Who is Khalid al-Mansour? And more importantly, why was he promoting Barack Obama in the 1980’s and raising money for him, when Obama was in his twenties?
I caught this story, first, over at Atlas Shrugs, where this odd thing jumped out at me:
Townhall links to a video in which civil rights activist Percy Sutton claimed he was asked by a certain “Dr. Khalid al Mansour”, adviser to ‘one of the richest men in the world’ to write a letter of reccomendation on behalf of Barack Obama to help him gain acceptance to Harvard many years ago. Mansour was raising money for Obama at the time, according to Sutton, which is strange in itself.
And inside the Townhall link, I found this:
In the above video Sutton says: “I was introduced to him by a friend who was raising money for him and the friends name was Dr. Khalid al Mansour from Texas. He is the principle adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama. He wrote to me about him and his introduction was ‘there is a young man that has applied to Harvard and I know that you have a few friends left there because you used to go up there to speak, would you please write a letter in support of him?’…I wrote a letter in support of him to my friends at Harvard saying to them I thought there was a genius that was going to be available and I sure hoped they would treat him kindly.”
The story gets even stranger when you try to figure out who this guy al-Mansour is. In one of several updates, Atlas offers this:
“Al Mansour represents OPEC? No wonder Obama doesn’t want the US drilling anywhere.” Check it out! He’s the preacher.
He’s the preacher? You mean, this guy??
And is that guy this person:

Jack Cashill of World Net Daily believes that al-Mansour may have been a “political godfather” for Obama, responsible for promoting his entry to Harvard Law School and launching Obama’s political career by engineering his first autobiography, “Dreams From My Father.” Cashill writes:
A few weeks back, I wrote a column titled, “Who Wrote ‘Dreams From My Father’?” My research led me to the conclusion that a literary neophyte like Obama could not have written the memoir on his own. It was simply too well crafted.
I was also suspicious about his claim that publishers had sought him out, while still unknown, contract in hand. I doubted, too, that the publisher would have paid him a hefty advance.
And I refused to believe that his publisher would have invested the hefty ghostwriting fee needed to rescue the project after four years of amateurish dithering, a dithering that included an extended stay for Barack and Michelle on Bali.
So, who is Khalid al-Mansour, how did he know Obama 20 some-odd years ago, why was he promoting the young Obama’s entry into Harvard Law School, and why was he raising money for him?
This is a story under development on many blogs. I will continue to report updates as they come to my attention.

