, signed authorization from the patient that specifies who the records will be released to, except as required by law (eg, during a medical emergency).

According to Dick Morris, not paying your taxes is just a civil offense. Geitner did not REPORT his income and Morris said that is a CRIMINAL offense. I emailed AZ Senator Jon Kyl about it today and got an IMMEDIATE phone call from his office in Washington DC. His rep said that Kyl has urged Congress not to “rush” his confirmation through, but to have a hearing on it. His rep said he didn’t know how Kyl was going to vote on this nominee. I also talked to him about BO’s eligibility and, of course he said that the Supreme Court has dismissed all of the cases so far. I told him that we all know that BO is hiding something and we will find out what it is eventually.

The rep for Kyl also told me that the weather in DC on inauguration day is a 33% chance of snow! I also complained about the emergency funds to pay for this shindig.

He also encouraged me to continue sending emails to Senator Kyl so I guess they do read them. So slam all your congressmen with emails! And letter, too. We will keep them so busy that they won’t have time to do their actual jobs. Maybe that’s a good thing?

BTW, there is a lawyer on the Ed Hale port of entry documentation–Stephen Pidgeon, who is the attorney who filed for the plaintiffs for the State of Washington lawsuit. It was dismissed, of course, but Pidgeon said that just opens more doors for the progressing lawsuit.

…Rush is in D.C. and attended the Medal of Freedom Ceremony at the White House on Tues., Jan 13 so this very well could be an accurate report. Stating it is a “private” meeting makes it seem offical…like they will be discussing a VERY important issue (maybe about how he can help calm the rioting via radio broadcast when The Messiah is found to be ineligible for POTUS).

Has anyone noticed small branch banks being built in your neighborhood the last few years. There are two new ones withing walking distance of my house just in the last year and more just a little farther away. My neighbor and I were talking the other day about how there are never any customers and lots of folks wondered why they were being built. There doesn’t seem to be a need for them.
Yesterday, while searching for something else, I found an article online that is interesting. Hillary, at her confirmation hearing for Secretary of State, made a “freudian slip.” She called Kerry, “President,” and when corrected, said it was a “freudian slip.” Kerry said that he guessed they were both subject to that. She answered, “especially on this subject.”

The question, however, is, during the interview, was she speaking for herself or for Obama? The reason I ask is, she said all means would be used to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons and that in regards to taking action against Iran, all options were open. Nothing had been taken off the table. (See NY Observer online.)

According to HIPAA rules, if someone was simply in the hospital, it’s considered ‘directory’ type information and it CAN be released. Second, Obama’s birth was listed in the Honolulu papers, so there’s not a privacy violation. All that a hospital would have to do is confirm this public information and the only way they would get in trouble for that is if Obama sued. There’s no way he would sue them (or the DOH, for that matter) for confirming his birth at a hospital in Hawaii. No records have to be released.

Just thought I would share something I happened to come across, even though it may be nothing.

I read on another forum someone mentioning “something big” coming down the pike from the SCOTUS around Jan. 20 and then later in February. I gleaned enough info that I was able to find out what case they were talking about, and as it happens, its on a side topic that some have theorized may have some significance with the BC issue.

Remember the “Apology Resolution” by Clinton back in 1993 where the U.S. apologized for its role in overthrowing the kingdom of Hawaii? Well there is a case regarding that, and whether 1.2 million acres of land should be set aside for reparations to native Hawaiians. (The overthrow occurred on Jan. 17th 1893, – the 116th anniversary is two days away)…The Hawaii Supreme court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs (stating that Hawaii must make reparations to the natives) and it is now at the feet of SCOTUS, with amicus briefs filed on by every state in the nation.

“Directory information” refers to patients who are currently in the hospital, and have been given the opportunity to opt out of being listed. It does not refer to a patient from 50 years ago. And a lawsuit from the patient is NOT the only way the hospital could get in trouble if HIPAA was violated. All hospitals are accredited every 7 or so years by JCHAO, a federal commission. Enough violations and the hospital’s accreditation would be revoked.

Yesterday January 14,2008 at 2:40 PM Arizona time I was watching Wolf Biltzer reporting the news on CNN when he stated that a Historic Event was taking place that a President Elect for the first time was meeting with the Supreme Court of the United States!

It is my belief that Chief Justice Roberts who has accepted 2 lawsuits regarding the eligibility of Obama to run for POTUS requested Obama to come to the Court and prove or to disclose his true citizenship status and Birth Certificate information to be submitted to the Court immediately.

