“One of the tragedies of the Civil Rights movement…was..the tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing activities…through which you bring about Redistributive Change.”
– Barack Obama, 2001
Astute voters know that Obama meant exactly what he said to Joe The Plumber recently about “spreading the wealth.” Unfortunately for Obama, he got caught on camera in an unscripted moment that revealed his true socialist colors.
And now an audio tape has surfaced of a 2001 interview of Obama by Chicago Public Radio in which he explains how wealth distribution should be achieved: By lawmakers, with the help of community organizers of course. If you were in doubt about Obama’s agenda for a new Democratic Congress, take a listen to this (I recommend that you download and save this video before it goes missing):
We are all Joe.

Heads up! Comments are being moderated, and it may be several hours before they appear….
Thanks, TD!
The story is breaking all over the blogs tonight and now it is the headline story on the Drudge Report
2001 OBAMA: ‘TRAGEDY’ THAT ‘REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH’ NOT PURSUED
Looks like all those meetings with Socialist-Marxist-Radical Bill Ayers and those sermons by Black Liberation Theologian Jeremiah Wright rubbed off on Dear Leader.
Obama’s chickens have come home to roost!
Drudge has video up on his site, front and center! He posted around 10-10:30pm (pst).
Fantastic! What a headline!
Send this video around and download it if you can. I have a feeling back-up copies will needed shortly…
Wow, this is going viral! It’s spreading ALL over the blogs tonight like a wildfire!
Here’s a good description of it I jsut read:
Some unbelievable audio from an interview between a Chicago public radio host and then-state senator Barack Obama.
Here him talk about the necessity for wealth redistribution. Here him bemoan the fact that the Supreme Court has not yet gone beyond the limits Obama acknowledges were put in place by the founding fathers to solve problems with “economic injustice.” Here him complain about the Constitution protecting citizens from the state instead of putting the state in charge of providing for the citizens.
Here him say that it’s a shame that the Constitution was not interpreted by the Supreme Court to bring about “redistributive change.”
“Socialist,” much like “fascist,” is a term that gets thrown around a lot in politics. When McCain and Palin invoked it against Obama the media was quick to label it “dirty politics.” But this is one instance when the label fits perfectly.
Barack Obama, however the persona his campaign handlers have created for him over the last two years may make you feel, is a socialist. Pure and simple. He wants to put the state in charge of caring for we citizens (and thus, by necessity, seizing from us our individualism and liberty) and he wants to fund that with punitive taxes on our most productive citizens (the ones who innovate, invest and create the most jobs/wealth for the rest of us).
Young people should be especially leery of this. Some who are in their 20’s like me may like the idea of Obama redistributing other people’s money to them now, but if they hope to get ahead in life and become successful they can count on Obama coming for their wealth. Because that’s what socialist policies do. They reward sloth and punish productivity, and do so through an overbearing series of government bureaucracies.
Are we really about to elect this guy President?
NOBAMA!!
Country First!!
Mindblowing. I hope this goes mainstream. I will start on my emails. Thanks td!
This is the game changer we have been praying for!!!
Sarah and “Whats His Name” now have a chance.
Copy it. Make a DVD. Make as many copies as you can afford. Hand them out, mail them to addresses with Obama signs in the yard, leave a stack on a table in a fast-food restaurant.
A good email list to have…

By the way, don’t you just think it’s hilariously pathetic that Obama and Biden are complaining that a Florida reporter had the audacity to ask Joe a few fair questions on real topics of interest to the viewers?
You gotta be kidding!
Hoist by your own petard, eh, Obama?

Just how bad has the presidential campaign coverage been this year?
So bad that popular online columnist Michael S. Malone, aka ABC.com’s “Silicon Insider,” wrote Friday, “I’m deeply ashamed right now to be called a ‘journalist.’”
So strong were his words that they should be required reading for all the Obama-loving media members that have disgraced themselves as well as their industry this year, especially if Malone’s assertion that they’re doing this to protect their own careers via a reinstatement of the Fairness Doctrine that will “crush the alternative media” is correct (h/t LGF via NBer Paul Wright, picture courtesy Santa Clara University):
The traditional media is playing a very, very dangerous game. With its readers, with the Constitution, and with its own fate.
The sheer bias in the print and television coverage of this election campaign is not just bewildering, but appalling. And over the last few months I’ve found myself slowly moving from shaking my head at the obvious one-sided reporting, to actually shouting at the screen of my television and my laptop computer.
But worst of all, for the last couple weeks, I’ve begun — for the first time in my adult life — to be embarrassed to admit what I do for a living. A few days ago, when asked by a new acquaintance what I did for a living, I replied that I was “a writer”, because I couldn’t bring myself to admit to a stranger that I’m a journalist. [...]
But nothing, nothing I’ve seen has matched the media bias on display in the current Presidential campaign. Republicans are justifiably foaming at the mouth over the sheer one-sidedness of the press coverage of the two candidates and their running mates. But in the last few days, even Democrats, who have been gloating over the pass – no, make that shameless support – they’ve gotten from the press, are starting to get uncomfortable as they realize that no one wins in the long run when we don’t have a free and fair press. [...]
No, what I object to (and I think most other Americans do as well) is the lack of equivalent hardball coverage of the other side – or worse, actively serving as attack dogs for Senators Obama and Biden. If the current polls are correct, we are about to elect as President of the United States a man who is essentially a cipher, who has left almost no paper trail, seems to have few friends (that at least will talk) and has entire years missing out of his biography. That isn’t Sen. Obama’s fault: his job is to put his best face forward. No, it is the traditional media’s fault, for it alone (unlike the alternative media) has had the resources to cover this story properly, and has systematically refused to do so.
Why, for example to quote McCain’s lawyer, haven’t we seen an interview with Sen. Obama’s grad school drug dealer – when we know all about Mrs. McCain’s addiction? Are Bill Ayers and Tony Rezko that hard to interview? All those phony voter registrations that hard to scrutinize? And why are Senator Biden’s endless gaffes almost always covered up, or rationalized, by the traditional media?
The absolute nadir (though I hate to commit to that, as we still have two weeks before the election) came with Joe the Plumber. Middle America, even when they didn’t agree with Joe, looked on in horror as the press took apart the private life of an average person who had the temerity to ask a tough question of a Presidential candidate. So much for the Standing Up for the Little Man, so much for Speaking Truth to Power, so much for Comforting the Afflicted and Afflicting the Comfortable, and all of those other catchphrases we journalists used to believe we lived by.
Yet, potentially most fascinating was Malone’s explanation for this shameful behavior. In his view, the drive-by media is “a dying industry”:
The Internet and alternative media are stealing your readers, your advertisers and your top young talent. Many of your peers shrewdly took golden parachutes and disappeared. Your job doesn’t have anywhere near the power and influence it did when your started your climb. The Newspaper Guild is too weak to protect you any more, and there is a very good chance you’ll lose your job before you cross that finish line, ten years hence, of retirement and a pension.
What’s the solution?
[A]n attractive young candidate whose politics likely matches yours, but more important, he offers the prospect of a transformed Washington with the power to fix everything that has gone wrong in your career. With luck, this monolithic, single-party government will crush the alternative media via a revived Fairness Doctrine, re-invigorate unions by getting rid of secret votes, and just maybe, be beholden to people like you in the traditional media for getting it there.
Fascinating. Do yourself a favor…read the whole thing.