Well, it just keeps getting worse and worse.
We already know that Obama’s religion at one time was Islam. Up until aprox. 20 years ago, he became Christian….if you can call TUCC a Christian Church, which I don’t.
It is interesting though that if you are a Muslim you can join the church and it is not in the hopes of a person becoming Christian. They just welcome you into the church. Just off the top, it sounds great except who would want to listen to sermons on Christianity for years if one wants to continue to be a practising Muslim.
I may be off and thats okay if someone has to correct me. Noah’s sons are Shem, Ja’pheth and Ham. Abraham is a descendant from Shem. Abraham and Hagar (handmaid to Sarah) gave birth to Ischmael and the Islamic Religion. Abraham and Sarah gave birth to Isaac and the Judaic Religion. Rebekkah and Isaac gave birth to Jacob. From Jacob later known as Israel came the twelve tribes because Jacob had twelve sons. (Jacob had a dream while his head rested on a rock…..he saw a ladder with 12 rungs..etc.)
Ja’pheth doesn’t have anything to do with his brother, Shem”s lineage. So he has no claims to Ischmael or Isaac or Jacob (aka Israel). If later through the centuries Ja’pheth’s ancestors intermingled with Ischmael’s descendants then I wouldn’t know about that part.
I believe Mansour is trying to infer Ischmael as the 13 tribe. He did make sure to just say the name Jacob instead of using the term “The Twelve Tribes of Israel,” which is the way that I believe most people are taught. So, he cannot say The Thirteen Tribes of Israel”. Well, because it would be incorrect. Abraham was Ischmael’s father not Jacob. Just wanted to say that “The Tribes” didn’t come into existence until it was promised to Jacob as he slept on the rock and had his dream.
Hagar as an Egyptian may have been Afrikkan (African), but that is not a certainty. I believe there has been a push for awhile to link African Muslims and Middle Eastern Muslims as one, in which they traveled back and forth over the lands. Then there will eventually become an argument as to who was first. I have never heard it stated that the Middle-Eastern Muslims of Islamic Religion believe that Ischmael was Afrikkan.
What gets me right now, is that Obama seems to always be unknowing. Mansour did introduce Obama to Percy Sutton. However, it was through correspondence that Mansour asked if Sutton could write a letter of recommendation for Obama. Meaning, Obama could claim….I never knew that had happened. (even if Mansour had told him)
But, it speaks volumes in terms of Mansour just making the request. How did Obama get to know Mansour? Who introduced Obama to Mansour? Were they close friends? Was Mansour another one of his mentors?
And why is Mansour trying to re-write the Bible besides trying to justify that Israel belongs to Ja’pheth and Ischmael. And, why would Mansour ever believe anything from the Bible since it was written by the Jewish people, except because he thinks he found a loop hole to claim Israel for the Palestinians and perhaps get people around the world to sympathize with the them.
Look, Obama took off his flag pin after 9/11 and that has always bothered me after I heard him say it. If there was any time that anyone would have wanted to show their patriotism and loyalty that day would certainly be it.
Later, it’s reported that Ayers gave an interview to the New York Times either on the day of 9/11 or just prior to it. I’m unsure if the article appeared on September 11, 2001 in the NYT.
Obama has made some very disparaging remarks about Israel. Although later it was supposed to have been this or that…….yeah right!
I don’t feel that if Obama becomes president that America is going to be taken over. But I do believe that he is a danger to the United States. What damage could he do if he resides in our highest office? I’d say a tremendous amount. He will know secrets that 98% of Americans will never know.
How many corrupt, less than desirable past and present associations will it take for Americans to finally say…….NO OBAMA.
Please, American people wake up. Should any of us take the chance to have him in the Oval Office!?!?!?

Quite frankly, Obama has scared me for quite awhile now.
There is something so dirty about Obama, his past associations, where all the money came from to run for office. Think about it, this guy was a relatively unknown Jr. Senator and suddenly he seems to have more money than the Kennedy’s? This has been a set up that has been in the works for years and I have a very sinking feeling that the United States is going to be in for change alright…and it’s not going to look anything like a democracy.

Manasseh was known as a “half tribe” but later came to be called a “tribe” — HENCE there were then 13 tribes in the Children of Israel. After Israel Adopted Ephraim and Manasseh There was no longer a tribe called Joseph. But here is an interesting point–Ephraim and Manasseh were in fact HALF EGYPTIAN. This means that Ephraim and Manasseh , Isreal’s adopted sons, were half Hebrew and Half Egyptian through blood. That study is in itself one hell of a study. That situation continues even to this day.
Just think: Most of the black people today and most scholars of the bible think the Egyptians were of the black (negroid) race. If that is so , then by their logic the black people today owe the Jews not only an apology but REPARATION because the Hebrew people were in BONDAGE in Egypt under the black race. TD,I just read that Dr. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al Mansour used to go by the name Donald Warden.I also hear he was a news commentator in the San Francisco bay area at the time he changed his name. Appx.20-40 yrs ago.Can you research this info.and let us know if he is the same person ?
Concerning Don Warden, I have been working on a story on just that. Here is what I have foundout. Turns out he was the mentor of Black Panther founder Huey Newton.
The black nationalist and Islamist formerly known as Don Warden/aka Khalid Al Monsour, is the founder of the California based Afro-American Association (AAA) and the mentor of Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton. Warden is also the mentor of the founder of the black nationalist US Organization and creator of the Kwanzaa holiday, Maulana Karenga/Ron Everett. The Black Panthers were regarded by many as a splinter group from Warden’s AAA group.
The UC Berkeley Library’s “A Black Panther Chronology” identifies Warden/Mansour as the leader of the Afro-American Association and as Huey Newton’s mentor:
“1961
Huey Newton, a black militant activist student, meets Bobby Seale while attending Merritt College (Oakland, California). Both join the Afro-American Association, a black cultural organization led by Donald Warden.”
“1965
…..Huey Newton’s mentor, Donald Warden, creates Economic Night in a storefront located next door to the future Black Panther Party office on Grove Street, Oakland.”

