Berg: Grandma Confirms Kenyan Birth
Attorney Philip J. Berg announced Thursday that he has an audio recording of Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother confirming that Barack was born in Kenya. Via World Net Daily:
Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document (birth certificate on Obama’s website) is forged and that he has a tape recording he will soon release.
“This has been a real sham he’s pulled off for the last 20 months,” Berg told Savage. “I’ll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States.”
He said the telephone call was from Obama’s paternal grandmother affirming she “was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961.”
I have not yet listened to the radio interview, which can be heard here (h/t yeah right). And it’s not clear whether Berg plans to release the actual audio tape, or a transcript of such.
We previously reported on this blog in an Oct. 11 article entitled “Obama Born in Kenya? (New Information)” on an anonymous tip that a Kenyan Birth Certificate for Obama has been received by 3 unnamed people in the U.S. According to our source, that Birth Certificate lists Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, as the place of birth and includes witness signatures.
In the Oct. 11 report, we noted that the tip “reflects information filed Oct. 9 by Philip Berg” in his court case challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President:

It reads:
…Obama was born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province…
Since receiving that tip on Oct. 11, we have been unable to verify the information or secure confirmation from other sources. If Berg has possession of an audio tape, as indicated in yesterday’s interview on Savage Radio, it would certainly lend credence to the existence of the Kenyan Birth Certificate.
Asked how Berg could explain a birth announcement in the Honolulu Examiner newspaper — first reported HERE on the TD Blog, Berg told Savage that…
…he believes Obama’s mother was near the end of her pregnancy and unable to travel by plane, so Obama was born in Kenya. The family then traveled to Hawaii and registered the birth and submitted the newspaper announcement.

While not fond of court actions in general, all of this could have been avoided.
With the Obama website, “Fight the Smears.com” posting that Obama had dual citizenship with Kenya, questions were bound to arise.–questions which the campaign has sucessfully ignored thus far since posting the dual citizenship announcement.
Since the story is spreading rapidly over the last several days–Rush Limbaugh mentioned it yesterday, Michael Savage interviewed Phillip Berg last night and now NRO reporting on it–expect a curt denial from the campaign.

This is beginning to get truly amusing. If Obama really was born in Kenya, the son of Barack Obama, Sr., then he’s ineligible. But if he is, in fact, the son of Frank Marshall Davis, he would be a native son, but would be proven a total liar in his whole life story and a scam artist of the highest degree. Oh, the possibilities are promising endless fun!
According to the America’s Right website, the recording needs translation as it is in a language other than English. So hearing the tape for the majority of us will have no import.

I still anticipate that Berg’s lawsuit will be dismissed, leading to an appeal. However, I also have an outlying hunch (shared by Jeff S. at America’s Right and by our own Judah B) that the judge may allow this action to proceed. Hopefully we will hear something today.

Actually BOTH could be true. Obama could have been born in Kenya — what does it matter who is biological father is? Even if his biological father was Davis, that wasn’t recorded on any birth certificate and he could very well have a Kenya BC. Then both issues hit his campaign right in the butt.
I note, yet again, that Obama is wearing what looks like a wedding band on his left hand, in this photo. There have been similar appearances of Obama wearing that ring in other photos taken during his visit to his family in Kenya.