Absolutely amazing. Obama, Biden, and the media have spent the last two weeks saying that he isn’t a Socialist. Now this breaks. Get ready for some parsing like you’ve never seen before. The person who made that video will be investigated now and their personal details released to discredit him/her. The media will comply.
I hope a few things happen:
1. This video get 10 million hits and spreads like Ebola on steroids.
2. There are enough sane people out there who can think for themselves and take Obama’s words for their clear meaning, not some twisted parsed spin that his campaign comes up with.
3. There are enough sane people who actually don’t think redistribution of wealth is a good thing, and that it is actually a very bad thing that runs counter to American principles.
4. Some major news outlets, other than Fox, will actually report on this story objectively.
5. Independents and moderate Democrats take this seriously and understand what it means and evaluate Obama for what he really is, not what he wants people to think.
6. The LA Times is forced to release its video of Obama giving a toast to Rashid Khalidi.
i have to say i support mccain but i do not believe that tape will help at all. when you listen to the tape you have to read between the lines and connect the dots. most obama supporters do neither so without a news report on tv explaining the tape the effect of the tape is only to provide red meat for mccain supporters.
Poverty is never ever about money or lack thereof. Poverty is about chaotic social problems, NOT MONEY. Throwing government at poverty ensures that poverty will increase, not decrease.
What a time for NoQuarter to be down. Has the site been hacked?
What makes this worse is that we knew back of Feb 2008 as well; please check out the video from FBN I have on my latest blog post, it may open up some dialogue to those who may interested. Keep up the great writing TD.
Another excellent article. Thank you – Regarding Berg v. Obama, I have written an open thank you letter that I hope you and your readers will consider.
Fortunately for us all, every now and again, a cause will come along that will stir the soul and passions. What cause could be more important that standing tall against those who could be seeking to undermine our legal system for electing the President of The United States of America? Please Read and consider posting a Letter to Philip Berg Regarding Berg v. Obama. http://zachjonesishome.wordpress.com/2008/10/26/letter-to-philip-berg-regarding-berg-v-obama/
We the people have to get this out.I don’t think the MSM will they haven’t put anything out about this liar and cheat yet,and God knows there is alot out there.
Thank You TD for all of your hard work and time.
Bill Whittle from National Review Online does an excellent job of dissecting what this dialog really means and says. (He must have stayed up all night to write it.)