The Court must rule based on the Constitution or find some way of ruling that he is eligible and put the entire Court at the disposal of the American people who along with the Constitution stand above the Congress,Senate and the Supreme Court in any final decision in this matter! Lets hope that the Court realizes that by taking their oath of office they have no other choice,but to demand that Obama prove that he is a “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” and report the results to the nation.

A lot of hospitals, in the past, have made that directory information available to the public, such as to local newspapers and radio stations. In such a case, assuming that Stanley Ann Dunham’s admission had been publicized, then confirming that information doesn’t violate her privacy. We know Obama was born and we assume it was in a hospital based on the comments of Obama’s sister or other newspaper sources. Should a hospital confirm that information, there is no privacy being violated. No record has to be released to confirm that information. Also, if the patient was NOT at a hospital, there is no privacy violated at all. And the only way there would be a violation is if it were reported as a complaint. Why would such a simple, public piece of information be considered a violation??

More opinions on why Berg NOW has standing, and why the other petitions were not granted (and not completely released but rather still pending)

“My eighty-nine year old father practiced law for over 50 years. He was top in his class and clerked for the federal court. When the Gore case went to the SCOTUS he wrote the chapter, paragraph etc. that the court would decide the case on a piece of paper. He also wrote the vote tally and which justices would vote which way…..He gave the paper to a young judge in town and told him to open it when the decision was published……..He was 100% correct. He thinks any one who thinks that the SCOTUS is going to ignore or dismiss this case is delusional. He is much more qualified to judge the case then you are.

The Supreme Court had to wait until now for Berg to have standing. There is no precedence for this case. It is a historical decision and they will do everything they can to get it right. The constitution does not establish who vets the candidate. Part of their decision will determine who, or what will be held responsible in the future, if not now. It could destroy the Democratic Party if they are proved to be part of an intentional fraud. If Obama does not provide the documentation they request, he will be held in contempt, and they WILL obtain it.

Both Donofrio’s and Wrotnowski’s cases said the burden lays with the Secretary of State (SoS) not doing their job. There is no law that states that it is their job. So, the SoS would win the case. Berg, however, did not have standing until Congress certified the electoral votes to present his case. He now has standing, as do Keyes and the other California cases.

I know that his British citizenship at birth makes him questionable as a NBC. It’s simply that so many senators and representatives have responded with that same line of bull about how he already released his BC to the media. Since he hasn’t, then a little demonstration outside his office couldn’t hurt, if somebody could get the Chicago press to cover it.

One purpose would be to irritate him as much as he’s irritated us over the last many months. (He, of the most transparent administration in history. Right.)

He knew that the Dems and the OMSM would repeat any of several memes: It’s a “hiccough” (Reid). It’s an “embarrassment” (Obama). It was “sloppy” on his part (from a story in the NY Times).

The last excuse is my personal favorite, because I predicted that one, having remembered how they explained away Berger’s theft and destruction of documents from the National Archives as “sloppiness.”

Remember how the OMSM excoriated Joe the Plumber because he owed $1000 in taxes (something like that amount), which he overlooked because of some technicality? Did they make him pay a penalty? Probably.

As for the illegal alien housekeeper, they finally mentioned her in our newspaper, today; but they explained that away by saying in effect that he’s not very detail oriented–he didn’t keep a copy of her “papers” to refer to, so he didn’t know when her papers expired. Plausible.

But do we or do we not want a detail-oriented person in charge of OUR money?

Here’s the deal folks. Only Republicans are raked over the coals by the media (see Palin, Sarah) and only Republicans are held accountable by BOTH parties. Seldom do Democrats hold other Democrats to account. If that’s not true, then tell me why Frank and Conyers, among others, are still “serving?”

Looking at Ann Dunham’s life story, I found very interesting that Obama’s propaganda seemed to have portrayed him as if he had been living on food stamps during his infancy. True, mama was a sort of “flower girl”, a sign of the times I suppose, and papa wasn’t pitching, but she held very good positions while overseas and the Obama divorce papers talk about housekeepers and such. Just look at her positions: Ford Foundation, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), consultant in Pakistan for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Rayat Bank (Indonesia’s oldest bank), Women’s World Banking in NY.

You can disagree with the law all you like, but that doesn’t change it. The HIPAA laws are fairly new and provide a lot more confidentiality to patients. It doesn’t matter whether something has been publicized, if it’s otherwise illegal for the hospital to release it, it remains illegal.