w00sh: Even if Frank Marshall Davis is the biological father (which I doubt),
IF Obama Sr. is listed on the BC as the father,
or IF Obama Sr. was married to Stanley Ann Dunham when Jr. was born,
or IF Obama Sr. ever acknowledged paternity in any legal action, then OBAMA Sr. is the father.
That is, unless at some point his paternity was legally retracted.
That’s my take on it, anyway.
Proof Barack Obama Birth Certificate is a Forgery.
The shown Barack Obama birth certificate is an absolute forgery and it has been in plain sight all along.
There can not be any Obamaniacs descending on sites claiming the experts are wrong, pixels are wrong or any other way of muddying the waters as the 1000 points of darkness have been carrying out their marching orders.
Look at the supposed ‘real’ birth certificate displayed on Obama’s web site.
What has been staring everyone in the face is the effects of political correctness and no one has seen it. The beauty of this liberal political correctness is that the person who forged this document got caught in their own trap of affirmative action hyphenated Americans.
Look closely at Stanley Ann Dunham’s race. Caucasian.
Now look closely at Barack Hussein Obama Sr’s race.
It is listed as African.
That doesn’t seem all that interesting and no one has noticed it until one looks that this is an official document filed in August 1961.
Most people on the internet and blogging have no sense of history nor in the use of words and it is this lack of sense which is going to bite whoever forged this document.
Up until 1968, the standard term for all Africans was “negroe”. This fit with the absolute secular scientific teaching of the day which notes the world has 3 races in Mongoloid, Caucasoid and Negroid.
It was not until the Black Revolution when negroe or negro became a foul description in the late 1960’s and then “black” was demanded by this group to describe them.
It was not until the late 1970’s when political correctness came into vogue that it ushered in by the 1980’s the term “African” to describe all blacks.
Whoever forged this birth certificate was not utilizing the 1960’s terminology which a black person would be listed as. They fell instead into a warped year 2000 politically correct description of “African”.
This is absolutely telling as if you looked at birth records in Prussia centuries ago, those people would be termed Prussian, Bavarian etc… as Germany did not yet exist as a termonology for nation state. If someone was listed as German in 1700, it would be glaring forgery just like the Obama forgery stuns the eyes once one knows what they are looking at.
One could research the certificates in Hawaii for absolutes, but considering as has been warned in this blog that Hawaii is a Democratic state, has Democratic officials who have been hemming and hawing about this certificate and only upon precise questioning do they start backing down as it means their jobs and prison time if they certify a forgery as real and this is Democratic transplanted son Barack Obama carrying on this charade, could one ever get a clear answer from them unless one looked at numbers of birth certificates to precisely learn how Hawaii was labeling “blacks”.
If this case it is African, then why is not Stanley Ann Dunham labeled correctly North American after her continent? She though is labeled correctly as caucasian as that is exactly as she is.
If one still today searches enough death certificates in the 50 United States, you will find listed on them the term NEGRO. Now that is over 40 years since 1961 in Barack Obama’s birth and political correctness has not reached completely into the coroner’s records.
That fact is scientific and if it still exists today as proof it certainly is the proof from before 1900 in America and past 1960 that all blacks were noted as “negroe” or “negro” on all public records from birth certificates, marriage licenses, passports, driver’s licenses to death certificates.
Whoever forged the Barack Obama birth certificate got caught in Mr. Obama’s own political correctness.
In 1961 America, blacks were negroes and not Africans no matter if they came from Africa or not.
If one cares to examine the Negroe Leagues in baseball where blacks were to “pass” as Cubans to the United Negroe College Fund to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, there was no African at all in any terminology.
One was negroe on legal documents and “colored” in common usage.
No pixels in this. No questioning borders and no questions about the researcher’s expertise as negroe is American history and scientific fact just like whoever forged the Obama birth certificate got caught in political correctness in not being able to use a term they were trained to avoid.
That is a fact. This birth certificate is a fake.
I meet a lot of people who think this subject of the birth certificate is nuts!
Then I point out how much the lawsuit is probably costing the candidate and DNC, and recognition lights up their eyes a bit.
And then I tell them Obama won’t produce his medical records or his college admissions records because both contain his original birthplace (the latter no doubt includes his nationality too.)
A candidate wouldn’t go through all this unless there was a valid issue he feared would sink his chances of winning, I tell them.
And every last person has seen the logic and agreed.

I was just at Gretwire. She’s not investigating anything, only saying thats unfair to Obama regarding the viral internet rumors about his BC and all four of the candidates should show their BC’s. McCain has already done that months ago.

Like all of us, she has her own views; but unlike too many people who call themselves journalists, Greta works hard at being fair to everyone, despite her own biases.

If Barack Obama (if that is his legal name) applied for a job with the FBI or Secret Service,
he would be disqualified because of his past associations with William Ayers, a known & unrepentant terrorist & with his former mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a registered communist & FBI-suspected espionage agent.
For this same reason, he would be disqualified from joining the military.
If Obama is elected President he would not qualify to be his own Secret Service Agent.