TD said, “I recommend that you download and save this video before it goes missing”
There’s no link.
Just flipped over to CNN to see if any of the MSM (besides Fox News) was covering this, and was surprised to see that they were talking about the Andy Martin lawsuit, etc. Of course they were down-playing the whole thing, but still…
Downloads, backed up, encrypted and stored in multiple off site locations.
Thanks for using your platform here on the TD blog to help spread truth!
Good job, TD and JB! This interview was on all three cable outlets this morning, of course they’re playing selected parts. They’re not yet including what may be the most important part where Obama says that the Warren court did not go far enough in undoing what the Founding Fathers had created. Uh, that would be the Constitution. Judah, does this mean that Obama is already a traitor according to the 14th Amendment?
BTW, The network following Andy Martin around in Hawaii must have been CNN because this morning he was on a fairly lengthy interview on CNN, saying Obama is not Muslim because he’s the son of Frank Marshall Davis and that the birth certificate we’re being shown online is a fake (big news, there
). I was surprised to see it.
hehehehe they played it on fox
Check out the new one being distributed where Obama says the Constitution is fundamentally flawed in 2001 and is still is today….
No wonder he wants to run for president, he wants to get rid of the constitution
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11OhmY1obS4
Need to post a blog on this one TD
wow!
Whenever I’ve tried to discuss my concerns about BO’s redistribution of wealth, I get a look of surprise in reply and then a “well, maybe that’s a good thing.” What is wrong with these people? I suppose if Obama suggested that drowning your children was a way to solve overpopulation, these same people would run to their bathrooms and start filling their tubs.
I know it’s been asked a thousand times, but what does it take to wake these people up? What happened to the thinking parts of their brains? Are we dealing with people who only have basic brain-stem function?
I have been reading this blog for the last few weeks , but have never commented with my opinion. I am hesitant to say much, however, I have my theory as to what might be going on with this election. Without saying too much for the sake of national security, it just makes more sense for this to be a massive sting operation against terrorism in the US. It would explain why the media is doing (or not doing) the things we are seeing (or not seeing) so secretively.
Another thing that came to mind this morning was this: The past couple of years Homeland Security, Border Patrol, FBI were recruiting heavier than I have seen in my lifetime…but now?….haven’t heard a thing in the past year or so. It is my belief (and becoming clearer as each day goes by) that all of this is being done under cover to protect our country and our constitution from the terrorists embedded in our great nation. Just my opinion!
texasdarlin: Yeah. That complaint by Biden was extremely curious, to say the least. What especially struck me was his outrage when he asked that reporter, “Who’s WRITING your questions?”
As if it ought to be well understood by now that nobody should EVER ask The One or any of his minions a question that they didn’t write themselves. Pretty illustrative of what probably already goes on in the OMSM.
The 2001 interview by Obama is also instructive, if only it could be condensed in such a way that people will understand the import.
The young people who support The One so very vigorously may have no clue whatsoever what socialism means.
To them, it probably sounds wonderful. After all, guys like Ayers have been indoctrinating them since preschool. This is the first generation to come out of the type of socialist school curricula that “respected educators” like William Ayers, Rashid Khalidi, and Barack Hussein Obama devised.
Political correctness has removed from too many history and civics curricula the exact role of the Founding Fathers and the importance of the Constitution. Are children even required to study and pass a test on their state and federal Consitutions anymore?
To them, the Founding Fathers, as they’ve been taught in school, especially in inner cities, were corrupt, rich, racist, misogynistic, hypocritical, WHITE men.
The most chilling part of this interview is how Obama, as a “Constitutional scholar”, fails to grasp the genius of the document, or if indeed he does grasp it, he rejects it completely. He complains about the “constraints” put in the Constitution by the Founders.
Those would be “constraints” that limit what government can do–the ones that reserve all rights not enumerated to the states and to the PEOPLE.
It bugs the heck out of him that the Constitution CONSTRAINS the government. Read: It’s a shame that there exists this moldy, old, outdated document that prevents me from grabbing hold of the full power of the government, so that I, the all-knowing, can reorder the world.
He doesn’t seem to respect the genius of the Constitution–that it does not GIVE us rights. We have them from the get go. The Constitution exists to PRESERVE and PROTECT our rights. All of them, whether enumerated or not.
We do NOT have a right to other people’s money.
We do NOT have a right to force other people to pay for our health care.
We do NOT have a right to force anyone to “contribute” to a 401K and then LET the government decide how to invest our money.
We do NOT have a right to confiscate someone’s wealth upon their death.
We do NOT have a right to force all children into a government-dictated curriculum, from preschool through college.
But if the Lord Obama gets his way, well he’ll just toss out the Constitution and write another one that is more to his liking.
I had to laugh over the weekend, when I saw his response to the charge of “socialism.” He didn’t answer the question. Oh, no. That he cannot do. At least not honestly. (But who thinks he’s honest, anyway? Not me.)
What he did was to deflect and distract. He asks us why, if he’s a socialist, would Warren Buffett and Colin Powell endorse him? Well, why not?
Buffett has his own reasons. The guy’s one of the richest men in the world (so that begs the question of why Obama hangs with him in the first place. But that’s beside the point.)
Buffett stands to be handed a role in an Obama cabinet. What more could a rich guy want and desire but POWER. More power than he already has.
Or maybe, just a guess, he knows that Obama’s dream of one world government (with Obama as lord over all) will make Buffett even richer and more powerful than he is now.
As for Powell, let’s remember that this is the guy who sold the Iraq war to the UN. Remember that? So, what can we conclude from this? Depending upon your view about what truly transpired behind the scenes, Powell is either
1. a liar
2. a fool
3. a toady
4. a patriot and true believer of President Bush’s policies.
So, if 1 through 3 apply, then what use is HIS endorsement of Obama, anyway?
If 4 applies, then he’s a turncoat and is out for revenge and to rewrite history to make himself look better. So, again, what use is his endorsement of Obama?
I really think that the RNC should use this video in conjuction with the video of ” Joe the plumber” and say this the real Barrak Obama then and now.
TD please forward the video to the RNC.
The quote is clear – he is not saying the Court SHOULD have entered economic redistribution – he is saying that the civil rights movement shouldnt have been so focused on litigation but instead to organize locally.
Now I certaintly dont love the phrase ‘redistribute”, but based on the reference in the same sentence – he could be just as easily referring to a belief that economic and political power could be spread more evenly – which is a legitimate goal – if not done by taking from one and giving to another.
The point is – the quote is alot more conservative in nature then what you are trying to portray.
You probably already have this, but here’s another one, with only a few hundred views so far. In this one, he discusses the “fundamental flaw” of the Constitution. That would be the one that constrains the government from redistributing wealth, I guess. Here’s the link:
Might have had this one, already, too, but it’s a goody:
My husband heard this on Fox’s Morning show. I expect all the whining and complaining by the Obama folks about that interview with Barbara West in Orlando is going to look ludicrous after this audio play. I picked this up on utube last night. Didn’t take long for Fox to pick it up and underscores what McCain has been saying ever since Joe the Plumber hit the airwaves.
Words matter, remember? Elinor has it right–hoisted by your own petards. I also read that the LA Times is sitting on another audio that catches “The One” dishing on the Jews with one of his Palestinian buddies.
This man is “not” who he says he is. God help us all.
Good news. I just checked the Tivo and FOX has picked up this story.
The audio in this post has hit the MSM
Cant confirm CNN, MSNBC etc so we still need to spread the word.
I just watched the Palin rally and the crowd was going nuts with their new chant:
USE YOUR BRAIN……..VOTE MCCAIN
BTW, guess it doesn’t take a brick wall to fall on me . . . but now I’m wondering . . . just what were Obama’s reasons for studying Constitutional law, anyway? Has he had in mind its undoing, all along? He sure seems bent on doing anything to get the Presidency, including lie (too many to name), cheat (the whole DNC primary shenanigans) and steal (illegal foreign, fake name and over-limits campaign contributions). He must want it pretty bad. Maybe this is his chance to shread the Constitution.
#40 Titor
Yes, I watched pieces of it, and discussion, on all three cable networks this morning before I left for work.
Obama thinks Warren wasn’t “radical” enough!
He thinks the COURTS ought to be involved in redistribution as well as in providing economic AND political “justice.”
But, alas, it’s too hard to get the courts to “reinterpret” the Constitution to his liking,so legislation is the answer, according to The One.
But wait! That was back in 2001. He’s found a third way–buy the presidency, stack the courts, rewrite/reinterpret the Constitution, use all the power of the government to enforce socialism.
Doesn’t that phrase “political justice” sound intriguing? Is he talking about theories like those of Lani Guinier, who Obama supports (or at least did support, back when he was less careful about his associations and true beliefs)?
Obama calls the Constitution a “political document.” Think about that one for a while. Is it scary enough for you yet?
Thanks, TJ, for the link to that reporter’s opinion of MSM bias. He gives at least a plausible explanation for why they prefer The One, because he will support the “Fairness Doctrine,” which might preserve their rags from extinction.
Yet, I don’t see how the Supreme Court, as currently constituted and based upon prior rulings, would EVER allow such legislation to stand.
Just another reason to vote AGAINST The One.
Foxnews.com is running the story.
http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/27/radio-interview-obama-laments-lack-supreme-court-ruling-redistributing-wealth/
How ironic is it that if he wins, he must SWEAR to UPHOLD this fundamentally flawed, political document, that is full of constraints and which neglects to spell out “what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf?”
“MUST do on your behalf.”
“MUST DO” albeit
“ON YOUR BEHALF.”
A nanny state on steroids.
No liberty.
No freedom.
Equality of OUTCOME, not of opportunity.
The end of the “American Way.”
The destruction of that shining city on the hill–no longer a beacon to those who have suffered under similar totalitarian, socialists regimes.
What’s next? Hijab for the Statue of Liberty?
btw, I remember hearing an interview of Obama, where someone pointed out that lowering taxes, especially on the rich, leads to higher revenue for the federal government, because it encourages entrepreneurship, creating jobs and raising all boats.
His answer was a chilling insight into his worldview. Basically, he said that it doesn’t matter if raising taxes on the rich hurts the economy, destroys jobs, or results in lower government revenue.
What is MORE IMPORTANT–the highest priority–is EQUALITY. In his world, it is FAR better for everyone to be equally impoverished, just so long as there IS “economic equality.”
Great article in reaction to the NPR interview of Obama. This guy has it: Shame Cubed. One, Two, Three.

Forgot to remind you all that he’s going to disarm us. He’ll get the money for all these wonderful new social programs by gutting the defense department. Just read how important he thinks it is for us to get rid of ALL of our nukes. Right. So then whose mercy will we be at?