Anyways, Jeff found an article by Byron York wherein he says that the IMF actually GAVE their employees a (sort of)bonus that they were to specifically use to pay their taxes. They had to sign a paper SWEARING that they would use the money to pay their taxes. Apparently, Geithner signed, but didn’t pay up.

Here’s a possible explanation for your disappearing comments: If you ever clear your caches (temp files, cookies, etc.) then when you come back to the TD blog, any comments that you made beforehand but which aren’t yet posted will not be visible to you. Make another comment, and suddenly all of your comments show up “awaiting moderation.” That’s happened to me, as you can well imagine, since I tend to get “wordy.”

This amendment sets term limits for US presidents. And Obama still plans to set up his national police force that he wants to be as large and well-funded as the US military. Note: Hitler and Stalin used their police forces to crush all of their opposition and Hitler employed his Gestapo to also round up, arrest and exterminate German Jews. One of today’s current national police forces is called Hezbollah.

So, with election-fraud units firmly in place, no term limits and his personal police to forcibly enforce his will upon the masses, Obama will likely never be voted from the office of POTUS. Only those who have lost the ability to see and/or hear do not recognize this increasing and eventually ultimate danger. To add insult to injury, during these current times of economic disaster—brought on by Obama and his Democrat friends—Obama’s inaugural ceremonies are reported and planned to exceed $150M! And, to top it off, it doesn’t even appear that Obama is a US citizen. Astounding…

Has anyone researched wether or not he attended Columbia College in Chicago or the mid west? The school in N Y is not the only Columbia College.

(remember, none of his records have been released and his ties to the mid-west are strong.)

In Conference, they probably talked about who was responsible to vet the candidate. If it wasn’t the SoS of each state, they did not want to waste valuable court time and not hold Obama accountable. The burden to each SoS to vet each candidate for each office would be prohibitive in both time and expense. You will notice that neither cases were completely released but pending. They can be revisited and opinions may be written on them when a final release is given. Berg’s case, on the other hand, places the burden on the candidate, the party, and the FEC. Berg, however, did not have standing until Congress certified the electoral votes to present his case. He now has standing, as do Keyes and the other California cases.”

the bonus to pay the taxes isn’t unusual, but the signing part doesn’t make sense. No employer would have an employee sign such a thing. They couldn’t care less and they sure don’t need a paper trail.

It’s just another form of bonus, and the ‘reason’ for the extra $ is verbal. It’s often attached to a monetary bonus, stocks, etc.

Greg, I’m not disagreeing with the law. I’ve read it and nowhere does it say that directory information only pertains to current admissions. It couldn’t say that, because it would open the door to lawsuits left and right with places that have published hospital admissions. If no patient relationship is established, there’s no violation of privacy, so there’s nothing that legally prevents a denial of someone NOT ever being a patient in the hospital.

That Scotus WILL say that the case DOES have merit BEFORE the inauguration as to minimize the potential for civil unrest, because asking the eligibility question afterwards would be too devastating to us as a nation and our National Security?
That would tell me that implementations would need to be in order for such a decision to come down from the Supreme court in terms of Security. My guess is that they are morally and ethically obligated to protect the citizens of the united states from harm whether from our enemies or our neighbors.

For some reason i truly doubt that Pres. Bush would spend such money on security for the inauguration if there already wasn’t something bigger happening. I also believe it was the Idaho National Guard that is now in Washington according to the armytimes.

Then again…”Hell will freeze over before that ever happens”.

My understanding of the law is that Barack Hussein Obama IS the 44th President of the United States as of the certification of the Electoral College vote on January 8, 2009 when Vice President Cheney, in his role as President of the Senate certified the Electoral College vote and there were no objections from any Senator or Representative.

The Inauguration ceremony on the 20th is a formality to mark the beginning of his term in office with the Chief Justice swearing him in. After January 20th, the ONLY legal process that can effect the Obama Presidency is via a Bill of Impeachment passing in the House and a trial by the Senate voting to find him guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors” by a two-thirds majority.

The Supreme Court, as a co-equal branch of government has no power to remove a sitting president from office.

ksdb– I used to work for DOJ dealing specifically with health care fraud issues, and I can tell you that even when we had to show lists of patient names and info, it had to be redacted and replaced by coded information with the identifying information protected yet available to the court if need be. In other words, no one is going to take a chance that they ‘might’ break HIPAA … They will just not reveal it regardless and use HIPAA as the reason.

