Watching the Obama supporters last night, with tears streaming down their faces, their screaming, clapping, dancing and fainting, I have to admit I was a bit emotional myself. I appreciate what this means to African Americans, you could see it on their faces. Juan Williams cried through his whole commentary.
And, as opposed to an Obama presidency as I am, I still hold dear, and respect and value the Office of the Presidency, the symbolism of that office. These kinds of things make me weepy, as does the National Anthem. I can’t help it.
And, although many of you might disagree, I am not bitter, or angry. I am just interested, opinionated, and involved, and I supported and voted for someone else. But as much as I can understand what this means to his supporters, it is unfortunate that what this year meant to those who supported Hillary Clinton or John McCain and Sarah Palin, wasn’t understood.
I’d like to say that I think Obama transcended race, and is truly a new kind of Politician. But, then I remember the number of times people who opposed him were called racist. I can’t forget the Clinton’s painted as racists, her supporters, then Palin, and McCain themselves, as well as their supporters. I can’t forget the number of times I was called racist on my blog, or online from the very first day.
I’d like to say that as I watched Michelle on stage last night, that I felt pride that she will be our first African American First Lady. But, I can’t forget the times she said she was for the first time, proud of her country. A country that afforded her an Ivy League education, a country where her family prospered and excelled. I can’t forget her saying that America is a mean country. I can’t forget when she said that she would have to think long and hard before she would support Hillary, should she be the nominee. I can’t forget when she said that *if you can’t run your own house, how can you run the White House*, such an affront to women everywhere.
I’d like to say, as I watched those adorable two girls on the stage last night, the opportunity that lies ahead of them, and all young women. But then I couldn’t help think of the attacks on the children of Sarah Palin. I couldn’t help think of the attacks on her, her 17 year old daughter, and Hillary Clinton, and her female supporters. I can’t forget the public acceptance of the effigy of Sarah Palin, or the Clinton Nutcrackers, or the Sarah Palin is a cunt t-shirts, or the many, many sexist attacks. I couldn’t help remember the nasty comments coming from the left that she should have aborted Trig.
I’d like to say, as I watched the supporters, running through the streets celebrating, that they deserved it, that they worked hard, and put up an honest fair political fight. That they just wanted it more. But then I couldn’t help think of the personal attacks on me, from the day I typed *I support Hillary*. I can’t forget the anonymous personal attacks, and death threats and worse, left on my blog, for discussing the race. I couldn’t help but watch the crowd, and think, “are they someone who called me a whore or a racist c*nt?” I can’t forget the caucus fraud that was witnessed all over the country in the primary. I can’t forget the attacks on African Americans who didn’t support Obama. I can’t forget that someone told Soldier4Hillary that they hoped she died in Iraq, because she supported Hillary. I couldn’t help think of the Black Panthers I saw, in Philadelphia standing in front of the polling place, threatening voters. I can’t forget the death threats on Tavis Smiley for criticizing Obama. I can’t forget the Super Delegates who received death threats for supporting Hillary.
I’d like to say as I watched Hillary and Bill cast their vote yesterday that I believe they supported Obama. But, I can’t forget what Hillary said during the primary, questioning Obama on Rezko and Ayers, and Wright. I can’t forget the constant insults from Obama about the Clinton presidency, and Hillary personally, and professionally. I can’t forget Biden, Edwards, Dodd, and more, tell the American people that Obama is not ready, and not tested. I can’t forget his refusal to release his Senate records, his college transcripts, or his passport.
I’d like to say, as I saw Obama standing there last night, in front of a wall of American flags, giving his speech, that he truly loves America, and is a man of his word. But I can’t forget his excuse for not wearing the Flag pin, and then his political expediency in wearing it. I can’t forget the photo of him not placing his hand over his heart during the National Anthem. I can’t forget the photo William Ayers standing on the American flag. I can’t forget his refusal to release his birth certificate, something that was demanded of Mccain.
I’d like to say, as I watched Obama vote for himself as President yesterday, that I appreciated what an out of body, overwhelming experience that must have been, the pride and excitement he must feel. But, then I saw William Ayers go into the same polling booth, as did Farrakhan. I was reminded of what Obama did early in his career, to get to this point, who he considered appropriate to associate with, to befriend, and to partner with to further his political career. I can’t forget how he exposed his opponents in Chicago, and personally attacked them, to get them removed from the ballot. I can’t forget how he ran his Chicago Districts and his dealings with Rezko, and the state of despair his districts are in. I can’t forget that he didn’t leave that church.
I’d like to say that as I watched him walk to the podium, to give his acceptance speech that he worked so hard, and that he earned this. But I can’t forget what little he has actually accomplished. Yes, he ran a good campaign, he spent more days campaigning then he has ever held a job. I can’t forget all the articles I have read, about his start in the Chicago Senate, and how he was handed bills, to further his career, how his mentor carried him, made himself a Senator. I can’t forget the articles I read how Obama would catch Dodd or Kennedy in the halls and cling to them as they went to present bills, and adding himself to their accomplishments. I can’t forget that he has campaigned longer then he has actually served in the Senate. I can’t forget how he himself said, in 2004 that he was not ready.
I’d like to say, as I saw him standing there, that the people have spoken, and the best man won. But, I can’t forget the thousands and thousands of fraudulent voters registered, the buses of homeless and drug addicts that were driven to the polls. I can’t forget the Obama supporters who have been caught voting twice, the people on the streets saying they voted multiple times, the overseas ballots that have been tossed out. Those four delegates. I can’t forget the actions of the DNC and how they treated the Clintons. I can’t forget the efforts to shove Hillary Clinton from the race.
I’d like to say that as I saw him standing there, and even as I listened to him, and was moved to tears, that he deserves it. I couldn’t help think of the man that did not win. A man who has courageously served his country since he was 17 years old. A man who fought, and almost died for his country. A man who spent five years in a prison in Vietnam, at the same time one of Obama’s neighbors and friends was bombing the Pentagon, and Capital. I couldn’t help remember that Obama gave a book review to Ayers, whose other book was dedicated to the man that murdered Robert Kennedy.
I’d like to say that, although my candidate lost, I trust that Obama will follow through with his promises. But I can’t forget the broken promises he has already made, and the lies that he has told – looking into the eye of the American people. I can’t forget the sliding numbers for his tax cuts.
I’d like to say that as I was watching McCain give his concession speech, that he lost after a good fight. But I can’t forget that McCain couldn’t even fight. His every move, every attempt to put up a good fight was chastised in the media, screams of racism were thrown at him. Even having to fight his own party. As I watched Sarah Palin standing behind him, I couldn’t help think how close we were to having a woman in the White House. As I watched her fight back her tears, I couldn’t help think of all that she has accomplished in her life, being only two years older then me. I can’t forget all the disgusting insulting attacks thrown at her, and how she stayed strong. I can’t forget all of the attacks coming from so called feminists, and how far this election has set us back, as women. And apparently, we really have not gone that far. I can’t forget members of her own party calling her a cancer. I can’t forget the attacks on her and her family, a sitting Governor who has served the people of Alaska, who was asked to join the Republican ticket. The respect I felt for McCain and Palin standing there, moved me to tears. He is a true American Hero, and his service to his country should never be forgotten. I can’t forget the attacks I have read, from the left, on his service.
I’d like to say that Obama is truly a man who was supported by the American people. But I can’t forget the broken promise to accept campaign finance. I can’t forget the millions of dollars of overseas money he as illegally accepted, the millions he has had to return, the unchecked prepaid credit card donations. And his refusal to release the donor list. I can’t forget the millions he has raised and spent, and the promise he broke to get there.
I’d like to say that Obama will be for all people. But can’t forget the personal attacks on Joe the Plumber and anyone who opposed Obama. I can’t forget his pandering to Christian Conservatives in some states, including the gay bashers, his opposition to gay marriage, or his refusal to speak out against the sexist attacks on Clinton and Palin. I can’t forget that Obama pays his female employees less than the men. I can’t forget his double talk regarding Israel. I can’t forget his is associations with Farrakhan, Wright, Khalidi, Meeks, Moss, Dhorn, Ayers, ACORN.
I’d like to say that Obama will help the economy. But I can’t forget his share of the responsibility in the collapse of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. I can’t forget all of the experts telling us how his spending and proposals are going to add trillions in more debt. I can’t forget that he is second only to Dodd, in his two short years in the Senate, for taking money from them.
I’d like to say, as I watched the members of the media praise him, and talk about what a great story this is, that I think it is. But I can’t forget the attacks that they launched on Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin, their supporters, and Bill Clinton as well. I can’t forget their utter failure to do their job, to report the facts, not to create the story. I can’t forget their complete and utter bias. I can’t forget their cover ups, and failures to vet this candidate. I can’t forget their personal attacks on an average citizen.
I’d like to say that this proves that America is not racist. But I can’t forget that 95% of the African Americans voted for Obama. For half of the country, their opposition to Obama was not about race. It was his judgment and his character. It was his policies. And for conservatives, it was everything he and his party stands for. White Americans, Democrats, embraced him. He won cross over votes. But those who didn’t vote for him didn’t do so because of his skin color. But those who did?
I’d like to believe that when Obama said that *out of many, we are one* that were true. But for those who did not support him, from the first days of the primary, were told to for example *keep the fuck out of my country* were treated anything but.
I do understand what this means to his supporters, to African Americans, and to people around the world. I do. As I said, I could see it in their tear streamed faces. And it saddens me that I can’t share gleefully in this moment in history.
As much as I want to welcome this idea of change, this new age of politics, this giant step for mankind, this great leap of faith, this huge movement forward in race relations in America, I just can’t forget how we got to this day.
Will Obama live up to *the promise*? As they say, time will tell.
And as far as the DNC now controlling all three branches?
Gird your loins my friends, gird your loins.