I would say IF he’s grandmother is ill then go and see her, but I know this, and I would think everyone else would agree. If your grandmother was so ill that you needed to take time off work to see her you would make sure your WIFE and KIDS were there to see her also, I mean it may be the last time they will ever get to see her.
I know he actually did go see her last night after arriving, then he went to a hotel room. Another question why not just stay with her over night? I mean it is only you no family should be room for one more.
This is just a ploy to get to Hawaii so he can get the forged paperwork he needs to give to the Judge in Philly. I like where Miri took this. The question is what did the African BC say about the race of the child in 1961? My guess is that the certificate of live birth was going off info. from the original BC. If he was born in Kenya, then the registration of live birth in Hawaii that his mother would have obtained when they got back to Hawaii would have looked to the African BC document as to what to write under race of child. If the race was not understood by the Hawaiian clerk as written on the African BC (it could have been a very detailed tribal distinction of race) he/she could have even defaulted to “African” because that’s where he was born.

I’m happy Greta is taking that approach, but she needs to know that McCain has released all of his documents. He did so when the issue of his birth was raised in two different states. The cases against McCain were quickly thrown out of court, but McCain released the documents anyway.
Of course, there wasn’t really an issue regarding McCain’s birth in the Panama Canal Zone. His father was stationed in the Canal Zone while on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Statute has long granted natural citizen status to children of our military families who are stationed overseas.
I should know. I’m retired from the U.S. Navy, and have one daughter who was born in the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy, and another daughter who was born in the Naval Hospital, Guam.
But, what if Obama is NOT even Kenyan???

I think his website explained that since his father is Kenyan and is part of the british subject, by default, so was his son.
Well, here’s a little theory I have, about this visit to grandma.
Obama is caught – and he knows it – so he’s now working on his story.
The truth in this case will eventually come out. Too many people know about this. And when the truth come out, Obama is going to say the following:
That he had no knowledge of this until his grandma told him about it on this visit. In other words, Obama tries to play the victim.
However, when you examine Obama’s actions, is anybody going to believe that this Harvard-educated Constitutional lawyer didn’t know about this when he began his political career?
If, God forbid, Obama gets into the White House and then the truth comes out, I predict the following will happen: Obama will retain about 30% support – from his most hardcore, fervent followers. Hell, even about 30% of republicans think Bush is A-OK. The rest of the country will be shocked and outraged at the fraud and cover-up, which is like nothing this country has ever seen. The public outcry will be so great that Congressional democrats will be forced to run away from Obama as fast as they can.
What is terrifying is what that loyal 30% might do. His followers are really emotionally invested in him, and it’s frightening. I fear this crises might rip our country apart to an extent that hasn’t been seen since the Civil War.
My last theory is about why the MSM, and others like the GOP, are keeping their mouths shut about this. The first logical reason is Fear . . . and Intimidation. People are terrified of what might happen and nobody wants to be the first to break it. The second reason is Plausible Deniability. When the crap hits the fact, our elected officials want to be in the position of saying they just learned about this when everybody else did.
If Obama doesn’t resign, he would have to be impeached, and then we would be stuck with Biden The Bloviator.
But folks, let’s just avoid all of that by beating this criminal on November 4th. This issue is really starting to get some traction, and more and more voters will know what is going on by election day. Even if nothing is proven, just the existence of these lawsuits – and the Obama camp’s reaction to them – should be disturbing enough to impact the election.

I think here he was just admitting that his Kenyan father gave him Kenyan citizenship at birth, and he just let it expire. I’m pretty sure it would in fact have expired on the date he gave.
But that’s a great point about the record in Kenya. Yeah. What records in Kenya are sealed if he wasn’t born there? I hope Corsi has the Kenyans on tape saying that. Otherwise, the Obama camp will just smear his credibility and say that Corsi is lying about what the Kenyans told him.

There is a tendency for people to confuse citizenship, place of birth, and Art. II’s “natural born” requirement.
You can be a citizen of a country, and not be born there. (For example, Obama could have acquired Kenyan citizenship through his father but have been born in the US or someplace else).
Similarly, you can be a citizen of the US without having been “natural born.”
Benjamin, there’s so many stories about him now, which one are you thinking of that Barry will claim that he doesn’t know? If it’s about his birthplace, he can’t get away with it. His US passport would have stated in it based on his bc or naturalization paper. When one applies for a US passport, a birth certificate or naturalization paper had to be presented and officials usually make a copy of that certificate.