Exactly. Nuanced. Clintonesque–which is merely shorthand for how ALL lawyers speak. You have to read between the lines. Here’s what she said:

No way. Take that sentence apart:

I . . . have personally seen and verified THAT . . .

That what? That she has seen THAT THE BC IS ON RECORD.

What’s especially problematic is the verb “has” right before “Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate.” There’s no way to diagram the sentence and come to the conclusion that she viewed the BC itself. No way.

She did NOT say that she has personally SEEN Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate.

She simply said that she’s seen (and verified) THAT it’s on record.

They counted upon everyone misunderstanding that sentence. Counted upon them believing that she SAW the document and that she was therefore certifying (verifying) that he was born in Hawaii.

She added all the language about their titles (Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, Registrar of Vital Statistics) and the business about “statutory authority” to lend gravitas to the sentence.

Take out all the bull and misdirection and you’ll see that ALL she said was that they checked and an original birth certificate is there in their files, somewhere.

It’s hard to believe that it’s a coincidence that she used the word “SEEN”. That word leads people who aren’t listening carefully into believing that what was SEEN was the BC.

But all she did was to SEE TO IT that the record is on file.

She used the word “verified” to make everybody believe that she was vouching for his statement that he was born in Hawaii.

Pink Elephant, I appreciate that you may have had a protocol to follow and in your example, you appear to be talking about a whole lot more than just simple directory information, which is exempted from the same privacy protocols. There are also other types of exemptions. Hospital admissions have and CAN be allowed in the media. For example, if someone is in a car accident, then the hospital where that person is taken can be listed in the newspaper. There is an allowance for judgment calls. With Obama’s mama and Obama’s birth information, there’s really not a reasonable expectation of privacy.

American Girl: Same thing happened to me with regard to Hannity and Limbaugh. I remember hearing them talk about Berger, sloppiness, Joe the Plumber, and Geithner, and I wondered if they’re reading TD’s blog to get ideas. Snark! (I hear them on a delayed basis, too.)

Late yesterday, I caught up with the comments on other threads, where I finally read your comment about Berger’s “docs”. But that was after I wrote similar comments about Berger. Sometimes, all of our very similar comments are hanging out together, “awaiting moderation.”

Indeed, great minds do think alike. Synchronicity, as I said.

But really, we’re all thinking along the same lines and connecting the same dots, so it’s no surprise that we come up with the same connections and notice the same ironies.

JustinCredible: Obama is now constitutionally the president after the electoral college vote verification, and then will be the pres if he is sworn in. But millions of us know that he is an illegal president, a usurper.

But the impeachment process is only reserved for legal presidents–not usurpers. So to remove Obama he will have to be arrested and physically taken out of the WH. This is the problem with a usurper–chaos, the military is not accountable to him. This is what Soetoro has brought to America.

Nothing that starts with bad intention will work. His ego driven, hidden agenda, lies and bad intentions will cause him to fall very, very hard. He will be frogmarched out of the whitehouse before 2009 is done….by the people, by the FBI, by the Secret Service, or by the military.

This whole farce is outrageous. The entire cabinet, leadership of the house and senate, all of them involved in this coup d’etat. They will be held accountable.

diss: I bow to your superior knowledge/interpretation. This from the Byron York piece:

“The tax allowance has turned out to be a key part of the Geithner situation. This is how it worked. IMF employees were expected to pay their taxes out of their own money. But the IMF then gave them an extra allowance, known as a “gross-up,” to cover those tax payments. This was done in the Annual Tax Allowance Request, in which the employee filled out some basic information — marital status, dependent children, etc. — and the IMF then estimated the amount of taxes the employee would owe and gave the employee a corresponding allowance.

At the end of the tax allowance form were the words, “I hereby certify that all the information contained herein is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and that I will pay the taxes for which I have received tax allowance payments from the Fund.” Geithner signed the form. He accepted the allowance payment. He didn’t pay the tax. For several years in a row.”

That’s why I said a “sort of bonus.” But it seems to me that this paperwork at least proves that he KNEW that he owed those taxes. Yet he didn’t pay up until forced to by an IRS audit and now by the circumstances of his nomination. I wonder how an impartial jury would judge his intent in this instance? An “honest mistake?” Don’t think so.

Correct analysis, Miri. I am sure this was a carefuly crafted statement designed to distract. Certainly those dumbos in congress, who made form letters out of it, fell for it. That is enough reason in itself to replace all 635 members of the house and senate.