Wow. I’m speechless. You have perfectly summarized the disjointed, griefstricken thoughts bouncing around my head the past 2 days. Thank you.
I would be very honored if you would allow me to quote and link this on my site.
Wow, I wish I could say all those things, as well. But I can’t.
Always appreciate your work, Sara.
I promise my friends and family that I will be sure to say, “I told you so.” when the unravelling of the details proves things that could have easily been revealed had they just treated the inquiries with respect instead of dismissive rejection out of hand.
I have one more thing beside” I can’t forget”. I don’t trust him and I never will. Specially when I saw a young men in a crowd, holding the Communist red flag, celebrating Obama’s ” successful winning, which I also question?
Pure Gall:

Non Profit? really. Oh Sara, I wish I could say that I did not see this.
What is going on?
Yeah….I remember when the same people sang and danced in the streets when OJ “Murderer” Simpson was aquitted of double homicide….They knew OJ was guilty as hell and it didn’t matter….They know Obama
is a fraud and a Chicago scumbag and once again it doesn’t matter….If OJ would have been running for Pres. instead of Obama they would have voted for him….Is racism still alive and well in the US?….As Sarah would say, “You betcha” and the AA community proved it to everyone.
You folks that are getting all teary eyed over this article, Get Over Yourselves!!!!
Obama is not eligible to be POTUS and we have a task at hand….Stand up and FIGHT for our country damn it!!!….NO BOO HOOing!!!

I don’t think it is safe to assume that blacks voted for Barack Obama because of his race. The Democratic party usually gets most of the African-American vote (as was the case in the last two presidential elections). With that in mind, the question doesn’t even seem valid.
Sara,
Earlier, I read this article over at your blog and I’m glad that you have posted it here. Great article!
This was a great post. I would have liked to say any of those things, and the sad thing is, right now I wouldn’t take a chance on saying a one because…I remember all those same things, and I know a leopard doesn’t change his spots.
http://israelinsider.ning.com/ leads me to wonder just where have we gone??? I hope you are right I understand your feelings, not being as brave as you, I have not watched a news program or read a newspaper wonder if that will last till 2011?
I would not have thought that would be my reaction I accepted Regan, and could not believe we had two terms of Bush but watching Obama he made me finally appreciate Bush.
I spent many hrs calling for Hillary and then joined to see McCain who also loves America and Sarah win.
The blacks got what they wanted. May they have much joy of him. Only, wait until the find out that their President (he sure isn’t mine) doesn’t give a damn about them. Jesse Jackson said it–”Barack doesn’ care about black folks”–and would hqave suffered more than a slapon the wrist if Michells Obama had not been one of his youthful protege’s (used to babysit for Jackson’s children, she did) .