The Socialization of Retirement Accounts
This is exactly why we need a balance of party power between the Legislative and Executive branches. In an Obama administration, our 401(k)s would be at risk. Via workforce.com:
“Powerful House Democrats are eyeing proposals to overhaul the nation’s $3 trillion 401(k) system, including the elimination of most of the $80 billion in annual tax breaks that 401(k) investors receive.
House Education and Labor Committee Chairman George Miller, D-California, and Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Washington, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee’s Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support, are looking at redirecting those tax breaks to a new system of guaranteed retirement accounts to which all workers would be obliged to contribute.
the tragedy here is that Barbara West asked questions that people have been trying to for months… she is now plastered all over as unprofessional, et.
Joe the plumber lost his job, for asking Obama a simple question.
His American drean ended when he encountered Obama.
I wonder how many other American dreams will end the same way.
If you think this is just small potatos, wait till see what happens if he ever gets control of the Dept of Justice.
We saw a small preview with his Truth Squads.
A good article in National Review, which was recommended by our friend Mitchell Langbert:
http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=ZTI1NmUxYjA4ODczZjgxOWJhMzQ3ODI0MDRkOWFlMDQ=
Now, an interesting quote from Mitchell’s blog:
“Today in a graduate class I was discussing utilitarian versus deontological ethical systems, and I used the mass killings in Cambodia as an example of a misapplication of utilitarianism. The students were master’s students in the economics program at Brooklyn College. I was startled to learn that the students were unaware that there had been mass killings in Cambodia; that Stalin had murdered millions of peasants through mass starvation; or that Mao Tse Tung had murdered 25 million people. As well, the students had never heard of the “Cultural Revolution” and the “Red Guard”.
In other words, New York City school children go through 12 years of lower education and four years of college at the City University of New York, plus another year of graduate school, without ever having heard that communism was responsible for mass murder. However, they are taught that capitalism and freedom are the source of poverty and intolerance.”
Interesting and ironic that in this interview Obama dislikes the U.S. Constitution, the same document which would keep him from bring president if he were found to be born in Kenya. Obama the egoist would see the “natural born” requirement as a mere technicality. He probably sees the rest of the Constitution as an obstruction to what he wishes to accomplish. Obama would try to appoint the most radical judges possible to the Supreme Court.

NEW CONNECTION MADE BETWEEN OBAMA, KENYA, ODINGA, MONEY and KENYA GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATION
I located a report on FoxNews.com about a leaked report and tied it to a previously reported leaked list that appears to be the identified list of contributors referenced in the FoxNews.com article. I also made a connection that this list is in the hands of UN secretary-general Kofi Annan.
This report is in PDF format for easy distribution.
http://64.37.107.199/rcp/20081027_kenya.pdf
I have passed this onto Fox News.
Because of my Kenya ties with charity projects (that have been destroyed by the post-election violence in Kenya), I have decided to stay completely away from the blogs and posting from now on and go back to focusing on the charities and not the election. This is my last research piece. I wish you all the best and I hope this helps get the truth out there.
Concerned Citizen: Better yet: Why take that chance?
Vote against them NOW, if they’re running for reelection. This is too close for comfort.
Give him a filibuster-proof Congress and what will we get?
They are already planning, BEHIND CLOSED DOORS with Ted Kennedy, universal health care, which we’ve already rejected.
They are already planning the Fairness Doctrine.
The Employee Free Choice Act. (Don’t you just love those “newspeak” titles?)
The Global Poverty Act (to redistribute $850 BILLION of OUR money to Africa and elsewhere around the world).
The takeover of OUR 401K money.
A community-organizer-crafted administration. 3000 appointments throughout the federal government. And WHO will these people be?
What sort of “justices” will he nominate to the Supreme Court? Any clues? And with both houses of Congress in his hands, then who will oppose his nominees?
No doubt, AMNESTY for all illegal aliens. After all, who will they vote for (when they’ll be able to, for the first time, vote legally, as opposed to how they vote NOW, illegally)?
Here is a good exercise on Obama’s wealther distribution:
“Kat from another site says:
Here is a creative approach to redistribution of wealth as offered in a
local newspaper…
Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read “Vote
Obama, I need the money.” I laughed.
Once in the restaurant my server had on a “Obama 08″ tie, again I laughed as
he had given away his political preference–just imagine the coincidence.
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that
I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there
in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to
someone who I deemed more in need–the homeless guy outside. The server
angrily stormed from my sight.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server
inside as I’ve decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was
grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized
the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter
was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the
actual recipient ‘deserved’ money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application. “
Obama is a man of mystery who wears a mask of mass deception, and treats all with contempt including the Afro-American. Just go to youtube and type in Obama Selma lies and watch this video. Everything that he says in public contradicts the facts in his book, and it makes me wonder who wrote it.
McCain Campain Today on Obama’s Plan for Redistribution of Wealth
“Europeans call it socialism, Americans call it welfare, and Barack Obama calls it change.”
And about those 401Ks:
Remember that the government will be in control of how the money is invested. And who will they invest with? ACORN, no doubt.
And when you die, the governmen will confiscate half of whatever YOUR money is left, instead of letting you leave it to your heirs. After all, inherited money is another one of those “unfair” concepts.
Obamabots believe, FALSELY, as Sean Hannity often points out, that everybody who’s rich got that way by inheriting their money.
I know someone who teaches at a community college. Mostly African-American students. They truly do believe that all white people have more than blacks simply because of an unfair economic system, built upon the backs of THEIR ancestors, that allowed whites to accumulate wealth and leave it to their heirs. This is what they have been taught!
It does not enter into their minds that MOST whites who have money got it through the sweat of their own brows.
Or even that MOST whites do not descend from slave owners (or wealthy people).
I wonder if they know that not only does Obama himself descend from slave holders, he does so on both sides of his family! The Arabs, including the Luo tribe, were very much involved in the slave trade. And some of his white ancestors were slave holders.
Allies of Palestinians see a friend in Barack Obama