BTW, we’re thinking of forming the new party: The People’s Party of America (PPA)….on BTR some of us will now put up a show called “Constitution Radio Network”, inviting scholars, historians, etc to solidify our understanding and to also look at the ‘legal legs’ underneath any attempt to rectify the usurper presidency.

I checked back and that essay was posted (if I interpret the site correctly) 13 hours ago, which would put it right after midnight today. Interesting.

Yesterday, we’re all talking about how there’s no evidence of him at Columbia and suddenly this essay shows up. Trolls and bots monitoring? Or somebody trying to help fill in his resume for us?

I wonder if other copies of that magazine would reveal what his status at Columbia was. Don’t mags usually include a paragraph about the author? Was he a regular writer? If so, wouldn’t there be something, somewhere, explaining his background? Exchange student, as somebody said elsewhere? Interesting.

Just noticed the comment and link by drkate which is very important, and as a retired attorney it is outrageous and illegal for any meeting between a case pending defendant and any judge who is party to the case. Once the case is active in a court of law only the attorney representing the defendant may request a meeting with the judge in chambers with the prosecutor present for discussion – this is a disgrace beyond the pale.

As a point counter point, many years ago spent time with Leonard Cohen at Ben’s Deli and Irving Layton at a corner table after 1:00 AM. I was so young and my Jewish mother took exception of me coming home at 4:00 AM in the morning as was worried about women who might be there lol. This entire scenerio reminds me of Cohen’s song ” Everybody Knows.”

Miri and everyone, the better point is, given the obvious obfuscation in these words from the HI official, did staff members from Annenberg Political FactCheck intentionally misinterpret her to say, BO was born in HI? Because that’s what they wrote on their blog. Or, are they too stupid to discern the meaning of her words? If so then, why do all of the members of Congress cited in my military Complaint place such stock in what their staffers have to say? Thank you for posting this. I am outraged. “Protocol” and tea parties aside, I expect a clear and defined line between the Executive branch and the SCOTUS. A defined line between SC justices and parties to cases pending before them.

SCOTUS is the last and final resort of citizens. They are benefitted by appointment for LIFE in order to be free and clear of any sort of influence. WHY are they having tea & cookie parties with the Executive branch?! They are SPECIFICALLY supposed to be apart from it!

Here i go again reading into things..

Body Language.

You all noticed obama’s pic with the supremes at their “meeting”.

Notice how Biden has his hands just atop the supreme seat. He knows it is a seat of authority therefore his hands aren’t all over the seat as if it were his and he had authority over it. He has respect for the seat.
Then notice obama hangin all over the chair as if he owns it.
Notice that what ever was said at the instance of the picture taken, the look on everyones face. Obama is smilin the biggest.

The guy in back is lookin to see if the higher ups are smiling..cuz if they are..he will too.
The gal and the other man in back..well…whatever was said they didn’t agree with it, therefore they were looking at the floor,sort of like a “we’ll see” stance. Or “i’m not partaking in this fiasco.” Arms crossed or hands clasping eachother.

Maybe justice roberts did recuse himself from obama/berg case because of a conflict of interest and handed it off to Scalia to deal with. Therefore Scalia could not attend due to a conflict of interest. Nobody said he was sick or anything. I don’t think he would actually have to publicize the recusing of the case. Maybe just privately between all the justices.

And to the gals above this who thought that it was a “miracle of things to come when that airplane landed on top of the water..same day as the fairwell address.”.I believe you’re right..God will keep us all afloat…at the last minute.

Deborah, interesting. One surprise would be a foreign attack somewhere in the world that forces the cancellation of the inauguration of obama, right before he is about to take the oath. Obama: Were you born in Queens or Kapiolani hospital?

During my recent research on google, it seems to me that most people in Hawaii believe that Obama was born in Kapiolani hospital.

But what Hawaii hospital does Obama himself say is his Hawaii birth hospital?

As we all know, Obama is conspicuously silent when asked about his Hawaii birth hospital.

But in my research on google, I came across a statement in an Illinois assembly publication that says Obama was born in Queens hospital.

1. Below is part of a long article in an Illinois publication on Obama. It says Obama was born in Queens Hospital.

2. My question is this: How would an Illinois publication know to write that Obama was born at Queens hospital in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, since Obama’s Hawaii short form birth certificate that Obama has displayed on his fight the smears website does not list Obama’s birth hospital?