Wow is right! I don’t think you have left a stone unturned, you got it all here Sara. I could easily have lived with Hillary in the White House, but as I tell my family, be careful what you wish for because you might just get it!
I always appreciate heartfelt commentary.
There are people out here in the blogoshpere who definitely share your conflicted thoughts. We recognize what this election represents in a positive way. A path of light and hope for many.
But we also recognize this campaign’s very negative effects. Broken promises, election fraud (more than one occassion) an inability to receive criticism in a constructive way – hence the ostracism of Joe the Plumber, or anyone else with the temerity to pose an opposite view.
Chicago politics anyone?
Do the means justify the end?
Well, Obama won, judge from that.
Do the means cheapen the end?
Guess what, I believe that may be so. The objective may have been accomplished, but it’s already tarnished.
Sara, you are a wonderful writer. I cannot forget how two-faced the Obama’s were and are either. Saying one thing and doing another doesn’t make what you did wrong go away. Obama never said that the horrible things his supporters did were wrong. In not condemning those awful things, he condoned them. Is he really a President for all the people? I don’t think so!
Very good blog indeed.
Wow TD…You are a writer!!! My words exactly if I could have only said them like you did! Perfect!
ooops so sorry …You Sara from Italy are a genius!
Dear Sara in Italy:
(Just out of curiosity, I’d be interested to know why you’re in Italy. Have you always lived there? I visited back in 1999 before I started law school. I wish I could return.)
I dislike contradicting people, but I really need to present some facts in response to your post here. All of those foolish tears and celebrations confused me or angered me.
Without question, those who voted for Barack Obama made an uninformed decision. Perhaps they are not entirely to blame considering that the American media did everything in its power to protect Obama, to keep the full story away from us.
The ONLY reasons those people were crying and celebrating is because
(1) a member of the Democrat party
(2) who happened to have dark skin
(3) won the national election.
They likely did not know nor did they about his past, about his views and beliefs, about his connections to criminals and Communists, about his former drug and alcohol abuse, about his complete lack of disclosure and honesty when he refused to release most (all?) of his personal documents, etc. In regard to Obama, NONE of these things mattered to his supporters because they were placing their hopes and dreams into a POLITICIAN. A tragedy indeed.
No, Obama did not “transcend” race. Based on his 3 biographies, on his teaching career, among other things, Obama is OBSESSED with race. More importantly, he has (and will) use it when it benefits him.
No, Obama will likely harm the economy. The Dow Jones Inustrial Average has fallen around 900 points since he was elected. Was this entirely Obama’s fault? Certainly not. There are other reasons to explain it. But be sure that Wall Street is not happy about a Democrat in the White House who has professed Communist economic views and his likely intent to raise taxes.
No, this is not a “giant step forward for mankind.” (Just wondering: Would a McCain victory have been a “giant step backward”?) Some facts to ponder: many millions of blacks in America remain poor, undereducated, unskilled, stuck with lousy schools and high crime neighborhoods. The fact that Obama is President-elect will not solve any of these problems. Perhaps he might even exacerbate them knowing his beliefs about government interference into the lives of all Americans.
I suspect that Obama is probably a nice, well-mannered man, maybe even a good father and husband, but he is not worthy of the U.S. Presidency. Certainly not at this point of his life. He may do a great job once he begins, and he may make excellent decisions, but his past associations and behavior would have disqualified ANY Republican candidate immediately.
Obama’s election indicates (to me atleast) that Americans simply do not care for facts, do not care truth, do not care for anything that might interfere with their preferred myths. They certainly place much weight and important on image: how a candidate looks in a suit, how he/she speaks, how friendly the person appears.
As for qualifications and competence, it appears to me that those mean nothing.
wonderful post. With very few exceptions, you summed up exactly how I feel
For some reason, I keep thinking that the gay/lesbian community is going to “give up” Obama, and reveal him for who he really is. You would think that the vote against Prop 8 in California might get them stirring.
Perhaps Rahm Emanuel, the former ballet dancer, is keeping them in control.
good summation, but racism is alive and well. Blacks voted for Obama because he is bi-racial. No other reason. It certainly wasn’t his qualifications or accomplishments.
At one point you said:
“that they deserved it, that they worked hard, and put up an honest fair political fight. ……. I can’t forget the anonymous personal attacks, and death threats and worse, left on my blog, for discussing the race. I couldn’t help but watch the crowd, and think, “are they someone who called me a whore or a racist c*nt?” I can’t forget the caucus fraud that was witnessed all over the country in the primary.”
I agree, there was no honest fair political fight, there was massive voter fraud and dishonesty in every way, I know of nothing to be proud of in this election….
7. Sasha
“I don’t think it is safe to assume that blacks voted for Barack Obama because of his race.”
You’re joking of course.
Start with Colin Powell.
When did you last talk to one or even listen to AAs talking together ?
You wrote……..and it saddens me that I can’t share gleefully in this moment in history.
All because from the first moment Barry’s drive to be the next president was built on lie after lie and cover up after cover up! His cover ups, the DNC and the MSM. He bought this election with dirty money!
No, BHO, Barry Soetoro, who ever you are YOU will never be my PRESIDENT!
“For nothing is hidden that shall not become evident nor anything secret that shall not be known and come to light.” (Mark 8:17)
God bless you…..Governor Sarah Palin. I am the proud female who has been honored to be part of your dream of wanting to clean up the corruption in Washington. Hold on because the stench in Washington is going to be beyond belief. The democrats, republicans, and independents in office is going to coward down to the bullies and let them totally destroy our country.
Stan….black women have been interviewed on tv and has said proudly that the only reason why they are voting for Barack is because he is black. Haven’t you been watching the tv? Ask them! They have no problem of telling you that! Watch you-tube the woman says also that he is going to buy her gasoline and pay her mortgage. WELFARE. He is slick because he knew he would get a lot of votes promising that. So, sad that he has lied to those people and heart breaking because he has no remorse.
6 Troy
Right on, Troy. They wouldn’t care if he was a freaking Martian as long as he was black.
7 Sasha
Blacks didn’t vote for him because he’s black? Are you brain damaged?
The last person to unite parties is Obama. He has never done it since he has been in office, Why would he change now?
He is already appointing far left people into his administration. He is not or ever will be my president. I makes me sick even hearing it.
They are going to go after talk radio to silence them. The way Cris of MSNBC is talking, that channel will be the least one to trust.
If I could just ask one question of Obama it would be, Mr. Obama, why are you spending millions fighting lawsuits instead of just showing your birth certificate?
Obama was a crook in Chicago and now we have a crook headed into the White House.
Heard today we may be “tested” days after Obama takes office. Biden also warned us about it. For the ones who voted for him, I hope he was worth it if thousands die because he bought the election.
Sara, you hit the nail on the head. This is exactly the way I feel. I am happy that the AA’s are realizing Dr. King’s dream but I know that Obama did not win this fairly. He will always be flawed just like G.W.Bush.I have been without a President for 8 years, what’s 4 more? I do wish him well and pray that he will be a good leader but I can never respect him because I know how he got there. Thanks for a great and very insightful post.
Great job!!! Thank you …
Andy Martin triggers new opposition to Barack Obama with internet campaign to block approval by the Electoral College
Martin says McCain Electoral College electors should use parliamentary procedure to force release of Obama’s secret birth file
“Who is Barack Obama?” Andy asks