CHICAGO — It was a celebration of Palestinian culture — a night of music, dancing and a dash of politics. Local Arab Americans were bidding farewell to Rashid Khalidi, an internationally known scholar, critic of Israel and advocate for Palestinian rights, who was leaving town for a job in New York.
A special tribute came from Khalidi’s friend and frequent dinner companion, the young state Sen. Barack Obama. Speaking to the crowd, Obama reminisced about meals prepared by Khalidi’s wife, Mona, and conversations that had challenged his thinking
Andy Martin site has been updated today…and he isn’t happy.
Link accidentally omitted in my last post
Let’s cut to the chase and just be really REALLY specific.
Based on the above video
Based on Obama’s first book, in particular
Based on veiled statements during the campaign (e.g. Joe the Plumber)
Based on Black Liberation Theology (as taught by J. Wright)
Based on the tenants of S. Alinsky and ACORN-type “community organizing”
Based on wife Michelle’s thesis
Based on Communist ideals he was certainly taught by F. Davis
Based on William Ayer’s current beliefs and his book Prairie Fire
Based on an interview of some months ago where a reporter challenged one of his most firmly held tax plans (in re Capital Gains, if I remember correctly), where it was pointed out that such things always make the economy worse – And Obama said he knew that and didn’t care, it was more “fair”.
We know that Barack Obama cares not one whit about the Economy, nor will he shape his policies to improve the overall Economy. He has only one laser-beam goal. Transfer the nation’s wealth from white people to black people. Not based on any sort of merit or productivity (eeeeuuuuhh, Capitalism) but solely on color. This is extreme racism and will not be tolerated.
He will start by using broad sweeping, but seemingly color blind, tax reform to achieve a massive redistribution that will primarily benefit blacks. He will then seek to enact specific focused policies to make this redistribution and reparation more complete. He will not stop until the economy is destroyed and everybody is equal.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is drunk on happy talk and koolaid.
This tape is also a classic example re how Obama really speaks. He’s constantly saying “um”, stuttering, etc.
The media edits his speaches we hear on tv today – people don’t know he’s not really a good speaker. He’s difficult to listen to before he gets edited.
The one comment BO made on the ‘Joe’ video that keeps bothering me was about him wanting everyone ‘behind’ Joe to have success too. So he equates ’success’ with a government handout? Give me a friggin’ break!
No Obama, because when did it become a crime to ask questions of OUR representitives?
She has been trashed, Joe the plumber fired. 2 great examples of freedom under Obama.
Joe for example has been more examined in three days the media has looked at Obama in 2 years.
People are getting pissed off, that this is being allowed to happen and they aren’t going to take it any more.
You want a socialist state – move there.
But why do YOU think people risk their lives , coming here- Freedom!!!
I read something today, thought it quite appropriate in which Obama’s plan plan is not characterized as “socialism” but “opportunity”.
……. “Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:
The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.
So, that’s what they decided to do. The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. “Since you are all such good customers,” he said, “I’m going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.” Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.
The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes, so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men – the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his ‘fair share?’ They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody’s share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man’s bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.
And so:
The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).
The seventh now paid $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).
Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant the men began to compare their savings.
“I only got a dollar out of the $20,” declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man, “but he got $10!”
“Yeah, that’s right,” exclaimed the fifth man, “I only saved a dollar, too. It’s unfair that he got ten times more than I!” “That’s true!” shouted the seventh man, “’Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!” “Wait a minute,” yelled the first four men in unison, “We didn’t get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!” The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.
The next night the tenth man didn’t show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn’t have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!
And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

For those who understand, no explanation is needed.
For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.”…
I beg to differ, as Obama will not bring in a socialist state if he comes to power, but it will be an iron fist form of Marxism, as this man is filled with hatred and an agenda with an ideology that will turn America upside down, and his wife is someone that you must investigate carefully. Why give her a pass? I have spent years looking at Michelle, and she is the dangerous one.
Want to win the election? Tell everyone that Obama’s redistribution of wealth means he will take over THEIR 401K.
Redistribution of wealth sounds great if it’s someone else’s money.
Another point on taking over our 401Ks (our money). Most of it is invested in Mutual Funds which fund corporations who employ people. If the enormous wealth of the 401Ks are diverted to government programs, that giant sucking sound will be the collapse of our corporations.
I believe in equality. Only I’d like to see equality of prosperity. They want equality of poverty because the poor are easier to control.
Be careful who you vote for in Congress. If you are voting for the incumbent, are they part of the problem? Let’s change the hands of Congress to a pro-American ideology.
TD, Judah and to all the gang. It is happening. Now ,the real truths are coming out. Take a deep breath, sigh, relax a bit, and pat your selves on the back. Everyone here that worked day and night for free, digging and spreading the real info around. It isn’t tin foil hatsville anymore. It is now the news. Wasn’t that just a roller coaster ride on the edge of Twilight Zone and the questioning of ones own reasoning and logic ? A roller coaster ride from HELL, but has probably taught many to appreciate what we have, and to trust our instincts. I am so proud of everyone here today. It brings tears to my eyes to think of everyone here ,and how true to this country we all are here. Thanks to all of the wonderful people that have worked together as a wonderful team here. Like I said on my first post here several months ago”.It is the most unbelievable thing I have ever seen in my life, but it is real” Thanks again TD, you are what has been “real”.
The date of this radio transcript is Sept. 6, 2001. From a historical perspective, this was the same day of then 19-yr old Britney Spears’ infamous snake dance on the MTV awards in NYC, 5 days before towers fell in NYC, 5 days before the Bill Ayers interview for the NYT in NYC in which he stood on the American flag and stated, “We didn’t do enough.”
I am coming to believe that the presidency for Obama is just another rung on his personal career ladder. It sounds ludicrous but I think he honestly wants to be king of the world. The first step is dismantling the US as it presently exists.
Please, undecideds – vote McCain!
TD,
Did you see the interview that Joe Biden did, where he was asked about a quote Karl Marx stated about spreading wealth?
Biden was surprised to actually get asked a real question for once and he laughed it off and basically refused to respond. Obama’s campaign then criticized the interviewer.
Of course, most of the media is refusing to show the interview.
If Palin had done what Biden did, all the media sources would have been going crazy over it.
Happy Monday,
With a week to go, it’s all hands on deck!
GOTV is the key now. If you’re able to help McCain-Palin by phone-banking, poll-watching, blogging, or campaigning in any way possible — PLEASE STEP UP. Especially in the battleground states.
ALSO, see new post at the top and please send your submissions for our special series.
Have a great day!
Carlyle: You got it. This is reparations. No doubt about it. It’s part of his concept of “economic justice.” Not 40 acres and a mule. No. Much, much more.
What’s his idea of “political justice?” Why, a guaranteed number of seats in the House, Senate, Cabinet, Justice Dept., Supreme Court, ad infinitum, for blacks. Affirmative action throughout the government. After all, it’s only “fair.”
He disguises this as concern for the lower class, or better yet, the “middle class.” But it’s really concern for blacks alone. Listen carefully to that 1995 interview. His salvation depends upon saving blacks. Here in the US as well as in Africa, I imagine. Otherwise, why $850 BILLION for the Global Poverty Act, his pet project in the Senate? Perhaps his ONLY project in the Senate.
I am new here, but how can’t you fall in love with this lady called texasdarlin; know class when I see it, and respect her because she puts all the cards on the table in such a way that makes my head spin.
BTW Rupert Murdoch has just thrown Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and Andy Martin under the bus.
To pull something else, stunning and fundamental from this interview, consider these words:
“[G]enerally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. Says what the states can’t do to you. Says what the Federal government can’t do to you, but doesn’t say what the Federal government or State government MUST DO your behalf…”
This is Obama’s philosophy in a nutshell and it’s why, when Governor Palin says he does not view America the way we do, she’s spot on.
Obama misses the point of America. He doesn’t even understand the fundamental tenet underlying the Constitution of the United States.
He believes there are things the Government MUST do for you. And he finds the Constitution itself lacking for not spelling out those things.
And, he’s flat out WRONG.
He just doesn’t get it.
This is a nation founded on the principles set out in the Constitution and it has served us well. The government is not supposed to get in the way of its citizens. The Constitution guarantees RIGHTS to our citizens, the right to free speech, free assembly, the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, equal protection. On and on.
No, the Constitution does not set out what the Government must DO FOR YOU.
Obama loves to invoke Jack Kennedy, even going to Europe before he’s even nominated to recreate a Kennedy moment. Maybe he should consider Kennedy’s most famous words: “Ask not what your country can do for you…”
This is the fundamental politics of Obama:
“Make the Government Do For Me No Matter What I Do For Myself.”
“Take From Others If Need Be”
“Redistribute The Wealth So All Are Equal Regardless of Effort”
Obama fatally confuses EQUALITY with EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
The first is the antithesis of what America is about.
The second is why America is here.
Now, we know what Obama means by CHANGE, since he’s never told us.
He wants to change our Constitution to guarantee the Government spreads the nations wealth so that all are not only CREATED EQUAL, but REMAIN EQUAL regardless of opportunity, ingenuity, effort or innovation.
Is that what those jumping up and down shouting “Change, Change, Change” are really after? I doubt it. Like a college freshman with too much frat house punch, they’re in for a hell of a hangover and a serious case of “I did what?!”
Obama doesn’t want to call this socialism? Fine. Call it whatever you like. Call it Marvin if you want. The label is meaningless. There was a time when “socialism” wasn’t even a word. The concept is the same. And, it doesn’t work.
It has never worked. In the history of the world.
And, I suspect if Barack Obama had announced his candidacy with a pledge to rewrite the U.S. Constitution so that it spelled out the requirement that the government “redistribute the wealth” among it’s citizens, he wouldn’t have gotten very far.
How he’s gotten this far remains a mystery.
If elected, how is Barack Obama going to take and oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States? He hates the constitution. He thinks the wisdom of the Founding Fathers needs to be overcome in order to create the “benign” intrusive government of a nanny state. How can he take the oath? He’d be lying and we’d all know it!
In a 2008 interview with Walt Mossberg, Murdoch was asked whether he had “anything to do with the New York Post’s endorsement of Barack Obama.” Without hesitation, Murdoch replied, “Yeah. He is a rock star. It’s fantastic. I love what he is saying about education. I don’t think he will win Florida…but he will win in Ohio and the election. I am anxious to meet him. I want to see if he will walk the walk.”[20][21]