3. My answer is this: The only way, as I see it, for the Illinois publication to be able to list Queens Hawaii hospital as Obama’s birth hospital is if Obama himself gave the information to the Illinois assembly publication that Queens hospital was Obama’s Hawaii hospital back in Aug.4, 1961.

jbjd: You know they are all covering for O. It has nothing to do with stupidity — they all KNOW. It doesn’t take a neurosurgeon to understand the clear intent of our Framers. All of Congress KNOW O is ineligible because of his father, etc..

And, I don’t know where I read this (in my frantic search for ANYTHING that would give me hope that this episode of The Twilight Zone is almost over!) so if it was here please forgive me, but someone said maybe Roberts had him over for tea so he could get his fingerprints off the cup for a DNA sample…! Doubtful, but it still made me smile

My husband had an interesting take on the wonderful pilot who landed that plane in the Hudson. He said it was interesting coming at a time when we have someone with no experience taking over as leader of our country. He said if it hadn’t been for the pilot’s many years and thousands of hours of experience in the air, there could have been a great tragedy. Certainly gives one a shudder to wonder how Obama will pilot this great nation with little experience and even greater naivete.

Now will give you the punchline in regards this meeting between Obama and a Judge within the Supreme Court with litigation pending and want you to think really hard about this scenerio. The Judge in question should step down immediately because he has made a mockery of America, but this gets better.

Obama who is a fraud and a clown holds himself out to America as a Professor of Constitutional Law and this and that which is all bullshit as he was a mere part-time lecturer. Now, if Obama was intelligent which he is not, he would have had the intelligence and dignity to say:

Its so unfortunate that the easy way to force release of Obama’s vault copy Certificate of Live Birth wasn’t utilized. Hawaii’s Vital Records statutes require “a tanglible interest” in a confidential vital record in order to release it. Almost all of the legally specified examples of “tangible interest” involve the person named on the record or their immediate family but one example of tangible interest involves needing the document in a legal procedure.
Both Hawaii’s current governor, Linda Lingle and Hawaii’s Attorney General Mark Bennett are Republicans who endorsed John McCain for President. Governor Lingle even spoke at the Republican Convention and she was the only governor to not attend a governors’ meeting with Obama in Washington D.C.
If proper political pressure had been brought to bear pushing the state of Hawaii to charge Obama with the criminal acts of forgery and/or fraud in his posting of the Certificate of Live Birth that appears on the “Fight the Smears” website, a Grand Jury would have been convened and an indictment would have been issued for forgery and fraud. That would have easily forced release of the original long form document to verify or negate the forgery and/or fraud charges. Every other legal maneuver that has been used in this case has been a civil law suit and not a criminal complaint (think Rod Blagojevich in Illinois and the quick action on his crimes due to arrest and indictment).
Both Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Health Department and Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, Registrar of Vital Records for the state of Hawaii are appointees of Republican Governor Lingle. Onaka’s name even appears on Obama’s copy of his short form Certification of Live Birth that is still viewable on the web.
If attorneys for the Republican National Committee and the McCain=Palin for President campaign had acted in concert with the Governor’s administration in Hawaii, this mess probably could have easily been exposed and dealt with in proper legal form. It makes me sick that it didn’t happen.

Sadly, I was recently accused by a family member of not giving Mr. Obama a chance…. and degrading him. In the sentence before that I was told how “excited they were about our new leadership and finally got rid of the biggest crook in history. GEORGE W. BUSH”. It struck me as ironic because I was being accused of degrading Mr. Obama yet they were allowed to make a statement about an eligible President who served our country with much passion and patriotism…. the best he knew how! It made me wonder…who is really doing the degrading??? What I and many other Americans want to know are just plain and simple facts….. In no way am I degrading the man here but asking that he be honest with us and that the Constitution of the United States of America be upheld. How is that degrading and why is it so difficult for Mr. Obama to accommodate our request??

As one of many concerned citizens and Patriots, our mission for the truth will not end when Mr. Obama swears on a bible. The evidence is out there and it will come to light one way or another. In the meantime……The dangers to our nation and our families which Mr. Obama has put forth by being a USURPER are quite frightening and certainly very upsetting. Frankly, Mr. Obama’s statements of uniting America were nothing more than a “smoke screen” and words on a teleprompter. Shunning his challengers and hiding all his critical documents from public scrutiny for months on end has served no purpose except to divide our nation….one family at a time…and yes, divided we fall!!!