At some point Don Warden changed his name to Khalid Abdullah Tariq Al Mansour. This is evidenced in many places including in the book on Fighting for US Maulana Karenga, the US Organization, by Scott Brown (Notes to Chapter 2, pp. 170-171):

As to how might Obama have connected with Mansour/Warden, the answer must remain speculative. But given Obama’s unabashed admiration for Malcolm X and his embrace of Black LiberationTheology it isn’t hard to imagine:

It may be coincidence but the Rev. Jerimiah Wright and Islamist Warden/Mansour both attended Howard University. Wright attended Howard about a decade after Warden. But they both can be placed at Howard University in 1969.
In Dreams of My Father, Senator Obama explained how he met Rev. Wright, whom he mentioned had been “dabbling with liquor, Islam, and black nationalism in the sixties.”

A lady on a thread last night said that he was a commentator in the bay area for quite a while.She says that is when he changed his name.I also read that the comments got more radical as time went by.I also read that a Black Panther used his services, as he was an attorney. OK, here is hopefully not another little piece? @ 1954/53,a trainer was chosen for the Cuban crew, author of “150 questions for a guerrilla”, General Alberto Bayo, of spanish civil war and as hard core a stalinist as ever was. The Cuban Revolution was successful, and the backing in cuba was quite heavy from the black population. It was the success of this revolution that led to the civil rights movement in part. And then Cuba involvement in various places.
Who hired and paid for Bayo? Bear in mind also time proximity of the mccarthy hearings. This is just a sub-note of a long series.
I agree the time line is extensive, and the money is critical. Obama raised over 300,000 in jan/feb here in Maine, with age demographic heavily Clinton, and bulk of the college age group post christmas, and looking towards spring break, I doubt the sources….