Speaking of passport records, does anybody recall the brief passport scandal back in the primary? I’ll never forget it. There was breaking news that Obama’s passport file had been breached – and Olbermann immediately put on his biggest tin foil hat and blamed Hillary for it. Then it came out that Hillary’s and McCain’s files had also been breached, and that the head of that passport office was an Obama supporter. The story quickly died after that.
I’m thinking now that the passport breach was probably engineered by the Obama camp in an attempt to remove something. Reporting that Hillary and McCain’s files had also been breached was just a smokescreen, so the story would fade and nobody would start wondering just what was in Obama’s file that could have been so interesting.

Benjamin: We discussed the passport break-in and the connection to the birth certificate issue on many other stories and threads. You can find the history somewhere on this blog. Basically, it’s very suspicious. The person who broke into Obama’s files worked for an ex-CIA agent who was working at the time for Obama’s campaign. Coincidentally, or not, those photos of the COLB at FactCheck.org were taken a day or two before the break-in, according to the exif data which has now been scrubbed from the photos. These were computerized passport files and NOBODY (according to Condoleeza Rice) knows whether data was added, changed, or removed. Supposedly, the person who broke into the files worked during off hours and on weekends, scanning documents to update passport files. Convenient, huh? No further updates on the “investigation” of this event.

Benjamin, I do remember that passport breach very well. The employees of a security company were the ones snoopy around and it turned out, their employer (the owner of the company) worked ON the obama’s campaign as some kind of international security expert. The Federal Elections Commission has procedures and rules, but now that Obama is shown to be in flagrant violation of those rules, it turns out that there are no enforcement capability because the whole system is predicated on voluntary compliance. How can they build a huge system without enforcement, or without the idea that someone might scornfully ignore the rules?!? How incredibly moronic is that!

In my many readings on this subject, I remember seeing somewhere that his father could ask that his birth be registered in Kenya. So there are two possibilities there: 1) Born in Kenya and therefore records exist, and 2) Not born in Kenya but BHO Sr. registered the birth. TD, correct me if I am wrong, but I think that I also remember reading that this would have given him Kenyan citizenship until the age of 18, at which point he would have to request same to have it beyond that time.

Since Savage’s show last night the radio stations here in Chicago covered it on a couple of the talk stations.
One Mike Gallagher gave it 5 minutes, said it was too late , like Ayres was too late and it would just back fire on McCain.
He didn’t know his facts , just spouted nonsense and had one caller on who didn’t know anything about it.
They said there was no way , even if true this would stop Obama from being elected to POTUS. And this was right wing radio. Michael Medved said the same about Ayres and the BC.
Another show this AM talked to Berg for about 5 minutes and just said it was interesting and let it go at that. Pretty much Pooh-poohing it as well. And saying it could hurt McCain like the Ayres in their opinion.
I figure it will get some people to go on line to do some searching themselves though. And may change some votes.
It going to peak some interest in some listeners is my hope.
I just spent all afternoon on the phone. I spoke with
1. The Senate Rules and Administration Committee office
2. The Senate Ethics Committee Office
3. The Department of Justice
4. My local FBI office
It is as we have suspected but were afraid to believe. If Berg vs Obama comes back with a “lack of standing” ruling and the American people are stupid enough to elect Obama on Nov 4th, we will have a president who fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the constitution and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Apparently, our constitution isn’t the stalwart bulkhead of freedom we all thought. Here is a summary of what I learned:
1. Senate Rules and Admin Committee defines the rules for an election and then the FEC is supposed to implement them. And even though the US Constitution states natural born as one of the eligibility requirements, there are NO rules stating that someone must see a candidate’s birth certificate! They said there is nothing they can do for this election. However, if in the future, we the people would like to see such a rule created, we would need to find a senator to sponsor it. I think someone should get on that right away to avoid this situation in future elections.
2. The conversation with the Senate Ethics committee person was even more infuriating. She said there was nothing the Ethics committee could do. It is entirely up to the courts to decide his eligibility. I asked, “What if he lied on his original eligibility affidavit that he signed at the start of the primaries?” and she said, “That would be for someone at the Dept of Justice to investigate.”
3. Department of Justice – I was passed around to five different people all of whom either treated me as I was a nut case or said that my questions were “out of their area”. Finally, when I asked if a private citizen can initiate a criminal investigation into whether or not he falsified his original eligibility affidavit and misled voters with a forged online COLB, they said “Call your local FBI office”.
4. My local FBI office was the worst. He just kept saying, “I’m sure if this was a problem, someone would have investigated it already.” After telling him about all the evidence (Berg’s affidavit from paternal grandmother, etc) he just said, “Well, I guess you’ll just have to wait and see what the court says.” When I said, “But what if they come back saying Berg has no standing–that doesn’t address the issue of concern which is whether he has, in fact, lied on the eligibility document and forged the online COLB.” He just laughed.
So–it appears that Obama’s well laid plan just may work. It may be no coincidence that he specialized in election law. He probably researched it thoroughly and knew exactly what he was doing when he started this campaign. It was probably all laid out as a nice, neat little “risk mitigation” plan. I shudder to think what life will be like under an Obama presidency. Anyone who can so flagrantly violate the public trust and build such a labyrinth of lies to protect his ambitious self-interest will only be emboldened by getting away with it. This will be just the beginning of his big f##k you for America.