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
INTERNET POWERHOUSE ANDY MARTIN TRIGGERS ANOTHER ANTI-OBAMA FIRESTORM WITH “MAGIC MOMENT ON THE INTERNET”
MARTIN ASKS INTERNET AUDIENCE TO CONTACT MCCAIN ELECTORS FOR A UNIFIED CHALLENGE TO OBAMA IN THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE
“THE ORIGINAL INTENT” OF THE FOUNDING FATHERS WAS THAT THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE WOULD HAVE INDEPENDENT SIGNIFICANCE,” SAYS MARTIN; THEY SHOULD NOT BE RUBBER-STAMPING SOMEONE WHO REFUSES TO RELEASE HIS ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
WILL CONSERVATIVES RESPOND? OR MEEKLY SURRENDER?
(CHICAGO)(November 7, 2008) Thursday night/Friday morning Internet Powerhouse Andy Martin demonstrated the power of the Internet when he unleashed new demands for information from on Barack Obama. Martin was a guest on a talk show hosted by Lan Lamphere. The show can be heard in archive form.http://www.talkstreamlive.com/listen.aspx?showid=3481
“It was a moment that has to be heard be understood,” says the Internet’s most influential political voice, Andy Martin. “I was asked to do a brief guest shot on Lan’s show. But something ‘magic’ happened. In a ‘Network’-style moment, Lan asked his audience to shower us with e-mails; it started pouring. What was supposed to last a few minutes lasted almost four and a half hours of live radio. It wouldn’t stop. The audience kept growing until they finally started collapsing from exhaustion at 1:20 A.M. CST.
“Out of this extraordinary spontaneous combustion I produced the constitutional strategy that McCain electors should ‘jam up’ the electoral college with parliamentary procedures and demands for production of Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate (certificate of live birth). The response of the audience was electric.
“Friday morning we are going to start organizing a ‘Goal Line Stand’ in the Electoral College to force Barack Obama to produce his original 1961 birth certificate for review by the American people,” Martin said. “Republicans, conservatives and independents have a new rallying point. Don’t let Obama pass through the Electoral College until he has produced his original
birth certificate and ended the mystery shrouding his origins.”
Hawai’i officials on October 31st confirmed Martin’s claim that that they do hold Obama’s original 1961 document in their vault.
No one outside two Department of Health officials has seen the original document.
Martin has a court hearing Tuesday, November 18th in the Circuit Court for Honolulu, Hawai’i at 10:30 A.M. to force release of Obama’s original birth files.

It almost helps to ease the pain to read that someone summarized what is causing our fears, our frustrations. I’ve posted this on my website and people lined up to say they can’t believe someone actually put into words all the reasons we can’t come to grips with the results of this election and gave a clear, rational and well thought-out discussion to describe our view of the election from our seats and it’s impact on us. I have never been a racist in any way. This election created greater depths of racism than I’ve ever known in my lifetime.
Thank you TD & Sara. I’m sure I’m among many who say, my “hope” is that I hope he proves us wrong.
Not holding my breath. But praying with all my heart that he doesn’t destory our wonderful United States of America.

This is a little off topic but a few in the MSM are beginning to get little creeped out by the false Messiah like Hitler.

This is why I read your blog: Pravada’s (MSNBC) official Obama spokesman Chris Mathews publicly admits that his job is to make the Obama presidency a success.
Oh yes blacks did vote for him because of his race!! That’s the ONLY reason they voted for him…I know a black woman who did not vote for him but everyone she knows did…she told me that some are already displaying signs of remorse. TOO LATE!!! I hope they get what they deserve.
Have you seen this yet?

I’d like to know is what’s being done to deal with the voter fraud we all know was rampant in this mockery of an election? We not only need to be concerned over recent ACORN registrations, but also those added by ACORN and Project Vote and others for decades. When Obama was in charge of Project Vote during the 90s, it was reported that he added 150,000 new voters to the roles in Chicago in 1992. That seems like an awful lot of new voters from poor areas of Chicago. Read about the Weather Underground and you’ll find that some of their members were involed with voter registration way back then.
In 2007, someone published a book called “The Howard Dean Diary” that claims to be written from Dean’s own notes. If you read it, you will get an eerie feeling as so much has come to pass. The gameplan to “totally dominate the political life of the United States” by “every means possible” and the list goes on to say: “we must marginalize the Christian religion”, “we must only allow capitalists to function that make major corporate and personal contributions to the party”, “we must never (NEVER) solve societies problems”, “we must gut the armed forces. only about 25% of them vote in our favor anyway”, “we must control all aspects of voting”, “we must allow illegal aliens to vote”, “we must control all media, not just mainstream tv”, “always remember presentation is more important than substance”, “control all education institutes”, “use think tanks and focus groups to make the message more presentable”, “any spokesman or woman must (MUST) be on message, young, attractive and articulate”, “all media events must (MUST) be scripted and the input of physicologists, sociologists, and focus groups given the responsibility of choosing every word or phrase used”, “for every expert the opposition may present that disagrees with us, we must have at least (5) from academia that can agree with our position”, “all candidates for office must appear to be intelligent. if necessary, we can phony up his or her resume”, “by controlling congress, we can control the federal court system”, “we must always (ALWAYS) control the black vote. anyone who wants the black minority to be self-sufficient and responsible, must be marginalized and shunned”, “we must get more union funds from the unions. even if our policies or programs cut into the income of the union rank and file members”, “always (ALWAYS) use key words in a negative context like: racist, homophobe, capitalist, christian, wealthy and conservative”, “use the welfare state to buy votes as needed”, “drug legalization and or distribution must be used as a positive vote getting option”
“I had a discussion with our left wing computer geeks. Hacking in to computer software that changes the voters vote, a distinct possibility. All we need is the acquiescing of the governorship of the state in question. Hopefully a governor from a large block of electoral college votes…” — p.9