The big lie of this election is that Obama somehow uniquely understands the middle class and regular Americans. Not only is that a grave misconception – BUT HE WILL BETRAY YOU – Hillary knows this. Why don’t you?
Obama is alien to our way of life and to our unique national culture of 200+ years. He continually speaks of “the middle class” but he doesn’t even know what this is. He has had no experience with middle class. Consider this brief synopsis of known facts:
1. His early formative years were spent among third-world Muslims at third-world Muslim schools.
2. During his high school and early college years, he (by his own words, see his book) was nothing more than the usual urban gutter trash. If he had any knowledge of or interest in anything even remotely American, it was as the proverbial leftist “victim”.
3. The only time(s) he had for any self reflection and selection of his own identity, he rejected mainstream America and specifically chose to worship and follow his Kenyan birth father.
4. He mysteriously (one of the key things we are still trying to understand) jumped directly from the underbelly of society to a high-flying intellectual elite university.
5. While there he either chose for himself or was pushed into the extreme radical edge of academia. He studied Marxism, Socialism, Revolution, and Class Warfare. He was indoctrinated with the most extreme anti-American hate. He and his wife supposedly created “profound” senior theses on these subjects but these have been suppressed by the Obama Campaign.
6. Even more mysteriously (best information: using foreign money) he went to Harvard law school. By all accounts an undistinguishing event and no written material by which to determine his biases. But he got his degree and the ivy league imprimatur. Supposedly, whoever paid for it was happy – and certainly expects some payback. But who? And what? And when?
7. He went to work under the wing of the corrupt Chicago Political Machine for the express purpose of promoting class warfare for political advantage (again, read his own books).
8. While there he further honed his philosophy of the have-nots being victims being actively put down by “the man”. “The man” of course being street slang for anything mainstream American.
9. He also proved highly effective at promoting racial disharmony and using generated rage to disrupt normal civil activities. He is known to have both participated in “direct action” and trained staffers of radical organizations in those techniques – including wild and profligate “voter registration”.
Now, no where in that narrative to you see anything remotely like the middle class. But his own admission (again, see his books) he views the world in a very alien way compared to mainstream America. His views (partly through indoctrination and partly through his own choices) are those of the backwards third world. He sees a sharp class distinction between the haves and the have-nots. He views the haves as being of two types: 1) the evil industrialists who exploit the innocent have-nots; and 2) the beneficent government who’s role is to punish the feudal overlords and distribute their ill-gotten wealth to the deserving peasants.
No where do you see any middle class. He is totally clueless about free market capitalism and the ingenuity and work ethic of the broad middle class. And no surprise at all – where would he have ever learned about it? If he learned anything at all, it was always as if Capitalism were the great evil.
He has no concept that the American industries and the American middle class worker are the engine that makes it all happen. This is what gives every American the chance to succeed. The best Socialism can offer is to bring everybody down to the lowest common denominator. Even worst, when it turns out that the part of the system that was supposed to be benevolent is actually corrupt, you have worse oppression of the masses than the system you were trying to fix.
Capitalism requires continual monitoring and steerage to ensure that it doesn’t spin off unintended consequences. Which, means among other things it has it ups and downs and even occasional excesses. But is still by far the best system of social organization ever discovered. We are not ready to toss this overboard and start on some grand new experiment. Especially when that experiment sounds and smells an awful lot like a system we have seen before and know will fail.
I don’t know if you’ve seen this video, but it lays out in a very “nice” way how The One changes his rhetoric, depending upon the audience:
Carlyle: Well said.
It bears repeating: There’s a theory out there that the main reason that Obama did not clerk for a member of the higher court, as has every other editor of the Harvard Law Review, may be because either he could not pass the required background check OR because he was not a US citizen.
That could be an explanation for why the colleges will not publish his records. He might have been listed as a foreign student. He might have been listed as a Muslim. He might have received scholarships that were set aside for foreign students.
Would it be surprising to learn that he may have gamed the system?
A funny aside: Rush Limbaugh mentioned today that every time he hears Obama speaking at a rally, it sounds as if his voice is coming from on high. There’s an echo chamber effect. Sort of like when God spoke to Moses in “The Ten Commandments.” I just heard clips on the radio of both Obama and McCain. Well, guess what? Rush is correct. Pay attention to the difference in how they sound. It has to be deliberate. Another subliminal cue to remind us that The One is The Messiah (or thinks he is).
Another snarky aside: I watched a pregame show before the Blues hockey game where Sarah Palin dropped the puck. You won’t believe this: As one commentator was talking about Palin, some other guy (I wish I knew who he was) sat there next to the speaker, right on camera, doing that Obama hand thingy, where they put their fingers into that O-shape. Know what I mean? He was wiggling his hands around, probably to call attention to himself and away from the speaker. It could not have been a coincidence. It’s not normal to do that with your hands. This is just another example of their juvenile, subliminal messaging. It would be funny if it weren’t so scary. These Obamabots are everywhere and they have drunk the Kool-Aid, big time.
OBAMA: Constitution ‘reflected fundamental flaw of this country that continues to this day’.
Yeah like where it says only an American born can be president. What a jerk
Biden- seems to dislike other TV stations- this time in Philadelphia.