I just read online that it is about to come out that Obama’s family friend and father figure has an FBI file that is 600 pages long.(19 yrs of FBI investigations) It also said Frank Marshall Davis is in the FBI Security Index.That means he could be arrested or detained in a National emergency. Illinois Sen. Barack Obama was served with papers yesterday connected with the lawsuit filed more than two weeks ago in federal court in Philadelphia questioning his constitutional eligibility for the American presidency. Service was made at his Washington, D.C. Senate office at approximately 1:00 p.m.
From a press release provided by filing attorney Philip Berg and available on his Web site:
Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083.
The DNC was served at 12:00 p.m. and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.
A telephone call to Obama’s Senate office in Washington, D.C. yielded no official comment, as his staffer maintained that she was “not familiar with any legal action” and, even though I mentioned that service was made in D.C. to that office, it was “probably a campaign-related issue.”
The subsequent call to the senator’s campaign headquarters, however, yielded the same result but in a more entertaining fashion.
“That’s very interesting,” said a campaign official who declined to provide a name and admitted that this was the first he had heard of Berg’s lawsuit. He asked whether anything about the civil action had appeared in the newspapers, and when told that the story had appeared in the Washington Times, he laughed.
“Has the story appeared in the New York Times? How about the Washington Post? Or the Los Angeles Times? The Chicago Tribune?” he asked. “Those are all more trustworthy papers than the Washington Times. When the story appears there, then we might have something to say about it.”
“If Sen. Obama were ineligible to run for president,” he said, “I think we would have heard about it by now.”
Berg, over the phone, mentioned that he has received phone calls and advice from dozens of lawyers across the country, and was currently working on preparing a motion for expedited discovery to be filed before the next conference with Judge Surrick. While he was unable to provide a copy of the affidavit of service–as soon as I get a copy, it will be posted here–he was more than happy to offer his perspective on the predictable response I received from Obama’s senate office and campaign headquarters.
“They know about it,” he said, noting that the story has catapulted across the Internet and radiowaves, citing 7.9 million hits on his Web site and mentioning that he is booked for a pair of radio interviews this evening, and will be sitting with a newspaper photographer for another story to appear in the [Norristown, PA] Times-Herald. “Too many times, a lawsuit can be filed and nobody knows about it. This time, the political people must know for sure.”
“The silence is proving me right,” he said, wondering why no doctor or nurse has come forward to claim the inevitable publicity which would accompany an admission that they were in attendance for the Illinois senator’s birth. “I think it’s an insult to the American public and even more so to his campaign supporters who have worked so hard and donated so much money. All they’re doing is prolonging the agony. If I’m right and they stay quiet, they could sit on it for 60 days, get elected, and the only way out would be impeachment by this do-nothing Congress.”
“What does that do for America?” He asked. “This deserves a comment one way or another.”