“With our governor in charge, our technicians assure me that they can manipulate the voter results of the election. This pertains to our goal and what means we will go to to secure our position and control the nation.”
“At every level the teachers have a profound effect on future minds. Socialists al over the world know this. The teacher can create dissatisfaction with anything other than a socialist agenda. That dissatisfaction can stretch over generations.”
“Rangle is on the tv talk shows discussing the possibility of starting the DRAFT up again. He would love to see riots in the street and its effects on the next election. He forgot the last time we pulled that off, NIXON was elected… He also keeps bringing up increasing taxes. How I wish he would just shut the hell up.” — p.13
An admission that these people have been coordinating with the Weatherman, Black Panthers, etc… since the 60s? What else can it mean?
The book has a lot of anti-Hillary sentiment. As for Obama, read this quote:
“Obama is flawed, that is bad news. The good news is no one is paying any attention to it. He should have run it by us first, and then put it out there. There would be less chance of an error. But at the time, he didn’t think he really had a chance to win.” — p.5
Read it for yourself on google books:

type in “Dean Diary”
What does this mean? Well, basically, we’ve been screwed. There’s nothing democratic about the Democrat party. Now that they are in power, they will do everything to remain in control. Elections are a fraud and will only continue to get worse. Watch for all of the issues we are concerned with: ACORN, voter fraud, the birth certificate, etc… to be swept under the rug. I’ve said it before and I fully expect to see Ayers gain control over education.
Unless there are still a few patriots out there in the govt. who have enough power, ethics and balls to expose what’s happening and put a stop to it, we can kiss our country good-bye. Once Obama takes office, they will have complete control and our Constitution will become toilet paper.
Say your prayers.
Did you guys catch the “America Serves” button on the Change.gov website? It says:
America Serves
“When you choose to serve — whether it’s your nation, your community or simply your neighborhood — you are connected to that fundamental American ideal that we want life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness not just for ourselves, but for all Americans. That’s why it’s called the American dream.”
The Obama Administration will call on Americans to serve in order to meet the nation’s challenges. President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in underserved schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps. Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year. Obama will encourage retiring Americans to serve by improving programs available for individuals over age 55, while at the same time promoting youth programs such as Youth Build and Head Start.”
Now we see how the indoctrination of the youth will occur in their master plan. I can only imagine how those “classroom corps” helpers are going to be carefully molding the kids into good little Saul Alinsky soldiers. And service is no longer something we teach our children to do out of a sense of love for others–now it’s going to be a requirement of the state. Please, if you’ve never read the book entitled, “The Giver”, please do. It will give you a sense of where our children’s future is likely going under an Obama administration.
I agree with Troy, it’s the man not the office. When I was in the military and called down for not saluting a second lieutenant who was more than thirty feet away from me in passing it pissed me off. He was using his authority unjustly as a ranking officer. Other enlisted men complained about his forcing his rank on them outside the normal parameters of military operation. When we got orders to move to the demilitarized zone the coward told us in formation that once we crossed the Imjin River and entered the Korean DMZ that we were not to salute him on that side of the river. I was a combat engineer; we were doing quarry blasting to produce rock to maintain the roads on the DMZ. The enlisted men in the company got together the day before we were to start quarry operations an initiated a plan.
When that officer appeared in the quarry in his jeep and got out of it every man in that quarry and one from the second infantry division as well, stopped what they were doing turned to face him and said at the top of their lungs “GOOD MORNING SIR!” everyone of us stood at attention holding a salute to the bills of our caps. We held that salute until he returned it at which time he got in his jeep and instructed his driver to leave the quarry. The driver was our CO’s driver and a good friend of mine, we all agreed that he, being the driver, would be unable to participate in the act with out suffering reprisal.
The message was clear, should the s–t come down your on your own you do not have our support. A week or so later he was trying to figure out why we did that when he accosted me and I informed him; “Sir you wear your rank but you have to earn our respect!” I saluted him he returned the salute and I walked away. The morale is that this is the same feeling I have towards Obama; I respect the office but not the man.
It is pretty clear to me that he operates outside of the law and probably will continue to do so. There is more and more evidence emerging everyday that he has dual citizenship and was born in Kenya. In April of 2008 5 Senators, Barack Obama being one of them, proposed and passed Senate Resolution 511 supposedly to allow John McCain to run for the presidency having been born in Panama his father being stationed there while serving in the military. The problem with this resolution is it is just vague enough to question the constitutional requirement that anyone running for the presidency has to any longer be a natural born American citizen. In his speech in Germany, I’m not sure if anyone else caught it but I did, Obama said that anyone in the world could run for president of the United States. I said to my wife at that time that that was constitutional incorrect. This guy is crafty, and arrogantly rubs these things in our faces. As a candidate for the presidency this is no doubt the wrong black man for the office, the wrong man period, regardless of color.
I am for a constitutional form of government, of the people, for the people, and by the people, one that provides liberty and justice for all of its legal citizens. God save this nation and its people.
Absolutely a great article and right on. Obama so skillfully played the race card to cover up his lack of experience and charactor that most voters didn’t realize its significance.
To Sasha, better than 90% of blacks voted for Obama in the Democratic primaries and 95%+ voted for him in the presidential election, tell me I’m wrong for thinking they voted for Obama because he is black.
Stan, #21:
Kerry got 88% of the African-American vote. Kerry
Obama got 95%.
At best, 7% of blacks voted purely by race. And here you are heaping that on all of them.
It’s one thing to acknowledge that race was a factor in this election (for both sides), but it’s a dangerous game to speak of it in generalities for an entire demographic. That cheapens every African-American’s actual reasons for voting as he or she did. It allows people like you to conveniently invalidate their reasons — the implications are that an entire race’s votes were illegitimate because they voted for a stupid reason.
When you see a black person with an Obama button, is your first thought, “He’s just voting that way because of race”? Even though there’s only a 7% chance that’s the case?
The irony here is that that mindset is exactly what keeps race an issue.
missy, #19:
I’m gay. I was horribly disappointed in Biden when he stated in no uncertain terms that he was against gay marriage, though I did cringe a little more when Palin said she disagreed with her lesbian friend’s “choice”.
Obama’s nowhere near perfect on this issue, and if he’s better than McCain, it’s only a marginal improvement.
That said, with three Supreme Court vacancies expected, and all on the liberal side, conservative replacements could postpone progress in this area for many, many, many years. All things being equal, I look forward to the liberal appointments by Obama for that reason.
I am at aw, at your beautiful well written post. I could have not said it any better. Just remember there is still seven states with lawsuits, and Philip Berg has presented his dismissed case to the Supreme Court. Also Obama is still under investigation with the IRS, FBI, Chicago Prosecutor, and his campaign is still last I heard being investigated by the FEC. Like I said to many before November forth, a fight was on, after the war… Join the Resistance…
Sincerely Ms. Je’Amour P. Matthews
Sara —
I always enjoy reading your essays, but this one stands out for many reasons. You have managed to capture the thoughts and emotions of so many of us who, I now suppose, were naive enough to believe that good would triumph over evil. Had That One been an honorable man, a decent man, an experienced man, he would have easily gained the support of tens of millions of Americans who want to see the US move beyond a troubled past and into a united future. But he is none of those things and I cannot and will not celebrate or in any way acknowledge what he has managed to steal.
That One not only stole the Presidency, but he took our Party, he took our trust in the electoral process and he took our faith in Democracy. He deserves no congratulations and no respect.
Sara in Italy: Thank you for your powerful essay. You’ve summed it up perfectly.
I must say this: The best man did NOT win. It is beyond irony that so many voted for a cipher instead of for a true American Hero. No matter his faults, John McCain is a patriot. That can never be doubted. I do not believe and never will believe that BHO is a patriot.
I didn’t know that Rahm Emmanuel studied ballet. I read it in the paper this morning, but I thought that it was some kind of metaphor.
Did you know that Emmanuel got rich at Freddie Mac? What a surprise. The same old, same old. And they claim to be bringing CHANGE to DC. Right.
Somebody needs to remind them that they won. They say now that we must unite behind The One. But they continue to insult whites and call them racists.
Did you hear that the governor of MO had to issue a press release when an academic and so-called political “expert” called the rural people of MO racists because they didn’t support That One? Of course, the expert didn’t mention the racist voting pattern observed in urban, African-American areas of MO. Here’s a link to Matt Blunt’s statement:
http://governor.mo.gov/cgi-bin/coranto/viewnews.cgi?id=EkkVAAEkVkEbyzQToV&style=Default+News+Style&tmpl=newsitem
btw, did you hear ANY of these same people, over the past 8 years, emphasizing how important it is for everyone to unite behind OUR president because it’s crucial to respect the office of the presidency?
Have they been concerned over the past 8 years about how showing disrespect to the president damages our image throughout the world? Have they been concerned about the effect on the troops? On foreign policy? On the safety of Americans abroad?
Are these not the same people who call the current president a criminal and promise to pursue charges of war crimes against him?
Sasha: I don’t think that any white candidate has ever gotten 96-97% of the African-American vote. If they did not vote for him on account of race, then why did they vote for him, given that his policies are nearly indistinguishable from other Democratic but WHITE candidates?
mainemom: Yes, apparently for some, the ends do justify the means. I read an article yesterday that said that some members of the OMSM use that very excuse to justify their bias in this past election. They admit it! They believe that it was for our own good that they spoonfed us what they wanted us to know and kept from us anything that might have damaged Obama’s candidacy, leading to another Republican victory.
This they believed because they bought into their own bull**** about George W. Bush, his “illegal” activities, his “stealing” of elections, his “illegal” war, his “imperialism,” etc.
Therefore, with total disdain for the right of the people to KNOW the truth, the whole truth, and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, they took it upon themselves to create a false reality–including a false identity for That One.
In their minds, they were being patriots. Saving the country.
But what they were actually doing is what elites, particularly Marxist/Commie elites, always do.
They believe that they KNOW BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE what is good for them.
THEY will decide because WE THE PEOPLE are too stupid to know what’s best for us.
They do NOT respect democracy. We are the naive, idiotic MOB. We must be saved from ourselves, for our own good, by our BETTERS–”intellectuals” like them and like Barack Hussein Obama.
Laura Ingraham, in one of her books, says “they think we’re stupid.” And they do. Witness how they treated Joe the Plumber and Sarah Palin. These are OUR true representatives. Ordinary, intelligent people. But look what the OMSM did to them.