Relevant quote:
“Ironically, ACORN and its affiliates, all reliable cheerleaders for higher taxes, are longtime tax deadbeats. A search of public records found more than 200 tax liens adding up to more than $3.7 million are associated with groups that share ACORN’s address on Elysian Fields Avenue in New Orleans. The most recent lien, in the amount of $23,383, was filed by the IRS against an ACORN affiliate, American Workers Associates Inc., on September 9, 2008.”
On November 4th if Obama ever gets elected, and you have the money; skills; and education get the hell out of America because it will be hell on earth. I never really cared for Hillary Clinton much because had issues with her, but as an extreme Liberal to the left she was a better candidate when all is said and done. Obama in my book is a vote for hell on earth. This is one insane election, and prey for America with all my heart and soul as an ex-patriot from Michigan.
OBAMA SAYS CONSTITUTION DEEP FLAW CONTINUES TODAY

Soviet subversion is very much real. Just because the USSR was defeated does not mean that the monster they spawned is dead. Only about 15% of time, money, and manpower is spent on espionage as such. The other 85% is a slow process which we call either ideological subversion, active measures, or psychological warfare.
Marxism is taught in universities, all former weatherman members are university professors. 3000+ educators are vouching for unrepentant terrorist Ayers. To say nothing of the press, or the public schools.
Megan Kelly of FOX News just tore Obama spokesman Bill Burton a new one on this socialism issue. It was PRICELESS. You go, girl. Gotta love it.
So they are talking about this video on Fox? I don’t watch the channel anymore now that is has become botish. Are they talking about it on other channels too? If they are this will certainly be interesting. Its sad that the stupid assassination attempt threatens to take it off the news. Bet Obama instigated the plot to divert people’s attention.
What do you want to bet that Obama’s planning to make his pal, Bill Ayers, the Secretary of Education? A scary thought, but not so far fetched…
————————————————————–
Bill Ayers’ Scary Plans for Public Schools by Phyllis Schlafly
Will William Ayers be secretary of education in a Barack Obama administration? All parents should ponder that possibility before making their choice for president on Nov. 4.
After all, Ayers is a friend of Obama, and professor Ayers’s expertise is training teachers and developing public school curriculum. That’s been his mission since he gave up planting bombs in government buildings (including the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon) and assaulting police officers.
Ayers brashly admitted that he was “guilty as hell” in planting bombs in the 1970s, and that he has no regrets and feels that he and his Weather Underground associates “didn’t do enough.” After successfully avoiding trial and prison because of legal technicalities, he picked up his Ph.D. at Columbia Teachers College for a second career, landing a tenured job as distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Ayers’s political views are as radical now as they were in the 1970s. “Viva President Chavez!” he exclaimed in a speech in Venezuela in 2006, in which he also declared, “education is the motor-force of revolution.”
From his prestigious and safe university position, Ayers has been teaching teachers and students in rebellion against American capitalism and what he calls “imperialism” and “oppression.” The code words for the Ayers curriculum are “social justice,” a “transformative” vision, “critical pedagogy,” “liberation,” “capitalist injustices,” “critical race theory,” “queer theory,” and of course multiculturalism and feminism…

it would be nice….dare I say equal, or go so far as “fair”…but is it honestly achievable?
>> On November 4th if Obama ever gets elected, and you have the money; skills; and education get the hell out of America
That is pretty funny, because it is just what so many on the “other side” have said and done during Bush’s 8 years, with numerous web sites and books devoted to getting out of America.
Very sad that people on either side retreat to such a sour-grape position. Easier to run than to stand and deal with your situation.
The thing is also … when you leave the country as an ex-pat (and I have been one, living in Germany) you see that the problems elsewhere aren’t fewer, they are just different.
If you are a right-leaning person, be prepared for a shock in western Europe, Canada, or any other country that is already even more “socialist” than you fear will be the case in this country.
Honestly, and in all sincerity, I think your fears are overblown and are the product of … well, fear. Stop watching the crap that passes for news on TV, stop reading the paranoid bloggers. I know plenty of very smart, very accomplished, and very conservative Republicans who will be voting for Obama. They are disillusioned and disappointed with McCain. To dismiss them all as kool-aid drinkers only demonstrates a shallowness of your own thinking.
Y’all know what this means, right?
“… political and community organizing activities … through which you bring about Redistributive Change.”
This is NOT any kind of assistance or comraderie sort of thing. This is redistribution by “direct action”. The sort of Rules for Radicals type of civil unrest and intimidation advocated by Saul Alinsky. This is, pure and simple, organized thuggery. Remember, in this context, there is no “crime” – the desired end justifies whatever means are necessary. This quote is as close as you can get to a Call for War in a polite society.