Once again, I’d like to post my perspective as an American who has lived in Kenya. There are big holes in Berg’s claim.
Before Kenya gained independence from Britain in 1963, the country was segregated, and not surprisingly, that segregation extended to hospitals too. Mombasa’s largest hospitals still reflect that history of segregation — The European Hospital (originally for whites; today it’s called Mombasa Hospital), the Aga Khan Hospital (originally built by Indians), and the “Native Civil Hospital” (for native Kenyans). Today, the old native hospitals have become “General Hospitals” in each of the country’s provinces.
So, the first problem with Berg’s claim is that there was no Coast Provincial General Hospital in 1961. It would have been the called the Native Hospital until sometime after independence, which leads to the next problem …
Native hospitals weren’t for whites; they were for black Kenyans. In 1961, an ‘mzungu’ woman would have certainly gone to the European Hospital, or maybe Aga Khan, to deliver a child. At that time, the Native Hospital would have had far lower quality medical service compared to what was offered in the private hospitals, and may not have even had maternity wards at all. The disparity between the general hospitals and the old “white” and “Indian” hospitals still exists today.
And then there’s the huge issue of why and how the Obama family went from the Lake Victoria region all the looooooong way to Mombasa to have a baby. That trip would have involved a 5 hour hot, bumpy bus ride to Nairobi (where they would drive past nicer hospitals than they could find in Mombasa), and then another 7+ hour hot, bumpy bus ride or an overnight train trip to Mombasa. Why do that? It doesn’t make much sense.

I just heard on Headline News, Dr Lisa Bolenski, a shrink, say that many McCain supporters have been brainwashed, mainly by talk radio hosts, into believing that Obama is a racist, a Muslim, a terrorist, and a horrible person and that if he’s elected, life as we know it will end. Todd’s actions (carving the B into her face and making up a story about it, blaming an Obama supporter) is similar to actions of those who are hanging Obamas in their yards and other racist, anti-Obama activities. Apparently, acting out due to mental illness, racist behaviors and activities, and questioning Obama are symptoms of our brainwashing.

I think it’s weird that all this earth shattering evidence is all on tapes. Tapes nobody has heard. Tapes that can’t be easily verified, you know, so they can call in all the voice recognition experts and create even more delays where the results will obviously be inconclusive, to keep the doubts alive!!!!. When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter and explained to him while he had given me exceptional service, that his tee shirt made me feel he obviously believes in Senator Obama’s plan to redistribute the wealth. I told him I was going to redistribute his tip to someone that I deemed more in need; the homeless guy outside. He stood there in disbelief and angrily stormed away.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $3 and told him to thank the waiter inside, as I had decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy looked at me in disbelief but seemed grateful.

As I got in my truck, I realized this rather unscientific redistribution experiment had left the homeless guy quite happy for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn. If there is any truth to this, one would have to think that the Republicans have dug up at least ONE document that shows Obama was born in Kenya. I find it really hard to believe that anyone could completely scrub all of their records from traveling, schools, jobs, colleges, financial aid, various applications, etc.
All they need is one document that shows his place of birth as Kenya and the game is over.

I knew about the tape through a friend in Kenya — they have heard this was recorded with grandma’s permission at the time. It sounded to me the way I was told that his Kenya grandma is proud of him, but she is also perturbed that is birthplace and true family are not recognized as such.