Governor Palin has done nothing wrong and is an open book in this process. That’s the guy she fired. Quote: The governor was rightly expressing concern about Trooper Wooten, end quote, okay? After he was fired, that’s what he said. All right. But you know about Troopergate. You know about her daughter. You know about the hockey player that impregnated her. You know all of this stuff. Where was the press on this one? Where is the press on this? Talk about a vetting process by the press, the reason why we don’t care about your vetting process by the press is because you don’t take your job seriously. This from Investors Business Daily: Barack Obama was a founding member of the board of Public Allies in 1992. You go to the website, Public Allies, and you are going to see that it’s just a community organizer. That’s all this is, just community organization. Barack Obama, founding member of the board of Public Allies in 1992. His wife became the executive director of the Chicago chapter of Public Allies in 1993. Got it? Obama plans to use the nonprofit group which he features on his campaign website as the model for a national service corps.
We’ve heard about this national service corps, haven’t we? Universal voluntary public service. When Michelle Obama said he’ll never allow you to sit idly by again, he will never allow you to be unengaged. What does that mean? Universal voluntary public service, a national service corps. Quoting from the story: Our alumni from Public Allies are more than twice as likely as 18 34 year olds to engage in protest activities. Public Allies boasts in a document found with its tax filings. It has already deployed an army of 2,200 community organizers like Obama to agitate for “Justice and equality” in his hometown of Chicago and other U.S. cities including Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, New York, Phoenix, Pittsburgh and Washington. Cincinnati recruit Amy Vinson said, “I get to practice being an activist and I get paid for it.” The Obamas’ plan is to herd American youth into government funded reeducation camps where they will be brainwashed into thinking that America is a racist, oppressive place in need of social change. The pitch Public Allies makes on its website doesn’t seem that radical. It promises to place young adults 18 30 in a paid one year community leadership position with nonprofit or government agencies. They will also be required to attend weekly training workshops and three retreats. In exchange they will get a monthly stipend of $1800 pus healthcare and child care. They also get a public service education award of almost $5,000 that can be used to pay off student loans and fund future education. Got it? Public Allies promotes diversity and inclusion. That’s what you’ll find on their website. More than 70% of its recruits are people of color. When they are not protesting, they are staffing AIDS clinics, handing out condoms, bailing criminals out of jail and helping illegal aliens and the homeless obtain food stamps and other welfare. Haven’t gotten to the good stuff yet. Public Allies brags that they are more than 80% of their graduates have continued working in nonprofit or government jobs.
So the people who are trained by these people, 80% of them go to nonprofit or government jobs. It’s training, quote, the next generation of nonprofit leaders, future social entrepreneurs, end quote. Does any of this sound familiar? Is any of this starting to connect with the speech that you have heard Obama and Michelle give all the time? “Don’t go into corporate America, work for the community, be social workers, shun the money culture.” Individual salvation depends on collective salvation. If you commit to serving your community, we will make sure you can afford a college education, said Barack Obama. How was he going to do that? Well, here it is. Public Allies. Public Allies. They do some good stuff, don’t get me wrong. Not everybody in Public Allies is a radical. Don’t get me wrong. But not all of the recruits appreciate the PC indoctrination.
A graduate of the 2005 Los Angeles class, Nelly Nieblas, says it’s just a lot of talk about race. It’s a lot of talk about sexism, a lot of talk about homophobia, a lot of talk about isms and phobias. One of those isms is heterosexism, heterosexism, which a Public Allies training seminar in Chicago remember, founding member, Barack Obama. Executive director, Michelle Obama, in Chicago. That’s their chapter. A Public Allies training seminar in Chicago describes heterosexism as a negative byproduct of capital quoting of capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy and male dominated privilege, end quote. By the way, your tax dollars now fund about half of Public Allies’ expenses, through Bill Clinton’s AmeriCorps. Obama wants to fully fund it and expand it to a national program some say will cost $500 billion.
Obama said, quote: We have got to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded as the military. Public Allies, Chicago chapter. Founding, founding member, Barack Obama. Executive director, Michelle Obama. Listen to the words in their speeches. It is all code language. It is all the language of the 1960s radicals. They have their they have their tentacles into an organization that does good things but also teaches that heterosexism is a byproduct of capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy and male dominated privilege. Heterosexism!
Let me tell you something, gang. When you can name the children of a woman that lives in Alaska that you just met seven days ago, you know half of the story. You know all the bad things about this woman and some of the bad things that aren’t even true about this woman, but you’ve never heard of Public Allies. You’ve got to ask yourself why. When you see somebody take down Sarah Palin, you’ve got to ask yourself why. When you see the media, who has always been in bed with John McCain, now say John McCain, no, you’ve got to ask yourself why. It is the liberal elite. It is the march of socialism that has been happening in our universities forever. It is the Marxism that has been festering in our large cities and nobody is willing to call it by name. It is the reason why Barack Obama, who should have a 20 point lead. This is the best thing about America. America, you don’t know this stuff. Why doesn’t Barack Obama have a 20 point lead with everything he has? Because something in your gut says something’s not right. He can’t close the deal because enough people say something’s not right here. This is it, and it’s been kept from you, somewhat. Every piece of this puzzle has been outed. Every piece of this puzzle is out there. But nobody will put the pieces together. All they want to say is look at the nice Greek columns, look at the nice stage show. Here is the link to Bill Cunnighams radio show. Today he interviewed Democrat laywer Philip Berg who filed the lawsuit against Obama in Philly regarding Obama’s ineligibilty to be POTUS. I found it interesting to actually hear someone discussing this as opposed to just reading about it. He mentions the manipulated birth certificate and his firm belief that Obama was born in Kenya.

I read on Politico that now Percy Sutton’s family is deny this, but like you wrote Percy Sutton was clear on those names Khalid Al-Monsour and Barack Obama. Now it is damage control because the Obama team probably doesn’t want another scandal like Rev. Wright.

If Khalid al Mansour was really backing Obama all these years, wouldn’t there be some record of it more than the ramblings of an old man alleging he wrote a letter on Obama’s behalf over twenty years ago? Wouldn’t the actual letter of recommendation be on file somewhere? Who are the supposed friends at Harvard that Percy Sutton wrote to? If Obama had such rich ties wouldn’t they pay for his schooling too?