Thanks for the link – Mitchell is right on. We owe it to this and the next generations to take our teachers to task, ensuring that their curriculum addresses the horrors and failures of facism, socialism and communism (or as my 14 year old says – “all the bad isms”. This link has been posted on this blog before, but is worth a re-visit:
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/why_obamas_communist_connectio.html
I have 2 daughters who have drunk their fill of Kool-AID> My oldest stated tonight that she has done her own research and has made her decision for The One. She also stated that the video link I sent her (2001 socialist) was hateful…good grief, its the man-child’s own words…I sent an e-mail back asking what her research shows because there is nothing of his history out there..only links to radicals, terrorists, and lies.
Brian is right. Leaving the U.S. is probably not the answer. Other countries do have their own socialist problems. Like Germany. I have relatives who live there and have seen the changes over the past 30+ years. They tell me to stay here. If 0bama is elected, that tells me the takers in this country are greater in number than the providers. Time for the providers (liberty lovers) to possibly take over 1 or 2 states and peacefully separate. No reason for us to leave our country.
So, then, you think the Bush redistribution, sending all the money to the richest 5%, is a better idea?
If you’re so rich, why are you blogging here?
If you’re not so rich, why are you shilling for those who are?
Define rich? I blog here because I believe in liberty. I will gladly ’shill’ for those who also believe in liberty. I do not believe in forcibly taking from one who has earned and giving it to one who has not earned. Why so hostile to those who would PEACEFULLY separate? This way those who torment you (the rich, whatever your definition is) can live the way they desire, you and yours can live the way you choose.
Obama loves to preach “fair”. This is not “fair”….that is not “fair”…….and people love to hear it. The reality that they are ignorant of is that everything is “FAIR” in North Korea, in Cuba, In Russia, in Communist China…….Oh Yeah…….it is “FAIR”. The government “TAKES CARE” of everything for them! The government is “FAIR” to everyone. And the people have NO CHOICES!!! No Rights!!! No opportunities to better themselves, because that wouldn’t be “FAIR” to everyone else. That is the way big government works, guys!! They take all but pennies….that’s right…PENNIES of your income to pay for all these wonderful things they GIVE you, and force you to accept FAIR!!
It ceases to be sure a good thing then……..
WAKE UP PEOPLE……OBAMA WILL DESTROY THIS COUNTRY!!!
I WORK LONG HOURS TO PAY MY BILLS AND SUPPORT MY FAMILY, BUT I WOULD BETTER QUIT MY JOB THAN ALLOW THIS “WEALTH SPREADER” TO GET MORE OF MY HARD-EARNED MONEY TO PAY FOR THOSE WHO NEVER WORKED AND, MOST IMPORTANT, NEVER WANTED TO WORK. BUT I AM JUST CURIOUS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO BLAME THE SOCIETY FOR THEIR LIFESTYLE IF OBAMA IS ELECTED?
DID YOU REALLY LOOK VERY CAREFUL AT HIS TAX PROPOSALS THAT HE MADE? I DON’T WANT TO BELIEVE THAT THE HONEST AND DECENT PEOPLE OF AMERICA EVEN CONSIDERING HIM FOR A PRESIDENCY!
DO YOU KNOW THAT WHAT HE CALLS A “TAX CREDIT” IS ACTUALLY AN EXTENSION OF THE WELFARE PROGRAM? AND HIS HEALTH CARE PLAN IS A PART OF THIS. HE PLANS TO PUT MORE PEOPLE WHO DON’T WANT TO WORK ON SHOULDERS OF THOSE WHO MAKE SOME MONEY AND PAY MORE TAXES TO SUPPORT WELFARE. IT WILL COST US AN ADDITIONAL ONE TRILLION DOLLARS!
ONE HUNDRED ECONOMISTS INCLUDING SEVERAL NOBEL PRIZE LAUREATES CRITISIZED OBAMA’S ECONOMIC PLAN SIMPLY CALLING IT A DISASTER. HE WILL GET AMERICA IN A WORSE ECONOMIC NIghtMARE EVER KNOWN TO HUMANITY. DON’T LISTEN TO ALL THIS BS THAT HE PROMISES: HE CANNOT AND WILL NOT CUT TAXES, IT IS NOT FEASIBLE. ON THE CONTRARY, HE WANTS TO LET BUSH’S TAX CUTS EXPIRE IN 2009. THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY LEAD TO A TAX INCREASE FOR EVERYBODY MAKING $42,000 OR MORE. AND HIS TAX INCREASE ON SMALL BUSINESSES THAT ARE THE HEART OF THIS COUNTRY ECONOMY WILL GET US INTO A WORSE DEPRESSION EVER.
OBAMA IS A FAKE!!! A FRESHMAN SENATOR WITH A VERY THIN RESUME AND A SHADY PAST, WITH NO RECORD OF ANY POSITIVE ACHIEVEMENTS, WITH ALL HIS TIES TO ACORN, AYERS, J. WRITE, ETC., WITH A VERY QUESTIONABLE COLLEGE DEGREE AND UNAVAILABLE RECORD OF THIS THESIS, OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE, OR MEDICAL RECORD, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT ANY HUMAN RESOURCES WOULD ASK WHEN YOU APPLY FOR A JOB.
SO, IF YOU WANT THE RADICAL LEFT WING SOCIALISTS WITH THEIR IDEA OF RE-DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH AND HIGHER TAXES TO TAKE OVER, VOTE FOR OBAMA
Obama is nothing but a radical liberal socialist who wants to put on us a burden of higher taxes because of his plan to extend the welfare and nationalize healthcare so you and i will pay for treatment of all drug users, alcoholics, and everybody else who think that the government has to take care of them.
You can consider me as being non-patriotic according to Biden, but I don’t support a tax hike and “re-distribution of wealth” that Obama wants. This will bring this great country to the worst depression in history. I would better quit my job than to pay higher taxes to help Obama to achieve his goal of making a welfare system the biggest in US history.
Protect this country future!
Yes NO to Obama!!!
Please read this great article on Obama’s tax record

Steve Marquis Loses Pro Se Law Suit Re Obama Birth Certificate:

If the act of wealth redistribution constitutes a socialist state the here’s a news flash – you’ve been living under a Socialist regime for the last 60+ years. This country and our government consistently redistributes wealth via various social programs, Medicare, welfare benefits, Social Security, IRS tax codes, Unemployment benefits, inflation rates and so on and so on.
Anytime the government provides a citizen with a service it is spending tax dollars collected from one place and putting them somewhere else.
The question becomes to what degree is wealth redistribution acceptable? Short of every tax paying American having a balance sheet of taxes paid against benefits received, decrying the buzz word “redistribution of wealth” as wholesale criminality against the Constitution of the United States smacks of hypocrisy.
If you are outright and wholesale against the redistribution of wealth, then start rallying against every single program in which the government aids it’s citizens. I suggest people start equally distributing their political angst rather then selectively choosing where to apply ideology in order to serve an election process.
Go watch see for yourself .

Don’t be sheep. Decide for yourself . But most of all This Great Nation.
Ah sorry, I just got it. Taxes are there to support wars in countries whose names you can’t even pronounce correctly, like Eye-ran and Eye-rack.

Very true. Just like a frog in water coming to a boil. Some of us have finally had enough. The Constitution allowed the government to PROVIDE for the common defence. I find no other things that were to be ‘provided’. Yes, the Amendments gave us ‘negative liberties’ but I can’t seem to find the free stuff. I suspect the founding fathers were into moral obligations but not so much into forcibly taking from one to give to another. At least on paper.
Huxbux…thank you for a level-headed response…you nailed it. What do you call a $700 billion dollar bailout? Socialism…when GW lowered capital gains taxes…and redistributed the wealth UPward…what’s that…socialism….???
Take a breather kids, and let cooler heads prevail…we ARE socialists to some degree or another…and that’s not going to change… what is going to change is leadership…
And Yadent, if you read the Constitution, it’s amendments, and the Bill of Rights, you will see that the Government is responsible for much more than just defenSe.
We are SUPPOSED to be ONE nation… if one part is weak, you better shore it up, or it’s going to hurt you one way or another… This “I got mine, you get yours” attitude is what’s killing this nation…slowly…but surely.
I can’t seem to find the coverage of this on MSNBC or CNN, wonder why. I’m emailing this to all of my local TV stations in Jax Fl. Maybe we can get it out that way and of course through Fox…