Of course, Obama being born in Kenya does not mean that Barack Obama I was his father. Grandma may be clueless about the possibility as well. The mere thought that within a week of the election it might be ruled by the courts that Obama was born in Kenya but his genetic father was FMD actually kept me up night before last, but I am doing better now.
I have a theory that explains why Obama will not release his medical records. There are racial and ethnic differences in blood type and composition that could rule in or out whether Obama and his African namesake are blood related. I have a medical background from the 70s-80s, and we use to deal with whole blood for open heart patients. The light just went on for me yesterday when I remembered an incidence related to a man from Sudan. Blood type, like eye color, is an inherited trait. Some African-Americans and Africans have rare blood types that are unique to their ethnic group.
I understand that this grandma is Luo, which definitely can limit the possibilities of blood types for other tribe members and their offspring. Only 13% of Kenya is Luo. The majority are Kikuyu.

I think, not certain, but I think that because the Obama posted BC is a “copy of an extract” of what is on file in Hawaii at the Dept. of Health, produced in June 2007, they would have stated African for a former racial designation of Negro. However, you are correct that the original “vault” certificate probably says Negro or it would be suspicious.

The “vetting” is done solely by the electorate, and so far the voters have received only minimal information on Obama, his financial backers, and formative years.
Would OBAMA even qualify for an FBI security clearance if he were to apply for a routine government job (as opposed to running for President)? Now that would be a very interesting story for the media to report. Much more relevant than Joe the Plumber’s tax bill.
Putting aside documents showing his ties to Ayers, ACORN, Frank Marshall Davis (his communist mentor), etc., here are some examples of the information Obama continues to withhold a number of critical documents (birth certificate; college and law school applications; transcripts and dissertations; bar application and bar records; client lists, Illinois legislative records; health records (which likely list his birthplace, etc.); donors giving $200 or less to his campaign; international travel records, including those showing why he was able to travel into Pakistan during a time when U.S. Passport holders were not admitted.
Ask your favorite media celebrity why they won’t ask Obama about these missing documents, but continue to hound Joe the Plumber.

I just wrote the following letter to NewsMax in response to “Captain Ed’s” insulting remarks concerning bloggers who have written about the Obama birth certificate.
Dear Editor: I take issue with “Captain Ed” Morrissey’s depiction of bloggers who have been concerned with the birth certificate question as engaging in “a ‘conspiracy theory’ that had been put to rest by the Obama campaign over the summer but ”has arisen like a zombie yet again to suck the credibility out of the conservative blogosphere.”
I hold a Ph.D. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and have been doing academic research for many years. I have blogged about the Obama birth certificate, and I do not believe that I have done anything to affect anyone’s credibility. Perhaps a clue to Mr. Morrissey’s weakened credibility is that he insists on calling himself “Captain Ed”. Perhaps he should give up sailing for a while and read the blogs he criticizes. In fact, I’m offering to debate him publicly.
I’m not worried about damaging my credibility because I do not think most of the people I know would take my debating with anyone who calls himself “Captain Ed” as anything but a joke.

I doubt that any of his records would reveal this information. Unless you have a hematologic illness, nothing much beyond a basic blood type classification (e.g. O +) would be found in a medical record. The grandma in Kenya is NOT his blood relative, but is one of his grandfather’s wives. BHO is not related to her.
I am back for a moment — a colleague of mine and I are discussing the O-Cubagate. I have been working on this lately, for some reason it has caught my eye. There is a rather well renown musician lady who lives around the corner from the Obamas in Hyde Park, who donated over $1600 to the Obama campaign, and I came across a flyer about her trip to Cuba in Winter 2008. They use the arts to spread political (Socialist/Communist?) ideas around and they call their group “Team Havana.” Her last trip? With her hubby and Ayers and Dohrn. All neighbors in Hyde Park. Her arts group in Chicago, CUBE, receives funding from the Illinois Arts Council (IAC). You can just guess who supports the IAC in Chicago. I believe CUBE may have funded this Cuban political visit, so I am really bothered that taxpayer money supports the Arts and they use it for stuff like this.
Lawrence Axelrod is one of the other founders of CUBE…is he related to the other Axelrod? I swear, I am not making this stuff up.
I have tracked money related to art endeavors in Chicago that is starting to look something like an Obama/ACORN relationship, but with a Cuban influence.