If you are an Obama fan out there and want to take this request for truth as degrading the man then so be it….. I guess that would be your opinion and freedom of speech. Just know though that there are many apprehensive Americans out here who want what is best for our country. We shall not be bullied into silence!! That being said….. It is up to Mr. Obama to earn our respect by following the Christian values and laws set forth by the framers of the Constitution of the United States of America. ASSOCIATED PRESS President-elect Barack Obama was born under the jurisdiction of a foreign power, Britain, and is therefore ineligible to serve as president of the United States, according to a lawsuit that has reached the Supreme Court.

I stand amazed at what I am witnessing in our constitutional republic. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the Constitution the rule of law in this nation? Don’t Supreme Court judges take oaths promising to protect and uphold that Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies? If our laws are derived from this text, then what is it called when those laws are ignored? It is called, “breaking the law.”

Our Constitution lays down the eligibility requirements for presidents. One requirement states that the president of the United States must be a natural-born citizen. Now, any reasonable thinking person knows citizenship is proven by one’s birth certificate.

President-elect Barack Obama’s presentation of a Certification of Live Birth certified that he was born alive but not that he was born in Hawaii. So we have rumors of a Kenyan birth. How do you get to the bottom of rumors? You inquire and investigate.

Our Supreme Court judges are required to uphold our law and get to the bottom of this unnecessary upheaval that Mr. Obama has hurled America into. What’s so hard about producing a real birth certificate? He is challenging our rule of law by refusing to prove his natural-born citizenship and is, therefore, undermining the foundation of our nation.

If our Supreme Court justices continue to deny “hearing” the many lawsuits that they are being presented with concerning Mr. Obama’s citizenship, then they are failing to do their jobs. The law states eligibility through natural-born citizenship is required. It is the court’s duty to get to the bottom of this and hold Mr. Obama accountable to the law.

We do not know absolutely that the Supreme Court is choosing to do nothing. They may be waiting for the best time and the best case. There are however a myriad of others who have not kept their oath of office including every single elector, all Senators and Congressmen, the Secretaries of state and state election certifiers, and the state Governors.

The simple fact is that Obama has not established the date, time or place of his birth with any supporting documentation that carries any significant legal weight. The clumsy forgery posted on the Obama web site and “verified” by the “non-partisan” FactCheck.org would not even get you a driver’s license in the state of Hawaii. If that document was presented in a court of law, it would be more likely to get you a jail term.

There will always be some Obama disciples who will support the man regardless of what the facts show. If these unquestioning adorers of Mr. Obama took a minute or two to exercise some common sense and basic critical thinking, they would wonder, as many of us do, why Obama has sealed virtually all of his personal records from public scrutiny. College records (grades, transcripts, theses, financial aid forms), Illinois Senate records (his voting record, even his calendar), his legal clients’ list – all have been removed, destroyed, sealed or otherwise made unavailable to the general public and the media alike.

Even die-hard supporters of Obama might wonder how he managed to travel to Pakistan in 1981 during a time when our State Department forbade American citizens to travel to that country. They might even wonder how in the world Obama managed to raise such a huge amount of money during his campaign, a suspiciously large percentage of which came from sources outside the United States. On the other hand, many Obama fans don’t seem inclined to actually think for themselves and check the facts when simply repeating the Obama-approved talking points and tossing out the requisite ad hominem attacks is so much easier. Our Constitution guarantees each of us the right to vote, even those of us who have no respect for that Constitution. What a shame!

Ali, thank you for the compliment. But I have no idea where BO was born. This is why I fashioned the military Complaint the way I did, asking the Court for Declarative Relief using 3 different scenarios. And I intentionally omitted any ‘proof’ of where he was born, or the circumstances of his birth. That’s why I only argued that Plaintiffs have a good faith belief he is not a NBC. And the FACTS I put together came mostly from BO; and his agents, including Annenberg Political FactCheck. (Thank you, Ali, for using Annenberg with FactCheck.) They evidence why Plaintiffs are confused. And that’s why I included the FACTS that members of Congress told concerned constituents he was a NBC based on the word of FactCheck (sic) which, not surprisingly, they failed to identify as Annenberg Political FactCheck or, linked to BO as his former employer. Because Plaintiffs know the only verification that BO is a NBC has come from BO and his agents. And now they know, even Congress failed to grasp this collusion. Thus, they have a good faith belief he is not a NBC.

I drafted this Complaint with the understanding Orly would file this before the Congressional Certification of the EC vote but, she is too busy now. So, I posted this on the web, hoping someone would take advantage of this.