A new kind of politician Sara. He seems to me like a very old kind of politician. The arrogance, the self – deification, the assumption that he is above the law. Who does that remind you of? Several of the more notorious Roman Emperors come to my mind.
Please watch this video as this teacher an Obama supporter demoralizes a 10 year girl in class for voting for McCain and her father who is a soldier.

Stan, you say you don’t think blacks voted for him because he was black because most blacks vote for the democrat. Give me a break. After all the Clintons have done for the black community they turned their back on her and overwhelmingly supported Obama the fraud because of his skin color and nothing else. I am not happy with blacks and I will remember as will many other people the hateful things they said about the Clintons and us her supporters. I will never forget that. I am very unhappy with black people. They helped bring this disaster now I hope they suffer as much as the rest of us are going to. Also, he isn’t a natural U.S. citizen and hopefully that will come to light before he takes the oath of office. Maybe we’ll throw our laws out for him too.
I wish to recommend a book written by Victor A. Kravchenko in 1944, the FIRST book by a soviet defector, “I CHOSE FREEDOM” which was out of print but is now available in paperback. It should be REQUIRED READING in our high school history class next to Nazi Germany. This is the BEST book written about the extremes to which a government can systematically abuse its citizens, the most important description of communist (forget “socialism” – it is a misnomer) terror and the annihilation of genuine intermediate social structures, such as families, trade unions, professional and religious organizations, freedom of individuals. 100 million people were tortured, killed and died in concentration camps under Stalin. The post WWII America wrote the book off as propaganda and ridiculed it. What a shame! READ IT. You will acquire real knowledge of the magnitude of changes and realize the horrors of the actual character of the Marxist totalitarian regime which the president-elect and his intimate friends represent. Look at the photographs of the now middle aged traitor all over the internet trampling the American flag soaked in the blood of our soldiers who died for our freedoms! Look at his unrepenting terrorist wife! They are killers that should have never gotten out of jail but we are asked to see them as “respected university professors.” They want 25,000,000 Americans killed who do not agree with them! What is wrong with 51% of the American people??? Are they totally ignorant? These terrorist know that Marxism does NOT WORK but they persist nevertheless. They DID NOT live under the “change”, “wealth spreading”, etc. (what a joke! the wealth goes to the Marxists) but I DID.
No I’m not joking, and I’m not braindamaged. I am just looking at the facts.
I am African-American and I spoke to many about this election – some of whom were voting for Obama, and others who were voting for McCain. Tarmac gave a great example. 88% of African-Americans voted for Kerry, and almost 90% for Gore. Unless these people are black and I missed something, I think that makes it clear that African Americans would probably have voted Democrat anyway, as they have since Roosevelt. Before anyone says that there was not a black candidate in either of these elections, please remember that Jesse Jackson did not even come close to making a succesful presidential bid. Another example of African-American voters choosing a more qualified white candidate over a mediocre black one? Gary, Indiana elected Scott King over black candidates, because they thought he would be more qualified. The city is 84% African-American.
Basically, there is nothing to suggest that African-Americans voted for Obama because of his race. It may have been a motivating factor, but on its own it would not have been enough to get him to vote for them. Saying that African-Americans voted for Obama because of his race is just as silly as someone saying any of you voted for McCain because he is white. Even with the examples of people saying they were voting for him because he is black on TV, you can’t assume that is representative of the whole community. Otherwise, I can find some pictures of people carrying signs saying they would never vote for a half-breed, or a monkey . . . .
Hey it looks like Obama might have actually lost Indiana. It doesnt change who won over all but it does make it look better for McCain. To me I think McCain did quite well considering all the fraud.

sara, you encapsulated this whole nonsense very well. Your rhythmic style was very evocative of a lyric poem, a tragic ode to what we have witnessed. Thank you.
Luziana: I saw that video and it is totally chilling. Did you watch the face of that poor little girl while her teacher, someone with POWER over her, told her that McCain will make her father be in the military for 100 years? The poor child looked as if she would break into tears at any moment. Here’s a man, risking his life for the freedom that woman is enjoying, while she berates, belittles, and terrifies his child, in a public school. Did she lose her job yet? It better be coming. Laura Ingraham featured this on her radio show this morning. I hope that the parents see it and express their outrage at that school. That woman ought to be brought up on charges. I would consider this intimidation and harassment. Child abuse. Wouldn’t you?