Take a look at the area, near XY pixels 688,1670. There’s a dark ,”J” shaped object.
At XY 892,183 there is a dark round spot, like a mark made by a pencil point.
This is the spot that is a “reverse L” in past posts. There are dots on the left margin, at the top between the seal and State of Hawaii, and other artifacts that are clear on the Kos version, but washed out on the Obama version, especially the “J.”
The area on the blank where the reverse date stamp was shows wavy vertical lines where straight lines should be.
I had an idea which hasn’t been discussed. A friend asked me what could be on Obama’s birth certificate that he doesn’t want known. In addition to the usual things it occurred to me that it could be a late filing. Now this is pure speculation, but it is consistent with the facts as I know them.
Consider one possible late filing scenario. (It’s not the only one. There are any number of possible things of this nature that could have happened. But it’s a significant variant.) Nobody bothered to get a Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama when he was born. When would the lack of a birth certificate become critical? Certainly at the time they needed to get Obama out of Indonesia, for some yet unknown reason, it would be critical to get him US citizenship. But for this they needed a birth certificate. So when Obama returned to Hawaii (up until then he had only Kenyan and Indonesian citizenship) they flew his father in (the only time he ever visited) so that both parents could testify in a late birth certificate filing that he had really been born in Hawaii (obviously somewhere other than in a hospital) and they had simply neglected to complete the appropriate paperwork at the time of his birth.
If Obama’s original birth certificate were to show that it was the result of a late filing, that is another thing that he would need to hide.
I believe without a doubt that Obama is a Kenyan born citizen.
I don’t believe that our government will do a damn thing about it however.

The Sarah Obama Tapes
It was almost ten days ago that I first reported that Berg was in possession of a taped conversation with Sarah Obama, Kenyan paternal grandmother to Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, during which she says that her famous grandson was born in Kenya and that she was present at the hospital for his birth.
Truth be told, I had known about this for some time before then, and had actually heard something, a conversation in a language which I sure did not understand. Berg maintained that the conversation had taken place on the night of the third and final presidential debate, and that he was waiting on affidavits from his contact here–a minister–as well as the minister who taped the conversation in Kenya. That, he said, is what took so long.
Saying on Michael Savage’s radio show that he was going to release the tape in a few days without having the affidavits was a mistake, Berg said, but things have changed.
“I have the tape,” Berg said. “The transcript of the tape is in the Supreme Court filings, along with the two affidavits from the individuals.”
The audio of the tape will be released, Berg said, as soon as he “reviews some legal issues.”
To me, his answer sounded a bit like it had come from the editor-in-chief of African Press International, who stalled and made excuses and continued to dig himself and his “news organization” into the hole after refusing to produce audio evidence of a purported conversation with Michelle Obama, during which the would-be First Lady purportedly said a few off-color comments. I smelled a fraud when the API story first came out, and I didn’t much like hearing the “legal issue” excuse on this one as well. So I pressed Berg on it.
“The tape exists,” he said. “I have it. The transcript and affidavits have been included with the filings at the Supreme Court.”
Now, as far as I know, the Supreme Court procedurally cannot accept evidence save for what is in the record from the lower court. This is, after all, a review and not a new proceeding. Still, Berg is adamant that he is doing the right thing.
“We are proceeding on the basis that I have standing and that Barack Obama does not meet the qualifications to serve as president of the United States. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will see that,” he said. “Listen, there’s an easy way to handle this. There’s been an easy way to handle this from the beginning. Ideally, the Supreme Court should issue an order on Monday morning that Obama submit all information by 5:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon or have his name stricken from the ballot. I hold out hope that the Supreme Court, the people charged with upholding the United States Constitution, will do what they can to avert a certain constitutional crisis.”

If Barack Obama wasn’t a citizen of the U.S., then how did he become Senator of Illinois? You mean to tell me that all of this time no one noticed he wasn’t a citizen of the U.S? C’mon people, wake up! Is this the best you Republicans can do in the last few days.
When people hear Kenyans say Barack Obama, they are probably referring to his father, Barack Obama Sr. His father was a very well known man in Kenya.
Anyways, I believe those pictures you have provided are fake. It doesn’t even look like you/or whoever took the time to make them look convincing.
Whether you believe Barack is a citizen of the U.S. or not, he will be the President of this great country.