What I ‘know’ and what can be proven in a court of law are two separate things. I know I can prove the allegation that is the basis for this Complaint. Of course, once the Complaint is filed, BO has 20 days to respond. And if he opposes this Complaint like he has done all of the others then, Plaintiffs win, anyway. Because it’s one thing to correctly point out to Plaintiff Phil Berg ‘I don’t have to prove to you that I am a NBC because you have no legal standing to ask’; but it’s another thing to use that same tone with military Plaintiffs sworn to fight and die for their Constitution.

American girl: I can’t speak authoritatively, but I had a relative who once worked in a vital statistics office. He said that basically a woman could name her child anything she wanted to. In the case of a illegitimate child, she could name him after the father, even if the father objected. Even if the man she named the child after WASN’T the father. My guess is that HER true name was on the BC, as the mother; but she could name a father or not, and give the kid whatever surname that she wanted to. It was all up to the mother. I believe, however, that if she was married, the husband was automatically listed as the legal father.

Janet: Yeah. I figured Dowd meant that BHO usurped Hillary’s place (which he did), but I still thought it was an interesting choice of words on her part. I bet she reads this blog. I actually can’t figure out if she likes BHO OR Hillary. But I know she loathes GWB.

JustinCredible, good for you. When I found out that Andy Martin went to HI to ask the Court to release BO’s BC, I contacted him. He intended to argue BO was now a public figure and so, HI public records laws regarding privacy and confidentiality should be innapplicable in this case. I argued that, he should pierce the record holder’s right to privacy by raising an estoppel argument. That is, BO posted a document on the internet that he identified on that site was his “Official Birth Certificate.” Further, he represented to American voters, this proved, he is a “native citizen.” He should not get to benefit from posting this duplicate to establish the facts alleged and yet be entitled to privacy regarding the original certification when those voters want to confirm, he is telling the truth.

But he did not listen.

Ox, BO could argue, he considered not going but, did not want to upset the man who would be hearing his case. And, since he gave up his license to practice, he is no longer an officer of the court; he not only does not have to report his impropriety but also cannot seek an advisory opinion from the IL bar as to the propriety of such a meeting. Schwarzenegger Has Lawyers on Capital Hill Pushing Obama Citizenship Case Forward

image Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly has lawyers on Capital Hill pushing the Obama citizenship case forward towards a precedent setting change in the Constitution. Unlike right wing Republicans, Schwarzenegger wants Obama to ultimately be victorious in front of the Supreme Court if they should choose to hear a case questioning whether or not Barack Obama can be sworn in even though he may have been technically born in Kenya before being certified as a citizen in Hawaii.

The Gubbernator sees common cause (temporarily) with those that would keep Obama from taking office, hoping that the question of fact in Obama’s birth will be admitted and that he will be allowed to be sworn in anyway.

That would create the legal precedent allowing a person not Natural Born in America to run for President. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to be that next President and with Palin and Huckabee currently polling in the lead for the Republican nomination, Arnold could knock them out like an extra pointing a gun at him in a cheap action thriller.

So the question is, what exactly are Arnold’s lawyers doing in Washington????

Well, that’s where things get interesting. Apparently, they are seeking out a key witness in the Obama case. There are two issues at play. One is a question of fact, was Obama born in Kenya. The other is a question of Constitutional crisis. Can a person born in Kenya and elected by the electoral college serve as President or will he have to relinquish the job to Joseph Biden.

It would appear that there is only one person that can answer the first question. The Doctor that presided over the birth herself. Dr. Sarah C. Wiggenstein is the person that everyone is searching for. Apparently Dr. Wiggenstein retired from medical practice 6 years ago and moved to the Cayman islands after her husband Ruford Wiggenstein passed away.

Attorneys have been working with Sarah’s only surviving son, John J. C. Wiggenstein to track down the retiree, who apparently has been out of contact with everyone these last 4 years since her move.

John Wiggenstein is a former commando who served in the Special Forces in Somalia in 1993. Its ironic that Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Presidential chances might rely on a real life commando, who was also awarded the Bronze Star for his work helping to rescue Rangers pinned down in Mogadishu.

Possibly even more ironic, John’s grandfather, Gerald Connors, was one of the original judges in the first Mr. Universe pageant in 1948. So it remains to be seen whether or not, Sarah C. Wiggenstein will come forth to testify in this matter or not.

Her son John, and the rest of the world will stand by and wait to see if Barack Obama might have to face off against Arnold in 2012.

Also, did you find anything with her parents names in Canada?

Regarding that Frances Ann Payne you found — that is oddly coincidental isn’t it? From where was her departure in the U.S.? Does it show a residential address for her at the time?