This is posted in the school district page with a video response link:
” CCS Headline News – Superintendent’s Response to YouTube …
I was shocked when I saw the clip of an interaction between a Cumberland County Schools teacher and her students as posted on YouTube. While neutral discussion of the political process is appropriate, at no time, particularly with elementary students, should a teacher infuse his/her political views into the discussion. Most disconcerting was the military slant that made its way into this discussion. We are a military community, serving over 15,000 military students and their families. We value the sacrifices, not only of the military parents but also those of their families.
We believe that military children are our children, military spouses are many of our employees, and military service men and women are our heroes. We proudly serve our military children and have received national awards for our support of military families.
I was particularly disturbed to see the uncomfortable position in which our children were placed due to the inappropriate actions of one of our teachers. Please be assured that the actions exhibited in this video are not consistent with the vision of the CCS. Moreover, the actions of one teacher do not represent the 7000 employees in our organization.
Once the video was brought to my attention, I immediately launched an investigation. Personnel laws prevent me from releasing information regarding individual employees and personnel action taken. I can assure you that upon completion of the investigation, I will take appropriate action.

I intend to stock up on microwave popcorn to munch while watching the Obama presidency implode. David Axlerod for chief advisor, God help us. The nightmare begins. Hopefully there will be enough of America left to pick up the pieces after Obama and his Chicago criminals have raped the nation.
CALL FOR ACTION
(I just don’t know WHAT action yet)
We don’t need courts and we don’t need lawsuits. We just need some public outcry and outrage. There seem to be only a few hundred of us here, potentially going in circles.
How do we get some attention? How do we get some traction? How do we get just one large-scale news house to just simply ask the question. We don’t need proof. We just need to get someone important to realize that Obama’s bona fides have never been shown anywhere. And that it’s reasonable to ask to see them.
I have contacted dozens of people – news organizations, RNC, senators, representatives. They are all incredulous and think we are a bunch of looneys. Why? Because nobody credible has every brought it up before. My favorite reply is that if this were “real” the MSM would be all over it.
How do we break this cycle? The best effort I have seen is the people trying to put a full page ad in USA Today. It costs $90,000 just to run it in the DC area. Nationwide, it would be millions. They have managed to raise $5000 so far. This is just a huge joke to almost everyone except for a few hundred of us.
I’m sure the courts and judges will see it the same way. It’s just to preposterous to be true.
Thoughts? Comments? Ideas?
Seriously
NobamaNetwork,
Did Obama appoint Axelrod as chief advisor, seriously?
to 62 – Carlyle – I can only offer a comment – I don’t have any connections – but have tried to tell everyone who would listen, this isn’t over yet…..with some details as far as – why BO may be ineligible, etc…
So, here it goes….back when illegal immigration was a big issue – (remember those good ol’ days?) – there was a website that would send “email alerts” whenever the issue was being discussed/voted on in WA asking for mass emails, phone calls to be sent to DC, this may be totally off the wall, but is there any way to get a single issue organization like this interested in sending out an email to their database?….
As I said, I don’t have connections, but will be willing to “come to action” when we have a plan in place.
ps….Thanks for not laughing if this is a lame-brain idea….I feel so frustrated, it was more impt to offer than worry about being ridiculed.
Thanks for all the positive comments. :O)
Well for someone who would like to say something, you’ve said a lot. Good food for thought. This shows that nothing is black or white, that people have shades of gray, that no one is wholeheartedly good or pure. But I for one welcome the lesser of two evils and have donned my optimism cap. It’s a small one and often gets blown off by the winds of pessimism and direness that perpetuates our news.
America is mean, when you look at it as a whole, as are many countries. But if you break it down to individuals there are many good people. Obama is a glimmer of light. Whether it will die out or flare to greater brightness remains to be seen.
Slaves built the steps to the US Capitol and the White House with their bare hands never knowing an African American President would ever walk up them to his post as the next President. You folks who feel wronged…..get used to it! The world is no longer run by white people……you are all so blinded by race that you can’t see change on the horizon. Our retirement and 401(k) accounts are in the mud due to the current administrations mishandling and you want to complain about the first African American President because you can’t see past the color of his skin. Your parents out to be ashamed of themselves because as we all know children live what they learn and Sara and all the other pundits on this site obviously got this thinking from their parents. It’s a shame. John McCain ran a horrible campaign and put the expediency of his campaign first by bringing stupid Sarah Palin (and she is just that plain STUPID) and leaving his country’s interest in second place. Unfortunately, it cost him the presidency. Not only did Barack Obama win on 11/5/08, he SWEPT John McCain in places like Indiana and North Carolina. Indiana hasn’t been a blue state since 1964. White people and black came out in troves to vote for him. Wake up and smell the coffee people. John McCain was….and I repeat….WAS only a Bushie sidekick. People are tired of the “status quo.” Obama was the best man for the job and proved it with a stunning campaign and further with the Presidency!!
Quick question, might be a little off topic. How often do you think a white guy gets a job, a loan, a presidency, because he’s white? Is that okay? No. But that’s just how it is for now. And, finally, African Americans got the chance to vote for one of them, so, they shouldn’t use it? Besides, I fully agree with [forgot his name], African Americans tend to vote Democrats. I agree with some in your post, and posted about my concerns too. I especially agree with the over all ignorance of feminist topics. But some stuff sounds a little one sided.
Anyway, very well written, and a lot of stuff for me as an immigrant to learn from.

People who don’t follow the masses or are not sheeple are always ridiculed by those who do.
Yes I saw this tonight and was wondering if others here have read it and are interested in donating . Seems like a great idea to me.
If the newspaper takes the ad it also would get the word out to many more people who might not even have a clue about any of this.
And that could bring more support .
So TD bloggers and lurkers what do you think are you interested in donating to the ad for USA Today?

