Obama was a Community Organizer in NY
Many researchers and reporters have highlighted Obama’s secrecy about his years at Columbia University in New York City. In our recent article on Obama’s friendship with William Ayers, I wrote:
Now the Mainstream Media is onto this story too, and has (finally) noticed that Obama is hiding records from Columbia University, where he completed his undergraduate studies after transferring from Occidental College in California. To be more precise, it’s not just Obama’s academic files that are missing, but more curiously, the files of his life. The Wall Street Journal had a story Thursday entitled Obama’s Lost Years:
What can be said with some certainty is that Mr. Obama lived off campus while at Columbia in 1981-83 and made few friends. Fox News contacted some 400 of his classmates and found no one who remembered him.
Martin questions whether this mysterious period of Obama’s life has to do with William Ayers:
Is it just a coincidence that Obama and Ayers were on the Columbia campus together? Did they meet and make their initial contact at that time?
In his special Sunday night, Obama and Friends: History of Radicalism, Sean Hannity said about Obama’s years in New York: “That’s where the roadblock begins,” questioning whether Obama’s secrecy about that period is an effort to hide his radical associations. Hannity also explained how Obama’s “community organizing” work is modeled on Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and was merely a stepping stone for Obama’s own political ambitions.
Now it’s come to my attention, thanks to an anonymous reader, that Obama was a “Community Organizer” in New York. Why has he failed to mention this on the campaign trail?

“During the 1980s, Obama directed community-organizing projects in low-income communities in New York and Chicago.”
Questions:
- What kind of “Community Organizing” projects did Barack direct in NY in the 1980s?
- Who did Barack work for in NY in the 1980s when he “Community Organized?”
- Why hasn’t he featured this experience, since he apparently believes that “Community Organizing” work helps qualify him for the Presidency?
WHY ALL THE SECRECY?
I remember a reference somewhere to him working on a recycling project in Harlem as a student.
And the plot thickens……..
Perhaps obama helped Ayers “organize” Sharpton’s district in NY or laying the ground work for something bigger….
When will all this crap end…when will the normal American see obama for what he really is….a “trouble maker” who incites the poor people and calls that helping.
When will our government step in and investigate this dude for the crook he is……..
When will the judge in Pennsylvania hand down his decision forcing obama to provide a VALID birth Certificate, an Oath of Allegience, and perhaps a VALID Selective Services Card….

NY Mom, Elliwyatt – Yes. that was the PIRG job. I recall reading that Obama said he left a good suit and tie office job (working for a law or business related journal, I think) to take the PIRG job. That did not make sense to me.

Those PIRG outfits are supposed to be non-partisan, but they end up doing political work as they go door to door. I know because they come to my door at least once a year, always around election time. The students act as if they’re simply providing information about environmental issues or consumer protection, but they always work into the conversation WHICH candidates agree with them on those issues.
They also do little tricks like flipping open a folder, where prominently displayed is a photo of whichever politician they support in the current election. If they show up this month, I expect to see Obama pictures.
In some cases, PIRGs are funded in a backdoor, roundabout way. (I think they exist in nearly every state.)
Some colleges put PIRG funding into the student “activity fees”. At the college I attended, to get the money back, if I didn’t WANT to support the PIRG, I had to go to the financial office, fill out a form, and request a refund. They wouldn’t let me deduct the money when I paid tuition. No, I had to take that extra step to get my money back.
So peer pressure and the aggravation involved in getting a refund caused a lot of people to pay the money and let it go. That’s if they noticed that they could ask for a refund in the first place.
It wasn’t a lot of money per student, something like $4 a semester, but it adds up if someone can collect from thousands of students, every semester.
I always got my money back, simply because it bugged me that this “not for profit”, among the universe of not for profits, was allowed to basically extort money from every student, every semester. I don’t know how they got away with it. In some cases, these are public colleges extracting the PIRG fees.
Even in a rent-subsidized apartment area where I read he lived, he couldn’t afford to rent the linen closet on that salary.

I heard that Obama’s minions claim that when he went to that soiree at Ayers’s house, Obama didn’t know of Ayers’s terrorist past. Right. So Obama must be the illiterate, not Sarah Palin. Is he that out of touch?
He wrote a favorable book review for the guy, not long afterward. And Ayers just happened to get him on that Annenberg board. And Ayers is so very proud of his background that he brags about it and writes books about it and even an editorial in the New York Times on 9/11/01.
But now we’re supposed to believe that Obama, who reads and admires the same writers and “activists” that Ayers does, didn’t know about those bombs. Right.
I also heard that Ayers and Obama haven’t been in touch since 2002. Oh. Sorry. They said something like there’s “no evidence” that they’ve been in touch.
They always parse the words whenever they talk about Ayers. Listen closely to what Obama says and what he doesn’t say. Ayers is not somebody he gets advice from “on a regular basis.” No, just on an irregular basis. We wouldn’t expect them to have a frequent, visible relationship. Not now, while he’s trying to pull the wool over everybody’s eyes. After he’s POTUS? We’ll see.
Seems as if it would be over for HIM if somebody could PROVE he’s lying. But it’s impossible to prove anything about The One. The OMSM simply doesn’t investigate, report, or even believe what they DO learn.
Remember: it was the MSM that turned up the PROOF in Indonesia that he WAS Muslim and WAS also an Indonesian citizen. Did they report that? Not exactly. They reported that those entries in the school register were “mistakes.”