Hmmm. . . it seems my comment didn’t come up. I’ll try again. . . .
Yes the people who attacked you for supporting Hillary are wrong, but you should not make sweeping generalizations and assume that they speak for every Obama supporter (or for President elect Obama himself).
Those of you posting comments, who don’t want to be seen as racist, don’t make racist assumptions like “Black people only voted for Obama because he’s Black.” By that assumption Jesse Jackson would have gotten the Black vote too years ago. He didn’t. Let’s not forget, that the majority of Black people were supporting Hillary up until Obama won the Iowa caucus.
I happen to be a Black person who voted for Obama because I didn’t want McCain taxing my health care (even though he claimed he would lower taxes, which made no sense).
Sara in Italy, your post tries to paint Senators Clinton and McCain as the victims, but nobody has gone through this election process without getting their hands dirty. McCain has more dirt on his hands than anyone. He tried to say Obama supports terrorism, and he was wrong.
As far as Palin. . . Obama was the one who actually asked the media not to attack Palin’s daughter. Actually, the majority of the negative attacks on Palin were from the media. It seems your anger is misplaced. And, actually, had Sarah Palin been a Democrat (or Black) the attacks on her from the Republicans would have been much nastier than anything she saw in this past election.
Bill Ayers is a professor at the University of Illinois. By your argument, all professors, students, and staff at that University are now shady since you seem to believe Obama is guilty by association.
President elect Obama also was never a friend or acquaintance of Louis Farrakhan. Farrakhan wanted to see Obama elected, it’s his first ammendment right to voice his opinion.
Also, Obama never attacked Joe the Plumber (who isn’t even a licensed plumber). Let’s stick to the facts please.
I understand not agreeing with Obama’s philosophy or policies, but can we at least stick to legitimate concerns?
I find it funny how McCain supporters are all doom and gloom now. . . where was that pessimistic attitude when you re-elected Bush, AFTER we already knew something in the administration wasn’t right?

I think this is what it says!
An Open Letter to Barack Obama:
Are you a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.?
Are you legally qualified to hold the Office of President?
Dear Mr. Obama:
On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America.
Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your father’s native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967.
In your response to the lawsuit, you neither denied Mr. Berg’s claims nor submitted any evidence which would refute his assertions. Instead, you argued that the Court lacked the jurisdiction to determine the question of your legal eligibility because Mr. Berg lacked “standing.”
Astonishingly, the judge agreed, simply saying, “[Mr. Berg] would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory.”
Unfortunately, your response to the legal claim was clearly evasive and strikingly out of character, suggesting you may, in fact, lack a critical Constitutional qualification necessary to assume the Office of President: i.e., that you are not a “natural born” citizen of the United States or one who has relinquished his American citizenship.
Before you can exercise any of the powers of the United States, you must prove that you have fully satisfied each and every eligibility requirement that the Constitution mandates for any individual’s exercise of those powers.
Regardless of the tactics chosen in defending yourself against the Berg lawsuit, significant questions regarding your legal capacity to hold this nation’s highest office have been put forth publicly, and you have failed to directly refute them with documentary evidence that is routinely available to any bona fide, natural born U.S. Citizen.
As one who has ventured into the fray of public service of his own volition, seeking to possess the vast powers of the Office of President, it is not unreasonable to demand that you produce evidence of your citizenship to answer the questions and allay the concerns of the People. Indeed, as the one seeking the office, you are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence to establish your qualifications as explicitly mandated by Article II of the Constitution.
Should you proceed to assume the office of the President of the United States as anything but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States that has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national disaster, placing our Republic at great risk from untold consequences. For example:
· Neither the Electoral College on December 15, nor the House of Representatives on January 6 would be able to elect you, except as a poseur – a usurper;
· As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” of office on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible for the Office of the President you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States;
· Your every act in the usurped Office of the President would be a criminal offense as an act under color of law that would subject the People to the deprivation of their constitutional rights, and entitling you to no obedience whatsoever from the People;
· as a usurper acting in the guise of the President you could not function as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the militia of the several states, as such forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you;
· No one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, executive orders or directives, as such orders would be legally VOID;
· Your appointment of Ambassadors and Judges to the Supreme Court would be VOID ab initio (i.e., from the beginning), no matter what subsequent actions the Senate might take as well as rendering any such acts by such appointed officials void as well;
· Congress would not be able to pass any new laws because they would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President, rendering all such legislation legally VOID;
· As a usurper, Congress would be unable to remove you from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.
As an attorney and sitting U.S. Senator, I’m sure you agree that our Constitution is the cornerstone of our system of governance. It is the very foundation of our system of Law and Order – indeed, it is the supreme law of the land. I’m sure you also agree that its precise language was no accident and cannot be ignored if Individual, unalienable, natural Rights, Freedoms and Liberties are to be protected and preserved.
As our next potential President, you have a high-order obligation to the Constitution (and to those who have fought and died for our Freedom) that extends far beyond that of securing a majority of the votes of the Electoral College. No matter your promises of change and prosperity, your heartfelt intent or the widespread support you have garnered in seeking the highest Office of the Land, the integrity of the Republic and Rule of Law cannot, — must not — be put at risk, by allowing a constitutionally unqualified person to sit, as a usurper, in the Office of the President.
No matter the level of practical difficulty, embarrassment or disruption of the nation’s business, we must — above all — honor and protect the Constitution and the divine, unalienable, Individual Rights it guarantees, including the Right to a President who is a natural born citizen of the United States of America that has not relinquished his American citizenship. Our nation has endured similar disruptions in the past, and will weather this crisis as well. Indeed, it is both yours and the People’s mutual respect for, and commitment to, the Constitution and Rule of Law that insures the perpetuation of Liberty.
As a long time defender of my state and federal Constitutions, and in consideration of the lack of sufficient evidence needed to establish your credentials as President, I am compelled to lodge this Petition for Redress of Grievances and public challenge to you.
Make no mistake: This issue IS a Constitutional crisis. Although it will not be easy for you, your family or our Republic, you have it within your ability to halt this escalating crisis by either producing the certified documents establishing beyond question your qualifications to hold the Office of President, or by immediately withdrawing yourself from the Electoral College process.
With due respect, I hereby request that you deliver the following documents to Mr. Berg and myself at the National Press Club in Washington, DC at noon on Monday, November 17, 2008:
(a) a certified copy of your “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names
Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham
and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship;

(e) certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia

“In a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy.”
Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 469-471.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert L. Schulz,

Had all these people that cried..fainted..whatever they did when obama became pres. select…had they objected to the treatment of Hillary and Sarah with as much energy..I may come around to accepting all of this. Unfortunately..the democratic party divided this country almost a year ago..no one tried to heal a thing..and no one will. To me..relations between the people are in worse shape than they have been in a long time. That may be just what this group of people wanted. I may be easier to bring them into the fold when they start their magic.