Everything is a mistake or a misunderstanding – or he knew nothing about it. He makes misleading statements similar to those of a borderline personality I had to work with at one time.
It should be possible to find out what he did in NYC. Much of the community part of community organizing, meetings, demonstrations, pleadings before city offices are matters of pblic record. If he ever requested a permit for a march or demonstration. If he ever was in conflict with NYPD over lacking a prmit., if he ever appeared before a public board, City Council, Housing Commission, etc. There would be a record. Unlike Chicago which is run like Capone’s mob and records are never kept, NYC is a true bureaucracy like Nazi Germany or Stalnst Russia. We keep records on everything. It’s just a matter of knowing where to look.I’d start with records of th 25 and 26 Pcts.. They’re the two Harlem Pcts, closest to Columbia. I’d go to the Gray Lady’s morgue to access any news of demonstrations at that time in that area.Finally, if something comes up, march over to The Daily News and the NY Post for their foto morgue. Obama’s time in New York: Why haven’t I come across photos of Obama taken during Obama’s college and work days in New York?
It is just my imagination, or is there a lack of pictures of Obama while he was living in New York?
I find the lack of photos of Obama in New York very puzzling for the following reasons:
1. Here’s a young man who transfers from a college in California to Columbia in New York, yet we don’t seem to have any photos of him in New York.
As I understand it, when Obama went to Columbia in New York, it was the first time he had either been to New York or lived in New York.
2. My point is this: I would think that a young Obama would be like any young college student in the huge and fascinating city of New York for the first time: He would take a bunch of pictures of himself and friends while moving all around New York during his undergraduate days at Columbia.
3. So, does anyone have an explanation as to why there seems to be a lack of photos of Obama taken when he lived and worked in New York?
What about his friends in New York? Didn’t any of them take pictures of a young Obama at Columbia?
If you can refer me to photos on the web of Obama in New York, I would appreciate it.
4. NOTE: Obama’s acceptance into Harvard: On another website, a poster wondered how Obama got into Harvard when Obama did not graduate from Columbia with honors.
Just some food for thought on how Obama was able
to get into Harvard and pay his way even though he may not have graduated from Columbia whth honors.
Of course, Obama won’t release his Columbia University records, so we don’t know what kind of grades he earned.
The refusal to release the Columbia records seems extraordinary – and extraordinary that not more is made of it.
This, along with all the other records and documents that Obama has hidden from examination, surely deserves more explicit attention.
Let’s put the Columbia/New York period in perspective:
To gain a high security clearance in this nation, involving national security/military matters, it is absolutely necessary TO ACCOUNT FOR ONE’S ACTIVITIES THROUGH A TIMELINE OF PERTINENCE.
The Columbia/New York years of Obama are HIGHLY pertinent.
A ROUTINE NATIONAL SECURITY CLEARANCE would assuredly check them out – using, among other things, reference persons/ and persons in the position to know – and especially because of radical and terrorist activities manifestly occurring in the environs of Columbia and New York throughout the 70’s and 80’s.
Even high U. S. military personnel have to go through the clearance process – and not just one time. New assignments may bring another security clearance review and renewal.
It is criminal and immensely dangerous that Obama is not being called to account to fill in this gap. And perhaps other gaps. This individual is in the position of very well being responsible for the national security of the nation and the safety and very lives of the some 300 million men, women and children therein.
Obama has been allowed to set the parameters on how he is evaluated and especially on what information he has to provide about himself/his life history. This is absurd and, to reiterate, it is immensely dangerous.
It goes against the instinctive and intuitive essense of each of us – the essense/force that enabled our ancestors to survive over thousands of years and, yes, that made our very lives possible.
Have we not lost that essense when we permit something to occur – in this instance giving an individual the power of life and death over us, our families, our nation – without knowing to even the most-reasonable-of-extent what this individual is all about?
He must be an expert in change and lie all the time.
BHO’s changes of transcript records must be interesting: Indonesia, California, NY …Harvard.
His passports too: Changes from Barry Soetero (Indonesia) to aka Barack Hussein Obama.
“Dreams on My Father” must have been “Terror from My Father”, who abandoned him when he was 1 yr.old.
What we need is an Obama Ayers smoking gun.
1. For instance, we need something that shows the public that Obama
knew of and met with Ayers when Obama was in New York.
2. My point is this: As I understand it, Obama claims that
the first time that he ever met terrorist Ayers and his terrorist wife was AFTER Obama arrived in Chicago a few years after
graduating from Columbia University in New York.
3. So if it can be proven that Obama met terroist Ayers when Obama was living and working in New York, then it will prove to the public that Obama is a liar.
For instance, maybe someone has a picture of Obama and Ayers together in New York.
Or maybe someone remembers seeing them together in New York.
Or maybe someone has a New York document with the names of Obama and Ayers on it.
3. So if anyone out there has proof that Obama and Ayers first met in New York, then please show it to the public.
Such proof will certainly be a smoking gun.

While those in a “need to know” position must obtain a security clearance, (i.e. military, state dept. etc.) POTUS is “given a free pass” to be cleared for all access. After 20 years in the Navy, I held a Top Secret clearance. Within the TS level, you also have certain accesses. I held several TS/SCI/SIOP-EPSI/SPECAT/ATOMAL clearances. Those are not just “given” to people. My TS was updated every 5 years. To obtain my SCI I had to wait 18 months! It terrifies me to know he’s gaining access to ALL our secrets and he couldn’t even pass his own litmus test! That STUPID 62 page “questionare?” Pa-leeeeez!
